I love the putty color but the shoe runs short and narrow. I am usually a 6M in everything but would probably need to go up a half size.

These are cute for moderately priced booties, but they have no arch support at all, and are a little loose around the ankle, where you want a shoe like this to 'hold' your foot for support. Zappos, as always, you are terrific. Thanks for the great service.

Very cute boot. Unfortunately, it is not kind to bunions. Too bad. Like another person said, the main sole of the boot is also unsupportive. I guess if you are used to stilettos, then these are indeed a very comfortable shoe. I regret having to send them back.

First off I would like to rave about the look and style of these boots. I love the cut of them and I could not choose which I liked better, the black or the taupe. Both worked well with my skirts and dresses. The suede is super soft. My only complaint has to do with the width of the shoes. I have slightly wide feet and it was unbearably uncomfortable. It really pains me to return these boots. I have been searching for a pair of low profile booties and am so unhappy to let them go, but the lack of comfort really forced me to return them. I am a teacher and I stand all day so comfort is key.

There is a seam on the inside of the shoe right at the knuckle of the big toe. This will hurt when worn.

These are a beautiful, soft suede material -- unfortunately, not great for NYC winters. I felt like one trip outside in the rain, slush or slow and these would get destroyed. Definitely more of a boot for warm fall weather. I loved them, but for the price I just couldn't justify keeping boots that weren't very practical. Also, I guess I expected them to fit a little looser around the ankle, but they are very "form-fitting" and they looked a bit strange with skinny jeans.

These are really beautiful shoes, and because of the quality of the suede, it can be dressed up or down. However I did not find these to be as comfortable as I had hoped, and the sole is very hard and flat. I am sure its ok for wearing to a two hour event but I can't imagine walking all over town in these. I wanted these so badly that i even exchanged for a larger size with socks but it still didn't fit right. With regret I had to return these.

Cute bootie but just not the quality I would expect for the price. The heel height is a nice low heel, so much more comfortable but the bottom felt thin. Returned.

The shoe was uncomfortable to long and too wide

I bought a new pair to replace the 5 year old pair that I've worn 2-3 days a week as a kindergarten teacher with recess duty, which is always dirty and muddy. I've worn my new pair 3 times and the wood look heels are not going to hold up. They look almost as worn as the 5 year old pair! Soo, something changed with the quality, unfortunately. They are still very cute and comfortable. I hope they last thru the season.

the length was perfect but at the heel it was pretty wide for my foot. i have a wider foot at the toes and then it becomes normal at the heel. They are awesome shoes and I wish they fit me better.

Based on some of the comments, I ordered an 8W which is wider than I wear. The shoes were way too big and I returned them.

These run extremely small. I couldn't even get my foot in the boot. I wear a size 6, which is what I wear, but I feel like I should try a 7 or maybe 7.5. They're cute, though!

These were a very nice looking shoe in a great color and reasonably priced. Unfortunately they didn't fit right in a way that would not be improved by a different size. They were both too long and too narrow across the instep. To be fair, I'm a bit wider than normal in the instep. They also sort of caved in when trying to put them on which I think other reviewers might have mentioned. This was only true for one of the pair and only this color (I had ordered two colors) - so perhaps it was defective and an exchange might correct it - but the fit was a no go.

Decent looking shoe. Felt narrow very uncomfortable. Returned for a better shoe.

Ordered 1/2 size up and they were too small but I think the next 1/2 size up will not fit my moderately high arches well. Nice quality but not a good fit for me.

Loved the look of these boots but they were soooo uncomfortable when I put them on. Honestly couldn't wait to get them off my feet. I have a wide foot and ordered wide, but they did not feel wide at all.

Couldn't get my feet inside the shoe. Not flexible enough. Had to return for refund.
