These provide great arch support and are really cute gems. It is totally worth having sandals that you can wear under a maxi or dress. The width is average-to-wide, so if you are super narrow they probably would not work. Order half a size down for the best fit!

I have been struggling with bursitis in both of my ankles for over a year, despite steroid injections, oral steroids, orthotics, night splints and icing. I bought these sandals to try the Orthaheel brand. When I first put them on my immediate reaction was they are going back. I hated the feel of the bumps on the sole. I hated the way it seemed to hold my feet unnaturally. I actually boxed them up to return them. Then I read that you might have to wear them a while to get used to it and I decided to give them one more try. I put them on and wore them for several hours. By the end of that time, I had gotten used to the way they feel. The bumps no longer bothered me and I hardly noticed the way my feet were positioned in the sandals. But the amazing thing is that my bilateral ankle pain was significantly less than prior to my putting them on! Amazing! The decrease in pain alone is worth the price of the sandals. But as an added bonus, the sandals are super cute and very high-end in appearance. These will not be my last Orthaheels!

The sandals are very cute, but the left sandal was uncomfortable between the toes so I am returning them. They do have a nice arch support.

Loved the shoe! My sister makes orthotics and always gets upset if I wear flip-flops/sandals. She said if I need to wear them get Orthaheel. I walked all over Cedar Point and it felt as good as tennis shoes.

Have always loved the support from Orthaheel but now love the style too! These are so cute. I have a wide foot and high arch, regular flat sandals are impossible for me to wear. These are worth the addition money! This was the first order I placed on Zappos. Great customer service with fair prices and great products.

Love them! Finally a pretty sandal that offers arch support. I wore them too long the first day and got blisters. Wear them for short periods to break them in. Again, love them!

These are super cute and comfy too! Excellent support for feet that overpronate and hurt! Definately recommend these shoes for aching feet!Way better than normal flip flops!

These are my new "go-to" sandals. I wear them around the house on my tile floor for support, and I am taking them on vacation, too! They are so pretty I am thinking of ordering them in another color (I ordered gold and they are beautiful!).

Ah! Finally, a shoe that looks great and is comfortable too! I'm going to order another pair in a different color!

I just love my sandals. They are stylish and so very comfortable. I have plantar fascitis and this was exactly what I was looking for. They are great shoes.

These sandals are my fifth pair of Orthahells. I love them all! I am a hairstylist and I can work in these all day with no problems. I have gotten the other girls at the salon to wear them and they love them also. I love the gems on these because it dresses them up a bit. These are great shoes!

Zappos is an excellent company and these flip flops are very very pretty and comfortable.

My "ahhhh" moment was when I put these shoes on for the first time. I will never go barefoot again. Bought them to wear around the house and love them. They cradle the foot while giving support. They are not stiff or too soft. Just right. Very subtle bronze coloration and the colored stones are not too flashy. These shoes are very well made and will last a long time. I have had them for about a month. I have bone spurs and this shoe has really helped my feet to feel much better.

Gorgeous sandal. Great arch support. The thong part just didn't feel comfortable between my toes. I will try another style because I love these shoes.

I ordered these in my regular size (7) but they are too short and narrow (I have a wide foot). I am returning them but have already ordered a size bigger. These shoes are dazzling. I hope the next size will fit. I love them. The Tide flip flop fit perfectly in my regular size. These must be made differently. Thank you Zappos for your superb service!

Have several pair of Orthaheel Tides; which are great, these shoes run about 1/2 size shorter than Tides & narrower also. Will be returning for a 1/2 size up..very pretty shoe.

Buyer beware! I have had some of the Reef sandals for years and they are fine. The wood pattern on these is a thin layer of plastic. Once bumped even slightly on something the layer of wood print comes off. It is also bubbling up in other areas and that will peel off soon and make them so unsightly I will not be able to wear them. Expected from a cheaper sandal, not an expensive one like this. Shame on Orthaheel.

I've recently been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and needed to purchase attractive sandals with support. These sandals are very attractive and supportive. Unfortunately I have to return them as I have a high instep and they are just too tight to be comfortable. But in testing them by walking on a carpet, they were great.

OMG! These are the most comfortable and beautiful flip flops I have ever had. I am rarely out of these since they arrived. The arch support means my foot doesn't slide up into the thong part and I have no heel pain. One half size down from my normal size fits much better than one size larger. I will own many pairs of these.

I have plantar fasciitis and very high arches. This shoe is very comfortable and fits as well or better than the Chaco flip flops I love. It is a better fit than the other Orthaheel shoes, three types of which I have returned. I have a narrow foot and the thong part is slightly loose but not to where I can't walk comfortably.

This shoe is very on trend and fun to wear. I didn't have any break-in period, perhaps that is because I don't have any foot issues. I got the gold because it is a neutral, not too gold. They go with virtually everything and are comfortable all day.

Orthaheels are the best thing for my feet that I have ever worn. I had been suffering from a lot of heel pain and it has now all but disappeared. These sandals are very stylish as well as extremely comfortable. I will definitely be adding more Orthaheels to my shoe collection.

These are more comfortable and have more arch support than the sandals I got from The Walking Store.

I LOVE Orthaheels! Not only are the cute, they're also comfortable, and so supportive, and so worth the money. They look great with dresses, shorts, corp pants, and skirts. Great for around the pool, beach, running errands, sight seeing, touring on foot, and get togethers with friends. You won't be sorry giving these a go. I'm a true sz. 7, ordered the 7, "PERFECT FIT."

I ordered orthaheel Carla sandals and really love the way they look and feel. I wear 7.5 size and from the reviews was told to order a size down so I ordered size 7. I am now returning the 7 and ordering a size 8. One of my feet are a little bigger than the other and it was uncomfortable because my heel was sitting right at the edge. I think they run true to size and not big like I read in the reviews. I am excited to get my size 8 sandals so I can start wearing them!
