I'm still debating on size. I contacted customer service and they took about 2 days to get back to me. I suggested they put a visual on their website so we can tell where the arch support is supposed to be, how the heel should fit, etc. I tried both a size small and medium and can't really tell which is best for my feet. They suggested a medium so I'm going with that but not confident it's the right choice. I have several pairs of Vionic shoes and I love them so I figure if I get the insoles I can turn all my shoes into Vionics! I have high arches and lots of foot problems and these work for me but I doubt they work for everyone. With orthotics I had to try so many different brands before I found ones that work for my particular foot issues.

I wear shoes from Vionics and thought that the insole might help with other shoes. I recommend the 3/4rd length or shoes that have a removable insole and sufficient space to accommodate a full-length orthotic.

Theseinsoles have made a if difference in my sneakers. My feet are better supported.

They're okay, but am going to try the active relief, want something stronger to help my fallen tendon. These do help me somewhat. Wear them in athletic shoe, laced up tightly.

I like my Vionic shoe inserts but they do cause my feet some pain initially as I am battling plantar fasciitis. I only wear them for short periods in the house, as stretch therapy, not on a full time basis. I'll have to wait till my injury heals to see if they provide the relief they claim.

Helped me make it through a three-day trade show! These did not, however, fit into my more narrow toed shoes.

I use these to deal with an arthritic first metatarsal and stiff arch. I have been told my arch is normal. These take a few days to get to the point where you really don't notice them anymore. Once you are used to them they are great. It is very important that you put these in a "neutral" shoe. If the shoe already has too much arch support built into it's structure these won't sit correctly. I also found that going up a half size is helpful. Considering my arch is neither low nor high I am confused by reviews that say these have no arch support. When I first started using them I found the support to be almost too high. If you don't think these have enough arch support, you must have an incredibly high arch. I measured these next to my Powerstep insoles and they are about as high but conform a bit differently. I can use a pair of these for about a year and currently own several pair so I don't have to switch out.

As other reviewers have stated, these are very nice insoles with good arch support. Please be aware, however, that the size large runs very wide - they didn't even fit into my running shoes. The size medium is a bit narrower (although still wider than I'd like) and is just barely long enough for my women's size 10.5-11 foot. I wish they'd make decent arch supports and insoles in women's and/or narrow sizes.

I like them but I think it's tricky getting them to fit in some shoes. I put mine in Dansko bootie. I still need to change shoes after 2 1/2 hours of being on my feet but these really help.

I have very high arches and this insole gives me relief. Be sure to take the original shoe insole out. Otherwise your shoe will be too tight. only complaint is that I had to trim to fit and that got very close to the blue part. Needs to offer women's size instead of just men/women.

Review Text: I have Orthaheel sandals and slippers, which provide so much arch support that I wanted to retrofit some of my other shoes. These inserts are great with these caveats: - They have to go into the shoe in PLACE of the current sole liner. When I tried them in my shoes with a fixed liner,my toes got uncomfortably squashed. - They're not particularly narrow. Would not have worked in my most narrow walking shoes (which had fixed liners anyway.) I wear a 10 and got size M (women's 8.5-10). Length was perfect and I didn't have to trim any length as indicated for shorter size shoes. That said, I do appreciate the added arch support right in front of my heel. Makes these shoes so much better to walk in. (My rating of 3 stars for style is because: exactly how stylish can shoe inserts be?)

The heel is low enough so that there is sometimes too much arch support. If you don't have heel problems, you might want to consider another brand.

These are pretty comfy, certainly better than wearing nothing in my shoes! I was having aching feet at work since I stand all day, but with these in my shoes I barely have anymore pain. They do make some shoes feel much smaller, however.

There hard no cushion

I didn't realize these were steel toe so I returned them. My flat feet don't do well with steal toe so buyer beware.

I wear Men's Size 11 and have fairly narrow, flat feet with plantar fasciitis issues. Was looking for a supportive insole with some thickness for use in boots. These were a little on the thin side - would be good in dress shoes. And the arch support was not positioned quite right for my particular feet. Did seem like quality insoles, but not right for me - I returned them.

This gives only the barest amount of arch support. There is some arch support but it isn't moderate. I have high arches so I was a bit disappointed.

As another commenter said, there seems to be a strangely exaggerated arch at the middle, inner part of these insoles that feels unnatural and uncomfortable. It's possible that shape works well for some, but not for me.

These are fairly comfortable but they're SO LOUD. They make a creaking noise that I can tolerate with normal daily use, but I think I'd lose it on extended walks or hikes.

It didn’t fit inside my shoes (any of them—even sneakers), but very comfortable.

Needed a cushion-soft-insole for my work boots. Tried this one due to customer reviews. However, the whole insole is not that thick - way too thin for me. I can feel my boot under the insole with each step. Sent them back.

As far as support goes these do the job, however, they are too wide except for athletic type shoes and the cover is H-O-T-T-T! I can't stand them in warm weather and have taken them out of my shoes until winter.

These would not fit in most of my size 6.5 or 7 shoes. The arch support seems very high and firmer/stiffer than other insoles.
