They have been returned because the size 38 that I always wear in several other brands were too short by a half to full size.

Only one star since the shoes don't match in size. Size 43, for a size 10-1/2-11 foot, should be sufficiently long. BUT -- One of these shoes has been made shorter in its upper than the other one. (This is different from one foot being shorter or longer than the other, that is normal.) That means one big toe will always be jamming at the end. When standing still in these shoes, there's plenty of room for toes, nice metatarsal support. NOTE - the design on one shoe is brighter than on the other. I saw this on a pair my friend purchased as well. Were the lefts and rights made in different factories?! It's a shame -- these could be so great. The pair I got was a bit scuffed when it arrived, but that is the bargain with Zappos easy exchange which we all enjoy. If the shoes had matched, I would have kept them and loved them.

It’s a beautiful pair of shoes but overall too small. The insole feels very soft and comfort. Unfortunately I will be returning.

I wear a 9.5-10 but ordered 10.5-11 and they are perfect

This shoe ran small compared to other Soring Step styles I’ve ordered. I really liked these so I’m going to exchange for the next size up.

To size too little

Very cute red leather. I wore little red patent leather Mary Jane’s when I was a tiny kid. I always liked red shoes, but no spike heels for me. These are stylish, good fit and they are red shoes! I usually wear a size 8.5/9 in women’s shoes.

Great arch, beautiful shoe. Only complaint is when I stepped in water a few times, I slid—doesn’t have much in the way of anti-slip.

I normally wear a 39 (8.5). I had to order a 40 (9) in these. You might have to go up a size. They are beautiful and comfortable. Excellent arch support. Very cushy insole. Insole is not removable if you're wondering. They have an elastic side panel and soft back, so they fit well with out tight leather around you foot. Beautiful red leather.

Shoes are roomy and fix my wide feet perfectly. I love the square/round toe box.

I love these the color the fit is like putting on a great pair of gloves!

I ordered this shoe last year in red and it fit perfect. The two pair I just ordered are to tight. The width is not wide enough.

Love the wine/burgundy color and can accessorize with these colors in scarves, jewelry. These do not appear to be as 'heavy duty' as a Dansko, yet very pretty, artsy and comfortable. I sprayed them, as I do with all my Zappos.com purchases with a protectant spray given the humidity over here and sudden rain storms. Many compliments so far.

The shoes are very cute and comfortable! My true size is not available and these are just a little big on me but I love them anyway!

I loved this shoe. Unfortunately with my arthritic feet I was unable to wear them. The inside is nice and padded. I did try 1/2 size larger and a full size larger;. It did take the full size larger. With that you would need thick socks to keep your foot from sliding forward to the toe.Thank you Zappos for your return policy. You are my go to for shoes.

This shoe is wonderful. I nw have three pair--purple, navy and now black. They are comfortable and look great!

Ordered true size but had to exchange for half size up. Was easy to break in and comfortable for a long day. Would definitely buy again.

These shoes are a little sung, but I know from other L’artiste purchases that they just need to break in. The purple color is beautiful and designs are attractive.

Theses are my second pair. I love these shoes. The first pair I bought were the clog style with open heel. I love the enclosed heel as well. They are very comfortable.

I love these shoes so much. Others said they ran small, but mine (size 6) fit me exactly as expected. I can wear them with thin socks or no socks. The footbed is super-cushy and comfortable, and the leather is gorgeous.
