I like this backpack. It is lighter than I expected. It is sturdy and rolls easily. I wish the pockets were a little bigger but it's workable. So glad I purchased this. It is definitely improving my back!

School hasn't started yet so I cannot speak for durability, but the size is good. Lots of pockets. Seems to be well made. Love how you can use it as a backpack with the straps, or tuck them away into a pocket when using the rolling feature. Love the big side pocket for a water bottle. Got the matching lunch box and like how it can snap onto the backpack.

The handle is a little wobbly but otherwise, very nice, endless compartments. bought for my 3rd grader since the number of books have increased but I find it a little large for her now but she will grow with it

I love all of the pockets for organizing different Gym necessities. The only reason I didn't give the Freewheel Wheeled Backpack a higher rating is because I have only had it for a week and don't know, at this time, how well it will hold up.

It could be a little larger and thicker material, it will work for a short get-away..

Using this backpack for 13 year old daughter who has a cervical spinal issue but needs to keep books/binders. The backpack has been easy to use. The only critique, so far, is that the zippers often jam or get stuck. Also, the material is a bit thin and I am concerned that it will tear/wear quickly.

I bought the backpack less than a month ago. In the first few days, my daughter wore the straps down because she wasn't tucking the straps in as she pulled the backpack. It was almost worn completely through in the first few days. I had to have it sewn and reinforced. My daughter is visually impaired so she didn't know they were dragging. It would be nice if there was a more convenient way to keep the straps off the ground when the backpack is being pulled.

Bought this for my 7th grader. He had so many books that he has to carry. So this bag helps a lot with the big wheels. It's been working out pretty good for him. No complaints so far. One comment from me is that is a bit heavy, wish they can found a way to make strong product, light weight and low price. I'm sure it's hard to do, but that's should always be the goal.

Perfect for school. Wish both pockets were deep like the main one.

I bought this for my 4th grade son to bring to school and he is very happy with it. After another purchase of a pack whose wheels fell off and which would not stay upright and balanced, this High Sierra pack came to the rescue. Stands upright, lots of pockets for various things, spacious, durable, and nice/stylish design. I haven't figured out where to tuck the straps so they don't drag when it's wheeled, which is why I deducted a star...

I bought this wheeled backpack so my son wouldn't have to lug his heavy bag on his back. He loves it! It rolls so easily and stores a lot of things, including his laptop. The only 2 reasons why I didn't give it 5 stars is because I wish it had two side pockets for water, etc...and the placement of the laptop pocket in the front of the bag rather than the back, like most backpacks, makes it difficult to fit extras inside, like a lunchbox.

I really love this! I will come in handy for travel! It was however a little heavier than anticipated but it will work just fine!

Nice design. I have received several compliments on how good my bag looks. The multiple compartments are very helpful to keep organized. Regarding the extending bar, I wish the slots were positioned closer together. The slot I use right now is slightly too long, so my bag is a bit behind me. If I use the slot before, it's too short. I'm 5'1". Otherwise, great bag.

Backpack has necessary features that our child needs to be successful at school while taking the burden away of having to carry a heavy backpack all day thanks to the wheels

Great backpack! Should last a few years of school, we hope. I wouldn't say the straps are hidden, though. They're not really in the way, but we do feel the tightening straps need to be tied up to be out of the way, not dragging. Otherwise, just about everything we need.

Good, solid construction. One drawback as on all roller backpacks the shoulder straps drag on the ground. There should be a little pocket to tuck them into. I tightened the straps and rolled the tails into a rubber band

It's great and my kid loves that it's not ugly, the ONLY drawback is that when you want to wear it as a backpack we wish there was a cover for the wheels that were just dragged everywhere so you don't get your uniform dirty. Maybe something easily pulled out n then tucked away like how you can tuck away the shoulder straps.

We purchased two of these. One is great a week later and one broke the first day. They look great though!

The wide wheel base is nice and stable with smooth wheels. Comfy straps for the rainy days. Just wish the zipper for the iPad pocket was a tad wider.

I got the galaxy pattern and I really enjoy the colors. Its pretty!
Regarding sturdiness, the backpack seems to be of really great quality and I haven't had any issues in the last month since I have gotten it. The handle is great (and long enough!), it rolls well (the wheels seem to be sturdy as well), and when you pull it to a standing position, it always stand straight up and doesn't tip over.
The only complaint that I have is that it seems kind of small. It would be perfect for kids, but I am using it for college. It fits a 2" binder, a thick one subject notebook, a medium sized (about 1 cm wide) lab manual, a 1-2" textbook, and then a pencil box or bag. I haven't tried to fit my laptop in the sleeve yet, but if I carry everything I usually do (mentioned above), its going to be a tight fight. So it would be infinitely better if they made the storage areas larger. But its still a great backpack nonetheless and look forward to continuing with its use.
