As an avid business traveler, I appreciate several things about this rolling backpack. The wheels are large and stable - my old one had small wheels and tipped all the time. Having a sleeve on only one side makes going up and down the aisle on an airplane really slick. Again, my old one had one on each side and it would continually get snagged on a seat. Fits in all overhead bins, even the small regional jets, as well as under the seat if needed. Top handle is large enough for a big hand. You cannot go wrong with this case!

Great price. Great style and color. And great comfort. My 9 year old son loves it. My suggestion would be that the straps could be made easier to store and retrieve.

I was disappointed with the level of quality I have several High Sierra bag over the years n still have them and they were made very well with a Higher Quality

Like the colors but the inside is a little tight to put some of the larger books.

It turned out to be not specious enough for a 6th grader's school books and supplies. Quality itself looks good.

Great color.Tthe wheels roll smoothly. I love the bottom plastic kick plate/covering to protect the bottom back side. The side pocket for holding a beverage is poorly designed. The side pocket is the same fabric as the backpack. So there is no stretch to accommodate a 24 oz reusable metal water bottle. The side pocket should have been a stretchable netting to stretch and accommodate for different size water bottles.

Will hopefully purchase a different one that the handle goes all the way up. Had to send back back. Will attempt one more time to purchase another one. Hopefully it works this time

The backpack was smaller than I expected. I cannot fit my 15'' HP Spectre laptop. :( I plan on using this backpack for school. I go to college and expect heavy loads this upcoming semester. So far I have 2 1''-binder and 4 one-subject notebooks all packed in there with no pencil case or anything, and literally have no more room for my textbooks. But I'm going to try to put it to use. The design is cute. The inside of the backpack is not completely flat for book placement. The wheels pop into the inside (just letting you readers know). Other than those cons, the wheels seem to be rolling just fine.

It seems the handle had only one hole due to which it can only be extended fully with no intermediate holes to vary the length of the handle. We actually saw 3-4 holes in one of the photos and with someone else's High Sierra bag pack so didn't even expect this design. WIll probably be returning it. Shipping was also slow, it took almost 10 days to reach.

Bag size is ok, but the pull out roller handle is flimsy and does not seem to be able to take the rigor of an active school kid. Cheaply made fabric, small pockets. Not expecting this to last more than a month at best.. wasted $$

I had high hopes for this back pack but unfortunately it didn't live up to my expectations. Backpack only lasted about a month before the handle breaking and zipper stopped working. Save your money and invest in a Jansport wheeled backpack, you won't regret it!

The handle is not sturdy and already loosened. It's happened to me in the past where handle broke within a few days of use so I bought a more sturdy version this time but it appears this one won't last very long either.

6 weeks after school started...it fell apart! Bought the pack for my daughter to lug around her heavy highschool text books in. Seemed great at first but at 4 weeks of use I started noticing the bottom corner fabric fraying. Now at 6 weeks in the zipper on the little front pocket has ripped out. Very poorly constructed in my opinion. Cheap fabrics and hardware. it's a shame because the wheels haven't caused any problems and the design is aesthetically good. !!! buyer beware !!! The fabric and zippers will fail.

I was very disappointed when I saw that the laptop pocket was in front? Was this the reason this rolling back pack was cheaper than the next similar one? Very unpractical!!!

How can I review if the freaking bag is still in Florida. The 1 star os for the slow delivery, 1 week since I ordered and it's still on the opppsite side of the country

Trying again to say I did not like your horrible interaction with this purchase but last time I tried to complain you guys said that my review wasn't acceptable. I guess you only take five star reviews or whatever. But you need to do better.

The bag came with pencils in paper case. The pencils even have the name on them. Clearly, someone returned this bag and they shipped this bag to me, sadly.

I don't recommend this for students of any age. Its very small. My child struggles to take their things in and out of it. Waste of money.
