This shoe is even more attractive in person than online. It does run small. I usually wear an 8 and had to reorder the 8.5. They are comfortable and stylish. I have a skinny foot that doesn't fit well in wider shoes or in the heel area. This shoe, with a wool sock, fits great.

These shoes/clogs are super cute, unique, and quite comfortable right out of the box. I had no trouble with the fit or size. I wear a 7.5, normally, and ordered the appropriate size based on that (38). Even with socks they fit fine... not too tight. My foot is a typical width. I think the leather will probably soften a bit over time. Then, they will be perfect!

Beautiful shoe and so very comfortable. However, have to return as it is no wide for a narrow foot. My heal slips out. Really wish it work have worked.

Great shoes! This is my second pair. First, size up. I wear a 38 but had to order 39 in this style. Second, they will feel tight at first, and you may need a shoehorn to get them on. But walk around in them for about 5 minutes and your feet will sink right in and feel wonderful. I normally get a lot of foot cramps -- I put this shoe on my foot mid-cramp, and the cramp stopped immediately. (That's when I got online and purchased my second pair.)

This is my second pair. They are stylish and great walking shoes. My first pair was gray. The insole is the spring step. I put these on walked an amusement park one day, a shopping mall the next day and a trail to the river within the week. Great support and sure footed. Love them!

The 37 fits me perfectly, although I had a hard tome getting them on. Once they were on, they are great! The 38 would be too big. The color is beautiful, the design is so cute. They are very comfortable and I will wear these often!

I love these clogs! They're my second pair of the same style, just in a different color. Although both pairs are the same size, 38, this pair does feel shorter than the other. My big toes sometimes touch the top of the toe box when I walk and I have to wear nylon socks with them to avoid feeling cramped. I expect that may change, once I break them in. Otherwise, I'm completely happy and would recommend them. You may want to go up 1/2 size, just in case.

I love these shoes. They run small, I had to order a size 6 when I usually wear a size 5. They had a nice stable sole and have helped to improve the neuroma symptoms I have in one foot. They are comfortable and a nice change in style from the usual clogs.

I've worn them once. They are super squishy inside. So they were rather noisy in the morning, but by evening they were silent. I have a very high instep, but the elastic helped somewhat, but they still have a way to go to be comfy on the top of my feel, but my instep is VERY high. If it weren't for that, these shoes are FANTASTIC. They're so cute and comfortable.

Listen to the reviewers who said to buy a half size up -- I did and I'm glad. That said, these are THE MOST COMFORTABLE shoes. I get compliments on them every time I wear them and I can even run in them. Worth every penny.

I love this shoe. At first it fits a bit snug & may not be the best choice for a wide foot or thick heel. It fits like a boot.. You will need a shoe spoon to get it on until you stretch out the heel/. It is super comfortable. For the first time in months my knees, feet and back doesn't hurt when I spend 6 hrs in them. They are the perfect fit for my foot and very cute and different. I am thinking about ordering a black pair as well. They are lighter than a Dansko and the leather is not as stiff.

Saw these shoes on a nurse practitioner...LOVED them and asked what brand they were...Spring Step, she replied. So I went on-line to Zappos (of course!) and there they were! I was lucky to get a pair as they were almost out of my size (10.5). They are as comfortable as they are cute! They ran a little small so was happy to have the 10.5 instead of a 10. LOVE these shoes...AND Spring Step has some GREAT other styles...yay Zappos!

These shoes are oh-so-cute but run small and since I plan to wear with toasty socks I am returning for a larger size. the toe box runs narrower than my usual Keens Kaci (wore them to the last possible moment!) that I am replacing with these. If you have a wider foot (as I do, due to bunions), keep that in mind. I am rating them as felt true to width only because I do believe most shoes are probably more this way, I just gravitate to shoes made with wider toe boxes.

Shoe is cute style but just not for me. I find European sizing is short in length compared to American sizing so I would order one size larger than what you are used to.

