I have suddenly needed to wear shoes with arches and Orthaheel was recommended to me by my mother! I didn't expect to find anything so cute! I am a shoe snob and love these! Comfortable and stylish. I do wish they came in wide width though.

I was so excited to see a stylish shoe that was also listed as very comfortable. I have a wide foot and high arch/instep so was somewhat leery. As I expected, I couldn't even slide my foot into the shoe. It's always a hit and miss for me to buy any shoe without first trying it on that has this type of cut. I love the shoe and am so sad that I have to send it back because of my high arch. It did seem to run true to size but couldn't say for certain as my foot stopped just where my instep began...I gave this shoe a 4 star rating because it wouldn't be fair to judge it negatively due to my high instep.

I love the style of this shoe...I have a slimmer foot, however, and this shoes straps seem to be made for wider feet. It is a keeper though. I have a fallen arch and the support Orthaheel gives is great! They do take getting used to, but are worth it. I am so glad to find shoes this cute to wear with the issues I have.

I really like this sandal. It is comfortable with a good arch support. The only negative is that the strap rubbed the top of my foot and caused irritation -- problem solved with a couple of band-aids.

These are nice sandals. I am giving them four stars because of the material of the foot bed. It makes my feet sweat.Other than that they provide nice support and style.

Extremely comfortable and no break-in period. They seems to be helping heel and knee pain. Can walk long distances in these sandals. I'd normally wear an 8.5 in open toe sandals due to longer 2nd toe, however, these fit well in the 8. Size 9 would be too big allover. Gave 4* for overall rating, as the right foot feels wider than the left (but still stays on foot). Meant to exchange but had thrown out the box. Will definitely order Orthaheel thong sandals again.

After dealing with lower back and plantar fasciitis pain for over a year I heard about Orthaheels and now have several pairs. These really do provide the best arch support I've been able to find in a flip flop. The Carla has pretty, blingy stones that really dress them up, so they look cute with jeans and skirts. The only reason I'm docking them one star for the overall rating is because I'm a 7.5 and the 7 fits pretty well, but I wouldn't mind a little more length. The 8s were too big. I love these shoes - I really wish they would make them in half sizes though.

These were very comfortable shoes.The support for my high arch was excellent. However, the leather does seem to stretch a bit, but not too much.

Bought these and they are cute. I do need more support than these particular pair provide though. The pairs with beige bottoms are firmer support.

I found these shoes very comfortable and even recommended them to a friend. However, after just a couple of weeks of use, the the wood print on the bottom of the sandal wore off making the sandal look very bad. That doesn't even happen on my cheap flops so I wouldn't expect that to happen with expensive shoes.

I love Ortha heels (have two other pairs) unfortunately this model cut into my skin (the bottom of the strap has a sharp edge that rubbed me raw. They have a design error in this their "upscale design model" and don't hesitate to buy their everyday design with no frills. VERY comfortable. I will wear these but not for any real walking...just for looks! Not a Zappos problem, a manufacturer issue. Zappos rocks!

My foot size generally runs between a 7.5-8. I ordered these in an 8 and they felt rather small. I think they would probably stretch out a little but not enough for my comfort. I would've exchanged them for an 8.5 except I didn't care for the material that the sole is made out of. It felt weird and made squeaky sounds with every step I took. I plan to try other Orthaheel shoes because I did like the arch support these offered.

These sandals are comfortable and have great arch support. They are, however, too wide for me through the toes and therefore look somewhat clunky. Also, the sole is covered with a patterned plastic-y finish that looks like wood grain, and if this gets even slightly scuffed it looks terrible. The plastic-y finish starts to fray and the light-colored undersole shows through very obviously. They are great if you have wide feet and need excellent arch support, but be careful with them!

Just received the Carla bronze metallic. Love the jewel look - adds zip to the sandal. Low ratings for Overall and Comfort because I must return for next size up. I have two other styles of Orthaheel that are true to size and love the fit. This Carla is narrower and shorter than the other styles when physically comparing. The straps were too tight and they felt uncomfortable and Orthaheels should be 5 stars! I wear size 8 in Orthaheel, but will reorder a 9 in this style. The online picture is very accurate to the real thing. I am confident the larger size will fit much better.

While these are really cute and I wish I could love them, they hurt my toes, between the big toe and tall toe and also on top of my foot. They are going back.

Disappointed. The plastic coating on the footbed is already peeling off after less than ten wearings and the plastic make my feet sweat like no other shoes I've ever had. They were too expensive for this to happen.

These are very comfortable. I ordered a pair for a friend and within two months the brown bottom started to peel off. I would think you could get at least one season out of them for the price.

I love the feel of these flip flops, but I have to say that the first time I wore them after putting lotion on my feet, the finish wore completely off. So they are my just flip flop around the house and I don't wear them in public. I probably should have sent them back, but Zappos only takes things back if you haven't worn them. So I'll know better next time. I just won't buy this brand again.

These shoes did everything that was promised. They fit well and were cute! Two weeks of wearing and the color on the heel bed has lightened to a light tan. So I am left with great fitting shoes that look bad. Is anyone else having this problem?
