Best. Insoles. Ever. Perfect balance of support and cushioning. They are thick, so use very scissors if you need to trim.

These are great. They have a nice arch and heel padding if you have low arch or heel spurs. I had an old pair and did a search based on markings on back side! Zappos delivered within 48 hours of order!

These are the best insoles. Very comfortable amd great arch support. Now that most tennis shoe and sneaker brands no longer offer arch support, these insoles allow me to wear any shoe I want and be comfortable. Order a size smaller than your shoes and they will fit perfectly.

They are deeply cushy in the heel, and are the only thing that has let me work all day on my feet since I developed plantar fascitis! The first ones I had lasted a couple of years.

I bought these insoles to put in a pair of Rockports. I bought 9 1/2 shoe and the 10/11 insoles. Cut them down slightly and they're fantastic. Bought a second pair for another pair of Rockports, and just purchased two more for my Eccos. I'm on the university faculty and walk a lot to and from classes. Great purchase for me.

This runs a bit big. The "Men's 10-11" is definitely closer to an 11 or 11.5. I exchanged for the next size down.

These are great! I have used them for years. I recommended them to friends, who later told me that I saved them from surgery.

I had an 11 1/2 shoe, so I ordered the #5. Should have ordered the #4. It was just the way Spenco writes their wording. I reordered the #4, and it fit perfectly. I used Zappos' free shipping both ways. I am 57, and just getting back into running after many years of sitting at a desk. These insoles have really added a layer of cushion to the run.

Love these, made a huge difference in my NB walking shoes after I pulled out the NB insole and replaced with this. These are a little hard to trim at the arch, but I got it done.

These inserts make a world of difference. They incredibly comfortable and provide more cushioning than you would expect. They are a marked improvement on nearly any insole that comes with a shoe. I just wish they had an insole designed to limit overpronation, like the Orthaheel.

These are a must purchase for anyone that works out! They make all the difference in my sneakers for my high impact workouts.

Excellent insoles, they work well and I've tried many that cost more. I really wish they would make these in more sizes! I'm right between two sizes and as much as I love them I'd jump at the chance to get something as good that perfectly fits my shoes. One caveat is that the green liner on top does start to peel away after a year or two of use. I have sent them back to the company and they send out a new set, so I respect them for backing up their product.

Works fine. Have used these in most of my boots and shoes for a couple of years and am very happy with them.

I ordered these insoles for my stepmother at the recommendation of her chiropractor. Using the old insole from her shoe as a guide, the Spenco insole was easy to trim to fit. My stepmom wore them all day with no discomfort. She loves them! Her chiropractor is on his feet all day and wears nothing but the Spenco Cross Trainer Insole. Service through Zappos.com is excellent as well.

Had to cut to size but good quality.

Trying to get away from the hard plastic insoles and these fit the bill, still not certain they will help with my back pain but will continue to wear them.

These were a perfect fit for my boys size 3.5 hiking boots and replaced the liner that had absolutely no padding for my feet. I had no problems wearing the hiking boots with these insoles from the first time out. Very happy with this purchase.
