These orthotics work very well except if your instep or arch is bruised or strained in any way. The firm cushion arch support area will bother it. I used these all the time but somehow injured my ankle/arch area on one foot and had to try something else - in which case I found the Total Support Gel Insoles to be extremely comfortable and gentle on the bruised area. I think once I am totally healed I will go back to the Cross Trainer Insole for more arch support.

I have purchased these before and this is my second pair. My first pair lasted 6 months with regular use. My guess is that if they last less than 4 months they were probably defective and I would contact the company. -Sizing is pretty accurate -I wish that they lasted a year but they will extend the life of your shoes since most shoes come with a crappy insole -They tend to feel a little weird for the first 2-3 days and then they have kind of molded to your foot. -The cushion is pretty good and if it were more it probably wouldn't fit in your shoe. I always buy from Zappos. They have excellent customer service and work hard to make you happy with your purchase. They also gave me free 1 day shipping on this item which was great! Thank you Zappos!

Great insoles. I have these in several pairs of shoes. I recommend these.

I couldn't run without these insoles, they made a world a difference compared to whatever sole come with whatever running shoe you buy. I have tried many brands and have never found one with a cushy-er feel than these. I have some problems with bottom of my feet feeling like I'm right on the ground vs wearing shoes and these make a huge difference. I couldn't run without them and Zappo's one day shipping make sure I don't have to!

Great product that was easy to fit to my shoes. Put these in tennis shoes with worn out insoles by tracing old over the new with a sharpie & trimming with a scissors. Feel great!

These feel fantastic. I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis and it didn't help that my shoes were old, worn out and hurting my feet. After slipping these in, they feel brand new. Highly recommend them. P.S. My orthopedist recommended I buy them

I have been buying these insoles for several years for my husband and me. They are very comfortable and so much better than the thin inserts that are in the shoes directly from the store. I need extra padding in the ball of foot and the heel and thes fit the bill.

Excellent insoles! These were recommended to my wife by her podiatrist. My wife and I both had these in our shoes on a recent trip to FL and couldn't be happier! 7 day vacation with constant walking and they performed excellent! Will definitely be using these in all of my shoes from now on!

These worked great in a pair of existing shoes that had horrible factory insoles. I will definitely order another pair of these insoles for my golf shoes.

Excellent product and out lasts shoes. Takes up more space than the original insoles due to the thicker cushioning. Got them in 2 days with free shipping.

I've used this insole to replace the insole that comes with my running shoes for years. The provide the extra cushioning that I need, especially for long runs. It has moderate arch support but since it's very flexible and soft, it may not provide enough if you need more support in that area. If all you need is extra cushioning, this works very well.
