I have been wearing a 37 in my naots, but I take a 36 in these Alegria. I wear a 7 in hoka shoes. I needed a pair of fisherman sandals that I could wear with my orthotics for hallux limitus. I was also able to add a carbon turf toe plate since this shoe doesn't have as much of a rocker sole as other Alegria's. I did need to add a liner since the insert that comes with the shoe is so thick that my orthotic wasn't fitting well. I like the nice wide toe box. I did need to use baby powder since I got that squeak that everybody is talking about. I'll be trying more Alegria's. I'll probably end up buying these in another color since they feel so good. I love the style and think they are really cute.

This shoe was the second pair of Alegrias that I purchased. Have worn this shoe for about 4 or 5 years and it is still in like-new condition! Wear it with or without lightweight socks. Roomy Toe box allows my toes to tap dance inside my shoes! I wear this shoe with jeans of any color and is my 'go to' when in doubt. LOVE the almond color! Like me, this shoe and this color has aged gracefully.

I ordered in navy to wear with dark washed jeans. Great color. They arrived yesterday and I wore them to walk the dogs. Very comfortable.

From the minute I put these shoes on, I was in love!! Its like they were made for my feet. Happy Feet!!!

Loved this shoe. It ran too narrow for me in the heal, slipping up and down when I walked. Too bad...had to return it.

I luv Algeria. These particular shoes I wear to work. They r so so comfortable, they don't squeeze the top of my feet or toes, which is very important as I have had surgeries on one foot. I really like the way they look and they don't get misshapen. They always look smart with my slacks. I also get lots of comments on how nice they look.

I need a Wide in this shoe and you do not have it at this time. I will check later to see if it is in stock.

I am a huge Alegria fan and have several pairs, but this was my first pair of Pesca. It won't be my last. I have small feet and these are a lot of shoe for my little feet, but they are so comfortable. They are great for spring and fall weather because they kept my feet warm in the morning chill, but not too hot for the warmth of the afternoon. A huge thank you to Zappos, too. 3 days before I left for a trip to Montana, I decided to try this style shoe. They shipped it so quickly that I had the shoe the day before I left so I could try it in the house before I decided to bring it on the trip. I'm so glad I got them in time, I wore them almost every day and walked over 3 miles in the airport without any foot pain.

I like these Alegria shoes! They have a good cushioning sole. Happy to have a style with a closed back. ( have had an open back clog before) Any fault in the comfort, I blame on my contorted foot shape ( left foot is perfect, right out of alignment) I plan to purchase the Taylor style, they look good too.

I have suffered with no arches and plantar fasciitis for years. Alegria shoes are the only ones I can wear for prolonged periods of time without pain. I have several pairs of Paloma, Donna and sandals. This was my first pair of Pesca. These are not dainty shoes, but they are comfortable. I bought them to wear on a trip and walked over 3 miles in airports without my feet hurting. I'm usually a size 6, but since I was planning to wear these without socks, I ordered a 35 and they fit perfectly. My feet tend to run on the wide size, but I did not need to order a wide in these.

Cute shoe but it runs small.I canusually wear a size 8B US so I ordered the 38. My toes are hitting the front of the shoe. I am ordering the next size up hoping that it won't be too big.

what can I say? if flowered shoes are for you.. pick these! so beautiful! so comfortable! I never take them off.. the fit is perfect.. I will always have a pair of these shoes! When I bought a pair in my normal shoe size they were too small and the next size larger fit perfectly.

Extremely comfortable and liked the support; but perhaps not the "work horse" the Paloma provides (which is a Professional issue shoe). I wear a size 9 and the 40 wide was great. My toes have room. I will order the Paloma and Pesca again.

When I tried these shoes on I couldn't believe how comfortable they were. I would recommend to anyone who has foot issues.

I love the shoes! I bought these for my mother who has dementia and has trouble with shoelaces. She also has had an ankle fracture and is very picky about shoes. These worked wonderfully . The fit is perfect, and the shape of the sole helps her to walk in a stable manner. I first bought this brand for myself, but I soon realized that they would work well for my mom too. I will be buying more of this brand for her in other styles.

I love these shoes and hate to return them but they are too big! I have wide feet, a high instep and wear orthotics. I usually wear a size 8 but I need a size 7 in this shoe and they are out of stock. I guess I wasn't the only one who needed a size 7 wide!

I love Alegria shoes, and these are perhaps my favorite pair now. They are comfortable as Alegria shoes always are, but in addition, the leather is super-soft, and the woven top makes them airy and keeps my feet from getting hot. They are wonderful walking shoes, and they work with pants, shorts, or skirts.

Totally fabulous! Dress it up. Or casual. You decide! Tons of compliments!

I love this shoe. It is very comfortable and looks really good on. I thought the sizing was perfect. I usually order 38 in this brand. this shoe was true to size. i normally wear an 8 and sometimes 8 1/2. I will be ordering again in another color.

I'm ordered these in the 38(8-8 1/2), they are definitely more 8 than 8 1/2. I also ordered them in the 39 (9-9 1/2), they are definitely more 9 1/2 than 9. They were very comfortable so I tried everything to get them to work out. Thin socks, thick socks, little pedi nylon thingys, nothing helped. I love these shoes, style and comfort, they are just what I was looking for. Sadly, I also needed them to fit. If you are looking for an 8 1/4 or a 9 1/4, these might be the shoes for you!

These are the best shoes in the world! I would highly recommend them. I was in such pain with arthritis,The customer service representative helped me find the correct size, she was very helpful and went out of her way to size me! Thank you Zappos! I will see you again!

By far this is my favorite Alegria shoe. I wear a US size 7M and the Euro 37 is a perfect fit. This shoe has a wide toe box and great arch support which is so helpful for those with high arches and metatarsal problems. I have the Iris and Happy Days, thinking about getting the Navy. The shoe might feel a bit clunky if you haven't worn this brand before but you get used to it. At my age comfort is more important than beauty, at least for my feet!

Such a comfortable shoe! Good for summer when you need more coverage than an opened toe sandal. Features good arch support for my plantar fasciitis. I have had good luck with Alegria for comfort. Would recommend this shoe.

Shoe is as colorful as shown. Shoe is a little bigger than stated. But this gives me room for socks. Orthodics fits inside shoe with inserts removed.
