I am a Pharmacy Technician. For years now, I have dealt with knee and hip pain. By the end of my shift, I can hardly walk to my car because of the pain. I just got these inserts and after only one day of use, I am amazed at the difference! I felt great at work, and the next morning, I was able to hop out of bed and not be stiff and sore! Why I waited so long to try these, I will never know! I will also be purchasing a pair of Vionic shoes in the very near future! Happy feet...happy knees...happy hips! Happy me!

I purchased the Superfeet insoles first, they fit good but the arch is not quite high enough. Then I purchase these and the arch was noticeably higher and more comfortable for me. They fit nice in my dress shoes that have removable insoles. I will definitely buy more of these.

I needed some softer inserts to put in some casual shoes. I have custom orthotics, but they have a very hard plastic heel in them that has sharp edges, and I have some soft, fabric shoes (Arcopedico) and I was worried that the plastic heel would eventually tear the shoe - and these are expensive shoes so I was not about to have that happen! I love my Orthaheel flip flops and indoor slippers so I thought I'd like these. I do! they fit perfectly into my casual shoes and give me support and stability to help heal my plantar fasciitis. I like the material. It feels nice on the skin of my foot and isn't too sweaty. Also the price is pretty great! I think I will get a 2nd pair so I can leave my customs in my athletic sneakers and get a 2nd pair of these so I don't have to switch them out as often. I even recommended them to my friend who deals with similar issues. I wear a women's 8 and I bought the size that's 6.5-8 and I didn't need to trim them at all.

These Vionic Inserts are the best! If you aren't wearing Orthaheel shoes, these inserts work great in your "regular" shoes. They help with plantar fasciitis so much, it's really worth investing in a pair of these inserts.

These inserts are great! I have become a huge fan of Orthaheel as I am recovering from plantar fasciitis, but I wasn't finding a Mary Jane style that I liked. Lo and behold, I can add Orthaheel inserts to my almost-new Keen MJs that I had to take a break from wearing when I first developed PF! I wore these all around Europe on my three-week honeymoon, and they are still going strong and supporting my arches. Buying a second pair (and third and more)!

These inserts work well in my new size 9 sneakers. At first I was afraid that they would be too wide but they were fine after I walked in them a couple of times and there was no need to trim them. They are very comfortable for walking but I would also like to try the Oh Active for exercise classes and to see if they offer a bit more arch support. I love my Tide sandals, Vionic sandals and slippers which offer more arch support than these inserts but I am happy because they are so comfortable. I prefer them to my much more expensive Foot Levelers orthotics that are made of leather and have no cushioning.

I would highly recommend these inserts for anyone needing a good arch support added to their shoes. I have planter fascia in one of my feet, these relieved it immediately!

I have a heel spur and plantar fasciitis and previously purchased a pair of Orthaheel walkers which proved to be a big help for this. I bought these insoles to replace the insoles in my other shoes so I could have that same relief and support in them as well. I had to trim these a bit around the toes to fit inside the shoes but otherwise the heel and arch support fit fine. Would definitely recommend these.

Awesome orthotic! These beat by far custom made orthotics and a lot less inexpensive! My foot was dealing with painful fasciitis! After wearing these in pair of New Balance shoes for several days exclusively, my fasciitis felt so much better and went away. Not sure everyone's fasciitis will go away, but these were worth buying for the great arch support and perfect footbed lining!

Unbelievable. Have been afraid to shop at Costco for fear of PF pain. Not only did I tromp around there for an hour, I was still in good shape for Trader Joe's - foot pain is almost completely gone after only 2 days of wearing these inserts.

These insoles are working for me. I like them better than the half insoles, as they stay in place, and do not move around at all in my shoes. After wearing Orthaheel shoes and slippers exclusively for about 6 months, my foot pain was gone. Now with these insoles I am able to wear my old shoes (flats, I do not wear heels) without any pain. They cut down easily, just remove the insoles from your shoes and trace the toe area around the Orthaheel inserts. I will buy another pair or two so I don't have to keep switching between my favorite old shoes.

Wore these in a pair of athletic Skechers. My fasciitis went away wearing these. Very nice! Cheaper than orthotics the doctor made and a lot more effective!

I first heard of Orthaheel on the shopping network but the choices were primarily sandals and little to no wide widths. I use these inserts in my shoes and noticed a difference from day one. I really like them and they do what they say. Will purchase again!

I have severe Plantar Fasciitis and short of wearing a bulky, ugly, full-sized boot, I thought I would try these Orthaheel inserts. I have had custom inserts in the past. Expensive and really nothing special in make and quality, despite the price. I have found these to be very comfortable and have great arch support. While my feet still hurt, these have helped a lot to lessen the pain.

I put these insoles in all my boots and sneakers. They offer great arch support if you over pronate. They provide a little cushioning, but they are not real cushy. Wish they were. All in all great arch support.

Oh Relief is a good name for these inserts. And I like the option of using inserts (instead of having to buy shoes) as I have a wide foot and find it difficult to find a shoe that fits. In addition, I'm able to use the shoes I have, which I happen to like and which fit well in general, which makes it all a "perfect fit," both literally and for my particular needs.

I have custom orthotics that are giving me a bit of trouble. Since I've heard great things about Orthaheels, I thought I would try these. And they are awesome! I have a pair of Ecco shoes I pulled the insole out of and have replaced them with the Orthaheel -- totally new and great fitting pair of shoes! I'm also wearing Orthaheel slippers. These are great and a perfect replacement insole for my shoes and boots. They have eliminated the foot cramps I used to get. I buy flats 1/2 size larger if they don't have removable insoles.

I have trouble with my gait after having had 2 knee replacement surgeries. Have been using a cane. Heel pain, back pain also impede my walking. These orthotics offer excellent support and I think now I can start being more active and ditch the cane. I plan to purchase Orthaheel shoes and see if they are as helpful as the inserts. Received these within one day of ordering. Excellent all around!

These have changed my life! I put them in all of my shoes...boots, sneakers, mocs! I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for years and these have taken care of it. I also have knee pain and these have helped with that as well. I highly recommend them. They feel weird at first, but give them time and read and follow the recommendations that come with them.

Love them, yes they are full relief. I have arthritis in both knees and they give me much needed relief.

Orthaheel is a wonderful shoe insert. It has a great arch to support your foot and a heel cup that keeps your foot from turning (overpronating). The design helps with arch pain, heel pain, knee pain and back pain. I will always buy them to replace any insert in my shoes. I just bought a pair for my 23 year old who has been experiencing foot pain. She loves them too. A tiny bit had to be cut off the toe to have them fit in my daughters Grasshopper sneakers.

These are great. I love them and will probably buy more in the future. I removed the regular insole from a pair of flat clog-type shoes, and every time I wear them, I am amazed at how good they feel. I've been wearing them daily for a few weeks now and am very pleased with this purchase. I had custom orthotics made a few years ago and never wore them because they weren't comfortable. But the Orthaheel "Oh Relief" feels absolutely great! Pros: Excellent arch support without that stiff feeling that some custom orthotics have. Cushy and comfortable without being too mushy. Note: it's much easier to trim them if you hold them upside down. Plus, there are guidelines on the bottom in case you need to trim it. Cons: Can't think of any. Admittedly, they are a bit pricey, but after several weeks of daily use, I can honestly say it's worth it.

I wear Orthaheel sandals. I have a wide foot and the shoes don't fit properly; however, the insoles work perfect. I am balanced again. Thank you Orthaheel.
