I absolutely love Orthaheel. These are the only sandals that I can wear because I have pretty severe plantar fasciitis. These provide great arch support and are really comfortable. They have been coming out with some really cute styles too! This is my third pair of Orthaheel sandals. If you need lots of arch support but like a nice cushion too, then you will probably like these sandals. I find some brands of shoes that have lots of arch support also tend to be rather hard and not very cushiony. These are the best of both worlds. Thank you, Orthaheel, and thank you, Zappos!

Stylish and comfortable. This sandal can also walk through walk without damage of a leather top.

I have plantar fasciitis and was facing two walking trips to Europe this summer. After the first trip, I knew I needed a steroid shot in my heel but my podiatrist was out of town. I want you to know that because of this shoe I was able to enjoy every minute of a very vigorous tour through Italy and Greece. I wore this shoe every single day and I experienced no pain. (I did bring home a rather unusual foot tan!) I am a devoted fan of Orthaheels!

I love these sandals from the first moment I put them on. It took a few days to wear them in, which is normal. My hips had to get used to the new way the arch support was making my body walk but they help my feet very much! I bought the brown and the black. They are dressier then a lot of arch support sandals and I like that too.

Very happy with support in this shoe. Quality is very nice, along with comfort. Will look forward to purchasing more.

These are really comfortable flip-flops. This is my second pair of Orthaheel and there are no more comfortable flip-flops. They have a great arch, so you are still getting great support when wearing hardly anything! The reviews said to order a size down for half size but I found that to be not true. I had to return the first pair and order the size up.

Love this sandal! I now own 2 pairs. I have plantar fasciitis and could not wear flip-flops, but can wear these for hours. Orthaheel tend to run a little big. I normally wear an eight, so tried a 7 in the second pair I purchased. They were too small so went back to the slightly large 8 and I think they look fine. Would say to only size down if you are normally a half size.

The information given on this sandal was accurate. If you are lookiung for arch support in a sandal this is a good one. The product was received very quickly. Comfortable and beautiful!

I love these shoes! I am 32 and all my friends were shocked to learn that my super cute shoes were actually orthotic! I got so many compliments on them. I have narrow feet, so the shoes are a little wider than I'd like, but still fit great. My feet don't hurt after a long day of wearing sandals like they used to. Lots of support. They are very comfortable and very cute!

Love them! I have worn FitFlops for years, but now I have a new favorite. They feel great and look just as good.

First of all I took a lot of flack from my friends when I told them I ordered orthopedic shoes - granted the reason I needed them was because I thought doing a round-off into the shallow end of a pool was a great idea (it's not, for your future reference) so technically any teasing I endure is probably my own fault. However, when my shoes arrived two of my awesomely supportive friends were here and agreed that these shoes are super cute. Cute aside...I slid them on and walked around the house - immediate relief from the pain I've been experiencing for the last two weeks. I fully expected a bit of time getting used to these but the truth is the arch support is amazing and the straps hug your feet beautifully. If you are suffering from heel or arch issues, this shoe is fabulous and worth every penny.

This is the second Orthaheel shoe I have gotten. I love wearing built in comfortable orthotics! This shoe is very pretty and I am enjoying it. But I think the wood grain look on the bottom does not go with all the colors - bronze maybe but not the metallic silver that I got. Service is great. I am an Orthaheel customer for life!

Really nice sandal! If you have arch issues, you should try these, they really support the arch, after wearing these for a good hour I tried on my regular sandals and Wow, what a difference. I had pain within minutes from my regular non-supportive sandals. The only thing I would suggest to Orthaheel is a covered footbed in soft suede, that would be a huge improvement an an almost perfect sandal. The Carla Sandal is pretty too; I did get compliments on them! I will purchase more in the future, the price is worth the relief from the arch pain!

I swore that I would never pay an obscene amount for thong sandals... until my feet started hurting 24/7 and I decided to see if Orthaheel could provide some relief. That was money well spent. I can comfortably walk in these thongs all day and they are stylish. Getting used to the orthotic footbed was no problem and the top of the thong did not rub my skin open, as did another Orthaheel thong style that I also ordered.

Not as comfortable as the Tide. I'm hoping the strap 'loosens' as it is worn. Very cute and the color is great!

Very comfy and not overly clunky looking. However, as others have mentioned, the brown finish on the sole wears off in spots after only a few wearings and continues with each wearing. I wish I would have returned them.

These are probably the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. The unfortunate part is how poor the materials in the base of the shoe are. The color in the plastic is not solid and within one week the brown outer layer had cracked and rubbed off in obvious spots on both shoes revealing a lighter colored core material in obvious areas. I continue to wear them because they are so comfortable, but I wish Orthaheel would give a rebate to all of us that have received defective shoes.

Have been wanting a pair of "Bejeweled Flip Flops" for awhile, but wasn't finding comfortable ones. These have excellent arch support. The felt great the minute I put them on, and they are so cute on! I will be looking into other Orthaheel styles. I'm at the age where comfort is my first priority. When a shoe can have comfort and style they are winners in my book...the Carla has both!

These sandals are my first orthaheel purchase. I have very high arches and really appreciate the footbed support. It is unfortunate that the top strapping is man made material rather than leather. Although these cute sandals have great arch support the plastic strapping keeps them from being truly comfortable for walking or all day excursions.

I bought these sandals because I deal with plantar fasciitis and I have to stand all day to do hair. They are amazing and at the end of the day my feet don't hurt and am still able to go to the gym or on my runs! I recommend them to everyone! Your feet to have to break in the straps for a little while though...I buy a new pair each year!

In February I had an injury to both feet. Upon coming out of the big ugly black medical boots, I was unable to wear any of my regular shoes. I ordered a pair of the adjustable strap Orthaheel sandals. It took a couple of days to get used to the feel of them, but now I am hooked , and I love, love, love them! Just ordered two different styles. Upon reading a couple of the other reviews tho, I do have to agree with the shopper that had concern with the finish on the inside sole of the shoe. Mine has worn away just as hers did, and it does, as she said, look tacky! I hope this issue can be resolved so I can be an even more satisfied customer! Helen McAfee

While this shoe is very comfortable and quite stylish, I've had some problems with it. It seems to run a bit long for me around the tips of the big toe. The result is I seem to stub my toe fairly often. The faux wood sole has gotten quite dinged up and the bottom has actually started to separate from the top. However, out of 5 pairs of Orthaheel flip flops I've purchased this summer, these are the only ones where I've had this problem. It definitely wouldn't keep me from purchasing another pair...but with a different type of sole. Orthaheel is hands-down the best shoe I've ever found for my problem plantar and back problems.
