Had bag less than a month into school year and can't use it on back due to straps shreddding in wheels. Bottom straps are too close to the wheels. Huge waste of money and looks like a hassle to complete the warranty. A bunch of code numbers are required (SKU, vendor number, etc.) and have to find a repair center, IF the repair is even covered. Going back to buying cheap bags that I know I'll get my money's worth out of.

Very bad quality. Had lot of tears in less than 7 months. No proper customer service to fix the problem. With their warranty plan I felt like I'll end up paying another $100 just to get it fixed. Disappointed in this purchase. Right now I'm looking for another bag and I'm definitely not going with this one

Got it for a hike, was a little smaller than the other options and yet cost more. Came with a hole as the seam was not sew tot he bag, together properly. Trying to return it, or get ahold of a person to help me has been a nightmare. I keep getting the run around. This was the 4th bag I bought, loved the other 3, not this one. Just want a refund and don't see that happening any time soon. The bag is nice, and would be perfect with out the hole. But negative stars for making returns a horrible experience. If you include an invoice it should have the number needed to call for customer service. Instead I keep getting told to call another number for help. I've been given 4 different numbers to call and not one of them has gotten me to a person who can help me. Am now trying to do it online and no response yet.

Bag looks great, but unfortunately it is only October 10 and we already need to return it. The handle snapped off and then the strap got caught in the wheel and that also broke. My son had to carry his bag home from school in his arms as if he was carrying a baby. My daughter has the same bag and so far so good. Maybe he's just harder on the bag, but still, this shouldn't happen, especially one month into school.