These shoes are the most comfortable medical/nurses shoes I have ever worn. I've had Dansko, Sanita and tennis shoes. These rival 'tennis shoe' comfort but I'm short and LOVE the extra height with these. I'm a nurse practitioner and must dress a bit more professional. These shoes fit the bill with dressy pants and a nice tucked in shirt. I have a wider foot and longer 2nd toe. These shoes have a wider toe box which provides room for your feet when walking the halls of the hospital for 12+ hours. I have them in brown and navy. If you want dressy looking shoes that fit like a tennis shoe, these are it!

These shoes are amazing! I have been a Dansko fan for years, and now I am a convert. These are super cute, and give a great look to any style from jeans to skirts of ay length. I love the excellent color and design. Even better is the fit. I have a prior toe fracture with issues getting shoes to fit, but these are my go to shoes. The elastic at the heel holds them nicely in place and keeps them from feeling clog like. The sole is firm, but the insole is fitting and conforming. I love these shoes so much that I plan to order them in another color!

First, I have relatively small feet, and while some of the other reviews stated to go 1 or 2 sizes up, I only went a half size up and they fit perfectly. I have these shoes in not only red, but purple, natural and turquoise. They feel good and look great. I got compliments on the natural pair. They could be a bit heavy if you used to wearing a light shoe. I have plantar fasciitis and small bunions that hurt and my feet are constantly tired, achy or just hurting. I think these are great shoes overall. The only thing is that if I walk in them for too long my bunion will start to throb, but that is with any shoe. Which I why i normally wear New Balance or Puma sneakers. And they go great with boot cut or flare leg pants.

I adore the look of this shoe, and the fact that it comes in purple absolutely thrills me. I was hesitant to order them because I was fairly sure they wouldn't meet my requirements due to multiple foot issues (bunions, tendinitis in 2nd-3rd toe joints, and incisions from previous surgery). They did meet two of my requirements, a thick, rigid rocker sole and a high instep without seams that would rub on my incision scars. I decided to give it a shot. I have no natural arch at all, which is the cause of all the issues listed above. I'm used to putting OTC or custom orthotics in all my shoes. This shoe has strange construction, and an arch that drops off much closer to the heel than I'd expect. I finagled a solution from my vast collection of shoe inserts, but it's not ideal. The insole has a bit of cushion, but the sole isn't flexible at all, which is perfect for my needs. Comfort would be improved by adding a removable footbed to provide room for an orthotic. The leather is soft, and the shoe's overall weight is comfortable and doesn't feel at all clunky. For a clog, they are downright graceful. They don't rub anywhere, and I can wear them with bare feet for long periods of time. However, I've only worn the right shoe a few times, because my right foot has been in a boot for most of the past 6 months. I'm now recovering from surgery and will get a chance to even out the wear later this year when we do the other side. I wore the right shoe enough to know that it fit comfortably, at least before surgery, and should fit even better once the swelling goes down. I'm willing to forgive minor comfort issues for the sake of style. These shoes are almost there--fix the footbed and we'd be in great shape. I agree with other reviewers who said the size ran small. I wear a 40 in Dansko Pro but a 42 is just right for the Burbank. Too small to wear with my usual wool socks, comfortable with bare feet or thin socks. Width is a bit narrow, but not too tight to accommodate a moderate bunion. Nice room in the toe box, vertically as well as length. These won't ever top my list for comfort, but they are lovely shoes and are in heavy rotation because they look so good. I wear the Dansko Pro XP or Keen Kaci around the house, then switch to my "fancy" clogs for meetings and errands. It's really nice to see such great designs in comfort shoes. We've come a long way, baby -- keep up the good work! Oh, and I ordered a couple of sizes as insurance -- will be sending the smaller ones back. Thanks to Zappos for the easy returns. I really appreciate it!

Spring Step Burbank shoes are amazingly comfortable because of the ample cushioning; I can wear them all day on tile and concrete flooring. On their first wearing they were immediately noticed by friends -- they loved the styling and color. Of course they asked where I got them. I replied, "From my favorite place to buy shoes -- Zappos.com."

I've gotten several compliments on these shoes. They're different and stylish. I love how comfortable they are! They have a very stable sole and don't slip when I walk. The toe box is roomy so my toes don't hit the end of the shoe.
