I love this shoe...it is my third pair of Orthoheels, and love the bit of bling this one affords. I wear no other sandal because of plantar fasciitis, and have found the Orthoheel to feel the best and be the best fit for my foot. I wear a size 10 and so far, all three different styles have fit perfectly. Along with the Carla, I have the Aurora and the Tide, which is the most comfortable and my favorite house shoes.

I love this shoe. I thought I would have to give up flip-flops but this saved me. I can walk for hours in these and my feet don't hurt. The arch support is excellent. Also nice and light weight. Totally worth it.

This is a great looking sandal, and very comfortable. It's light, not heavy like many other thongs, and that's what made me choose it over all the others I tried on. I wore it today and ran around after my toddler in them - totally comfortable, no pain, no rubbing. Feels sort of like a beach flip flop, but with good arch support (and of course, it's better looking - casual, but not too casual to wear with a dress or skirt). I've been searching for a comfortable sandal to wear to work and also around town, and this is definitely it. And I just can't stress enough that in addition to being a comfortable sandal, it is just really super nice looking.

Love my Orthaheel flips. I have two pair now. The Carla adds a bit of bling to summer without looking as casual. No problems with my heels when I wear these. Thanks Zappos.

These are not only comfortable, they're very stylish. I would highly recommend this sandal, especially to anyone who has foot issues. I gave the comfort 4 stars because, with my sensitive feet, it took me a little time to get used to the toe piece.

Super support and super cute? No, it's not a dream! I'm one of those who needs arch support due to heel pain and have struggled to find cute, stylish and supportive sandals. These are a fit on all counts!

These shoes are comfortable. They run half a size small (I normally wear an 8½ and bought an 8). One issue with the shoes is the lining (the wood looking part) is like contact paper, and mine scratched at the toe part fairly quickly.

I love the look of these sandals and love the arch support. I found the straps to initially be uncomfortable as the edge of the strap seem to cut into the side of my instep. I wore them around the house for a few days and they stretched out enough that this is no longer an issue. Truthfully, because I like the style and brand so much, I was willing to use some mole skin just to be able to make these work! I bought the Bronze and like that it's a nice neutral, go with everything color.

These sandals are very comfortable. Usually comfort and style don't go together but in this sandal they do!

Wow! Zappos, you are truly amazing! I ordered these shoes Tuesday evening and they were delivered to my door Wednesday afternoon. What a good surprise as I was looking forward to getting these sandals as my plantar fasciitis is back. The sandals are true to size and feel great with one small exception. The right sandal rubs at the top between the toes. Once they are broken in they will be fine. The arch support and heel bed are comfortable. Thanks.

I have a very high arch and have a difficult time finding shoes with high arch support, especially thong sandals. I love these. I may buy more, in different colors.

These sandals are great! I have never had a sandal so comfortable that looks so nice. I have flat feet and toes worked out great for my feet. I wish I could buy several pair.

I love these flips. I am going to buy another pair of them. I can walk all day in them because they have support. And...they are really cute and dressy. I wear a 9 in a Chaco, my other favorite, but I wear an 8 in Orthaheel and they fit perfectly. They have the same material between the toes as Chaco which is what I prefer. Did I say I love them?

I had to purchase these because of a heel and ACL problem. They are not only comfortable but stylish as well. I am going to purchase another pair in a different color. They are awesome!

While these sandals are really attractive, it's true, they're too narrow and not as supportive as other styles. I also ordered a pair of the Tide style at the same time, and those I'm keeping. It's my second pair of Tides, they lasted well and have the support I need for my plantar fasciitis.

I just received these today. I love the shoe, it is very cute; however, it is too narrow on my wide foot, and it is about an inch too long in the front. I can wear some mediums, but not these. I know the 8 would not have fit me, they need to offer 1/2 sizes and I cannot believe that a shoe made for foot problems and to help correct all kinds of issues would not offer more wide with except waking shoes and unattractive flip flops. I have ordered a pair of the Tide's, I really hope they fit as I am having back problems after 2 total hip replacements. These are going back and I really loved them.

Wore these to Disney World - lots of walking, they made a blister on the top from the strap. Very cute - actually got compliments from strangers.I have another pair of Orthaheel in different style that are a little wider so strap not so tight. But overall I do like these and they have stretched out a little so I wear them a lot.

I really like these sandals because they are more supportive than a typical pair of decorative sandals, but they do have a couple of downfalls. The first thing I wish is that the strap was not quite so wide/loose. The other problem is that the wood grain pattern on the sole does come off quite easily when bumped or stubbed. I love these, but worry a little bit what they will look like after I have worn them all summer long. I wish the color of the footbed was solid all of the way through so this would not happen. Particularly because these sandals are not cheap. Overall, though, I am still happy with my purchase!

I wish Orthaheel came in 1/2 sizes! I wear a 9 and 1/2. I ordered both a 9 and a 10 just to see which fit best. The 10's too big, the 9's just too small. I love the cute look so I'm still trying to decide if I can put up with one of them. The sole is fairly hard, while it does have some arch support, only a small amount. I'm just desperate to find a sandal that's semi dressy and not painful to wear. I think this would do for short spells. Just wish it was in a 1/2 size. I have plantar fasciitis and a neuroma and I don't think I could wear these shoes for too much walking. Something simple would be okay. I also wear a wide in size and these are just barely comfy for me -- I wish all their styles came in wide, too. They are really cute!

Very comfortable sandals! I have a bad case of Plantar Fasciitis and I didn't think that I would ever be able to wear flip flops again. I really like the beading on the top; it dresses it up a lot. The fabric in between the toe is very comfortable also. I am used to wearing orthotics, so I didn't need any break in time with this sandal. They are way overpriced though. I can't believe that I paid so much for a pair of flip flops, but it was the only thing out there with support so I paid the money reluctantly. I typically wear a 9 1/2 and sized down like they said and it was perfect! The only reason that I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because of the price.

I thought these shoes would be great. I love the tide sandal but these are much more narrow. Cute but not wide enough. The footbed bed measures less width even though they are the same size. Bummer must go back. Sad.

Orthaheel was recommended by my doctor. Dealing with a hypermobility joint condition and need a flip flop with good arch support. Like Orthaheel but straps rubbed on top of my foot and caused blisters. Needed to break in straps so they weren't so tough. Otherwise will buy again.

This is a follow up after wearing these shoes on several occasions. Now, it could just be my foot, and although they have excellent arch support and are comfortable in that respect, the straps cut across the top of my metatarsals and hurt like crazy! I do not have a fat foot, either.

I was very dissapointed with these after wearing them all day. I had ankle & heel pain. I purchased them because they claim to give support in the heel area. I wouldn't recommend them. I do not know about any other Orthaheel shoe, but I will not be purchasing another. If I didn't wear them out all day I would return them.

Super cute shoe. Great arch support and scooped out heel feels like walking on sand. I have a medium width, size 8.5 or 9 foot. Got these in an 8 - perfect length. However, the straps are too loose - they do not make contact with my foot, which bugs me, and I know that they will stretch out further in time. It is strange, because some reviewers indicate that the shoe is too narrow, others say it is too wide. Maybe there is an inconsistency in production?
