If you have flat to low arches then these are a HARD pass. I wore them for a 10 hour shift and felt no noticeable difference in support or comfort. I thought maybe it was my shoes but after putting these in a different pair it was the same. These were so bad that only after 2 days I can already see wear in the sole from my feet. I didn't do any major running or training just walking around for work and these were not up to the task. I highly recommend you try something with more support and firmer because these will just end up in the trash very soon. I would suggest the powerstep Pinnacle as it has a firmer heel and offers more support for low to no arch.
I'd also recommend:

Not a fan of how much effort it took to get the thing in my shoe. I returned it because I was really disappointed

the shoes are very rigid ---the toe support is not good --they are bulky ---i wore them twice for a double shift ( meaning back to back shifts) and i almost wanted to clock out early because the shoes were that uncomfortable ---the high front /reenforcement to the toe area, i believe, makes for less toe support

Painful for a flat foot person. sheesh BUT you get what you paid for. I wore them for a day the next day I threw them away.

The Large sent was an inch longer than the pairs I originally bought from a running store. The construction from the ball of the foot to toe has changed for the worse. Make sure you see these in a store if you hoped to match those from Spendco.

My podiatrist recommended these insoles for various different issues with my feet. Unfortunately, even though I ordered within my size range, the insert would not fit into any of my shoes. Even with roomy toe boxes, they were just too long. They seem to be a sturdy product, but I'll have to send them back.
