I love these boots and am thinking about getting another color. I have always have trouble finding boots that fit over jeans without the stuffed sausage look - this is not the issue here! And they are very comfy! Only drawback is the leather is a little soft.

Overall this boot is great! The heel is very comfortable and the quality of the but is excellent. The only reason why I gave it 4 starts is because i was expecting more of a camel or honey color but it is actually darker not too dark but it is not as light as the photo sample shows.

These feature beautiful construction with a toe box that is roomy while still looking feminine. The heel is solid, and the lower half of the shoe lends well to long term wear. Sadly, the wide calf was not wide enough for me, but worth a try on!

Great style! Description of shaft circumference was correct (which seems to be rare). Would recommend!

Love how these looked; however I have to return them because of how they are sewn to the sole...the sole is not flat and you feel like you roll from side to side...thinking I will not be stable in these. Sad.

Love these boots! I have a hard time finding boots tall enough to hit just below these knee and these were the perfect height. They are very comfortable too and I can wear them all day long at work. One minus...after three weeks of owning them and wearing them a few times per week the seam of the zipper on one of them seems to be unravelling. I'll try to fix, because I love them.

I searched for the right pair of boots for a long time. I am tall, 5'8" and work out a lot so I have muscular calves. It's hard to find stylish boots with a tall shaft and wide calves. These fit well, are comfortable and work great with jeans and leggings for a casual stylish look.

Gorgeous boot -- nice leather, great style, but the heel is unforgiving and a bit tall for me. My foot also slipped forward with each step, so I think they run a bit large. I have very slender calves, and they fit perfectly with leggings -- skinny jeans may make them fit tight. They also came up right below my knee cap. So wish they would have worked!

Absolutely beautiful boots, very comfortable. I wish I could keep them! The shaft is too tight on my calves (16" at widest). I tried on the 8 and couldn't zip them up the last few inches. Color, texture, make is really lovely.

I bought these and the Kylli Born boots. I got these first and I thought they were overall a cue boot. But I ended up sending them back because I like the Born better. First, the leather wasn't as soft as the Born and I didn't like overall texture of the leather as much. I also was not crazy about the white stiching at the toe. I did think the straps around the ankle looked nice though. I never really wore these so not sure about the comfort level, but they seemed fine. And I have athletic calves and they fit just fine.

Jessop is one beautifully made boot. I was definitely hesitant about spending so much for one pair of shoes, but what you get is 100% quality. Jessop is super comfortable, ultra stylish and versatile. And being 5'5, it gives a bit of height too. My only complaint is Jessop being considered a wide calf boot. For me it isn't. I have 16" calves and I could not zip the boot up all the way. Fell short about an inch. I eventually did get it zipped all the way, but its an extremely tight fit. Like my circulation is getting cut off fit. Can't wear them with jeans, only tights. But I will not return these boots, they are too beautiful to let go!

I bought these in black last year and was waiting for the caramel to be available. I felt the leather was a little nicer on the black, but still love these boots. They look great, and I can wear them all day. If they make them in chocolate, I will buy them!

This is a pretty boot with a nice not too high heel and good non slippery sole. I was looking for a tall boot to wear with skirts that would fit my 15.25 inch calf. These boots listed as 16" around just fit with skinny jeans. I am usually an 8 or an 8.5 but had to send back the 8.5 for a 9 because my toes were squished all the way into the front of the toe box. The 9 is better and does not look significantly bigger. I am wondering if I might even try the 9.5 to allow room for an arch support insert as they feel a little unsupported.

These shoes are really cute! I have only wore them once and they were pretty comfortable. By the end of the day my left foot was a little achey in the arch, but I walked a lot. I thought the tops were a little wide, but that is fine because they wil fit better with jeans.

Very cute and good quality boot. However, I think I might return them because they're a bit wide in the calf. Still hanging on to them for now and still trying to decide! It's a really cute boot though!

Design-wise and price-wise, I was very happy with these. I have moderately wide calves, and these fit with only a little snugness at the widest point. But while walking to the train this morning -- my first time wearing them outside -- I noticed that the heel strap detail on the right boot started sagging down. Once I got on the train, I also noticed that some stitching on the left boot had started to unravel. Wah! These are small fixes, so I'm debating if I should exchange them or not. But I do wish I hadn't been shipped a new pair of boots with these issues! Since other people have mentioned the sagging leather strap detailing (and the zipper, though I haven't had an issue with that and hopefully won't), I'd just be sure to double-check that before you commit to keeping these boots.

These were really cute and looked well made. Unfortunately they had to go back as they did not fit my calf. The widest part of my calf is just a hair under 15.5 and there was no way these were even getting close to zipping.

My calf measures 15.5" and I wear a size 8. This boot did not zip up over my calf muscle. I read lots of reviews and tried to determine if this boot would fit, if you are in my position calf-wise, stay away. Additionally, the left boot seemed to have a twist or defect in the sole of the shoe. A few other reviews mentioned this as well, but there was enough positives, I took a chance. They look great, the right one felt very comfortable, but it seems that the quality is spotty and the width of the shaft is not truly as wide as advertised. I am returning the item. I am disappointed since they do look cute, but I am also unwilling now to try the extra wide due to the defect in the sole.

This boot is adorable but unfortunately does not fit my calves. I have 15-3/4 calves. I had ordered the extra wide calf Jessop and it was far too wide, so returned and ordered just the wide-calf Jessop. It is far too narrow and will not zip past my calf. This boot does not seem like a wide-calf boot at all and fits more like a regular calf model. So cute though - I really hoped they would fit, The wide-calf is too narrow and the extra-wide calf model is far too wide, so take that into consideration when purchasing. Darn!

After trying so many "wide calf" boots that still don't fit my 16" calves, I was excited to find these in both "wide" and "extra wide." I was sure one of them would be great. I was wrong. These "wide calf" fit much like any other wide calf boot, not quite big enough. I could get them zipped with a pretty big struggle, but they never would have fit over skinny jeans. The "extra wide" of the same boot was way too big. I tried to like them and wore then around the house for an evening. They just looked ridiculous at the top. It looked like I was wearing a funnel! Sadly they both went back. :(

I was so excited to these boots... and so disappointed that they were not really wide calf. Could not even get them zipped halfway. They went right back in the box. Have to say that Zappos is great about giving back the credit. Great customer service.

Beautiful boots, so excited to find a 10.5, very sad that they are not truly meant for wide calf gals. Could not zip up and that wasn't even with leggings or anything under them. Back to the drawing board...

I was so very excited to receive these boots. I love the look of them, but as I tried them on, the shaft was extremely small. Will have to return.

I bought these boots for work. I have another pair of Lassen boots that I can wear all day, so I figured these would be similar. They are not that comfortable. I can wear them for about 4hours without a problem, but then my feet and back start to ache. Now I wish I hadn't got them. :(
