Large size and good fabric, straps drag on ground unless you tuck them up into pouch, a little heavy b/c of the wheels, wheels have tread for better traction.

Good bag for our son to use for school. It's durable and easy for him to maneuver.

My Granddaughter loved it. She is in 7th grade and cant use the lockers so everything has to go with her to every class. This so helped by not having to carry ALL the weight on her shoulders. She was the first one to get one with rollers now everyone wants one.

I got two bags for my kids to carry their heavy text books. They look and feel sturdy and strong. I hope they last.

Third time purchased this backpack. Great capacity, a little heavy. Only issue is the wheels get clogged with debris and have to be cleaned out. Replaced for school every couple of years based heavy usage.

I bought this backpack for my 11 year old daughter because she had scolsis. The typical backpack was not a feasible option because it was too heavy to put on her back. We struggled to find solution. We have been using this backpack for 3 weeks. She was able to choose from a lot of colors and patterns which gave her choice and gave her control!! The only issue is that it doesn't fit in her locker and she has to have the bus driver carry it on/off the bus and keep it in the front. I wish that they offered a backpack that was smaller and lighter.This would make things less complicated for her. Bottom line not perfect, but we are grateful to have found this product!!

I like it for school use. It could be improved by adding a compartment for my lunch box.

My so n is in the middle school. His school do not provide lockers to keep heavyweight books. He had to carry all those books every day in his backpack. It's too much heavy weight to carry for 12 years old. I turn to this rolling bag and it's a success so far. My son also likes it's style and brand.

I bought this for my 10 year old son who carries around his textbooks, computer, lunch, binders etc.. Everything fits nicely in this bag. The wheels also are well made, the straps to carry on your back can be tucked in a pocket area so they don't get in the way. My son loves his wheel bag - no more back and shoulder pain!

My sister and I used that last ones we had for an overseas trip, then as school backpacks 5 days a week for up to four years. Way better than most any cheaper school bags.

I just started nursing school so I bought this backpack. Overall it’s a fabulous backpack and very cute. It was supposed to be delivered to be on a Friday and wasn’t so I called customer service and told them and they were super nice and sent me another one because they weren’t for sure when I was going to receive it. Just got the one I originally ordered in the mail and it looked perfect. I transferred all my belongings from my previous backpack to this one and then noticed there were scuff marks all over the handle like it had been stepped on or something. No big deal to me.. then I started looking at it a little more and noticed there’s a huge chunk of plastic gone from the handle. I brought the handle all the way up to make sure it worked properly, and now it’s stuck in the highest position and won’t go down. I’m waiting to get the other one to see if anything is wrong with it before I send this one back.. let’s just hope I can get the handle down to send it back. Other than that small issue it’s a great backpack!

Too heavy

I use this for everyday commuting purposes to transport personal items along with a work laptop and files.

#sweepstakes I was looking for a high quality rolling bag for my son to haul all his school stuff and this bag meets his requirements. He's been using it for 2 weeks now and everything good so far. The only change I would make to this bag is increase the size of the middle compartment. #sweepstakes

This was purchased for my son's junior year in high school. His last one lasted almost two school years. We bought our first bag like this because he carries a ton of books and he has a neck issue. We wanted him to have the option to wheel his bag if he was having pain at anytime. My only disappointment with this backpack is with something superficial. The backpack I ordered was supposed to be black/gray camo pattern. The bag I received is black, gray and green. Not a deal breaker but I definitely wasn't expecting any color on the bag. Otherwise this being our second backpack I can say the construction is really solid and high quality durability.
