I have been wearing this style for 6 years and was heartbroken when Dansko stopped making them. I have them in most colors, however please be warned, the sand dollar leather marks up easily so I am taking my new pair to the shoe repair store to be waterproofed and waxed. Hopefully that will keep the marking down.

This was the perfect nude color I was looking for. Unfortunately, the section around the toes was tight. Otherwise a comfortable shoe. Thank you Zappos!

Needs more inside padding

I'm not enjoying these shoes as much as I thought I would based on reviews. I have a normal width foot and the size seems fine - I'm usually a 6.5-7 so I purchased a 37. They fit fine and were comfortable around the house but I test drove them out in the world today and they are just ok. Great arch support and bottoms feel great but sides of feet like my pink toes were rubbed by leather and it doesn't feel good. Hoping the leather softens but maybe should have gone up a size but then maybe foot would have too much room.

I honestly haven't had the opportunity to wear them much since I got them, but my initial reaction is that they're a little shorter and a little more narrow than my other Dansko clogs. They're not awful, but I'll definitely need to break them in. Style wise, they are so cute and look great with jeans or slacks.

I really liked the style and it fit fine on my left foot that has the bunion, but it pinched on my right foot. I tried twice but still had the same issue. Unfortunately I had to return them. Thanks Zappos for making it so easy to exchange and/or return shoes that don’t fit.

I have bought Dansko brand recently and found the fit to be perfect. The Dansko Sam ran much more narrow that I expected. I had to rerun them.

These shoes are so cute! The fit is like most Dansko that I own. My only complaint is that the strap is not long at all so my normal size foot/ankle has the adjustment on the last hole- no where to go if needed looser. I think this would be a bad thing for someone with a wider foot than me and I am a normal B width. Other than this, the color tan is perfect and goes with lots of my wardrobe. The heel height and arch support are just what I needed. Overall, I recommend but beware if you have more around the ankles.

Adorable, but the leather was really tight at the base of my toes. I was afraid it wouldn't stretch out quickly. Also, I bought the sand color & it was a lot darker than it showed in the picture. Other than the width, it felt great!

Comfortable, less trendy version of the Mary Jane clogs that are in style right now. Will be perfect for wearing to work where I stand all day, but maybe slightly grandma-ish. I'm okay with that as long as my feet don't hurt at the end of the day! The toe box is on the narrower side, which is perfect for me but may be too narrow for some (it seems to be similar to the toe box of my narrow Dansko professionals).

I own so many pairs of Danskos and had a previous pair of this style (before they changed the inner liner) and I find these make my feet feel hot. The leather is quite stiff and digs in around my ankle, so I am sadly returning these. I love the style. Something has changed with Dansko in the last couple of years.

I really like these shoes. They fit well and work great with jeans (they look okay with dress pants, but not as good as they do with jeans). I think they are super comfortable and the toe box size worked well for me.

I got the black and brown ( although the same size, they fit differently). The black was perfect. Dansko is a quality shoe and way much lighter than other brands ( MIA and Swedish Hasbeens. Yet stilish, light , roomy ( I have average feet width, still need wide fit in my shoes: flat feet) I wear Spenco Insoles maximum support with my sneakers for 15 years and these clogs are comfortable with short walks and errands. Thank you Zappos customer service for resolving my issues and going above and beyond with quality control. I have been your loyal customer for 9 years and look forward to many years to come. I'm always a 39 in Dansko, but my toes hit the end of the toe box. Otherwise they fit perfect and feel like they would be comfortable. I sent them back and will try a 40, but I'm worried they will be too big. It's probably just that they are covered and need a little more room there.

I wanted to love these ..... I bought a 39 and a 40 and neither is just right. I am usually a 39 in Dansko. While they are very comfy at first, they rub against parts of my feet and toes. The 40 is a little too loose.

These shoes were SO adorable and I very much wanted to keep them, but I have a short foot (size 6) that is very wide at the big toe joint, so part of my foot hung out a tiny bit outside the top of the foot. I walked around inside a bit to see if it might get better or stretch with time and although it was close to feeling comfortable enough, I don’t think the width of the shoe at the widest part of my foot was wide enough for me personally and I could see it eventually cutting into the top of my foot if I wore them all day. For normal width feet, I think this would be perfect. It would look really great with a skirt or ankle pants and jeans. Sad to have to return them.

Comfy as usual for Dansko, but kind of squeaky when walking on noncarpet floors, and it gets scuffed up easily so I need to find a matching shoe polish.

I really like these shoes, though they seem a tad small for their size. They are really cute and comfy for a while, but the top part rubs my foot a bit. Hopefully they will break in a bit.

I had never tried on Danskos before, but now I know what all the hype is about. It's like walking on a cloud. I don't think I wore shoes this comfortable before. I'm giving them 4 stars for style only because I wanted tan clogs, but they don't make them in this style. I got the sand color instead.

So cute and loved coral color! Unfortunately the edge of the toe area is pinching:-( bummer as otherwise loved them!

I really wanted to like these shoes. Very comfortable and can easily be dressed up or down. However, the sand dollar color was just, blah. Looks much better online than in person.

Great, per usual, as Danskos. They did cut a little tightly across the vamp on my slightly-wider-than-average feet, so I put on some workout socks, warmed them up with the hair dryer, and wore them around the house. I did this twice and the left shoe fits perfectly now; I will probably do it once more on the right. I walked to and from work (25 minutes each way) in them and did great, aside from a little rubbing on the vamp of the right shoe (hence knowing that I need to do the stretching thing once more).

I love the Dansko footbed for its arch support, and this shoe is no exception. After I've worn them all day, they are a tiny bit snug in terms of the width, but I think that overtime that they will stretch out. I bought a 37, which is what I wear in all my Dansko shoes. They are a nice shoe spring/fall shoe and work appropriate.

I really wanted this shoe to work but I couldn't buckle the strap over my thick ankle and it wasn't long enough to punch another hole in, so I am returning. Sigh.
