After a year, I have mixed feelings about these boots. I own the black suede, and they have been my go-to boots that I wear several times a year. The suede has kept up pretty well, staying black, but I was a little bummed about the heel. The heels are made out of that popular wood block look, and I noticed the heels on these boots took a beating pretty quickly. I'd get little dents and ships revealing the lighter color underneath. I was able to fix the issue by coloring in the scuffs with furniture scratch markers, but I find myself having to do it every month. I would only buy these shoes again if they were on sale, because for this price point, I think the heels should be longer-lasting.

Really pretty, fabulous leather BUT zero comfort, plus the bottom is slick. IMO a pretty leather boot shouldn't hurt there are too many brands out there that make comfy shoes I got a similar clarks pair for $140 they're fabulous, just sayin

This really felt uncomfortable where it hit my ankles/leg. The color is different than it appears online, it is more of a putty color with a slight olive green hue.

I was so excited to find a get looking pair of booties in Wide. I was so excited when they arrived the next day. Sadly they did not feel like a wide width at all. These boots must run very narrow if the wide width were still so snug. Back they go...

I needed some navy suede booties. I had some Sam Edelman sandals in a size 10 that I have worn all summer and absolutely loved. So, I thought I would try these booties. Size 10 was just a half size too small. Had to really work hard to stuff my narrow foot in there. Just wasn't worth it. So, unfortunately I had to send them back. They were a pretty color but I do have to agree that the heel and soles seemed kind of cheap. I would recommend Pikolinos or Eric Michael boots because of their wider toe base and quality. Better get the Eric Michael boots asap, because they sell out quickly!!

Pretty boots, but had glue all over the left shoe. They are also super lite in color.

They are only OK. I returned as there was nothing exceptional about them for the price.

The wide for these was not quite wide enough for me (D width) with socks on. I could get them on without socks, but the soles are way too slippery anyway. Very cute shoes.

These are way too small! I am a tried and true size 10, but I could hardly get my feet in these much less walk in them. Even if they stretched a little I would definitely be hobbling around in them still. They run small!

Beautiful boot. I bought to wear on a 6 week trip to Europe and realize it is not going to provide comfort I am looking for.

I have owned two pairs of the black suede. I adore them, but the problem is that they wear thin super fast with regular use - which is why I had to replace them a year later with a new pair. And for this much each, that's not ideal. The toe gets worn down and a hole forms - happened both times. I think it's because the sole is just too thin and so the suede wears down. I know walking on city pavement destroys everything, but for the price of this shoe, I wish it were sturdier. I love the style so much, so hope Sam Edelman reads this and makes a new line that I won't destroy!

These boots are beautiful and I wanted to really liked them. However, they are really narrow, fit oddly and the soles are slippery. I had to return them.

I bought these in a wide to fit my slightly wider than average feet. They are narrow even in a wide. I wish I had sent them back before wearing them out to dinner. I walked around in them for a day of shopping and my feet were killing me by the end of the day. They have a longer pointier toe shape than I would like. For a 6½ they look absolutely huge. I am very disappointed in my purchase.

I am an 11.5. For those of you like me, the 11's were way too small and the 12's too big. They also felt hard and uncomfortable. They're cute but I don't get the good ratings.

These boots are so cute. I bought them in the gray suede and it is a beautiful dark, cool color. I really wanted to love these. Unfortunately, as others have noted, the fit is strange. They are snug in the toe and loose in the heel. I marked them true to fit because I could not choose both too small and too big. I could live with that, but the soles are also very hard and uncomfortable, and that combination is a deal breaker for me. I am returning them.

The majority of people liked this shoe and I was swayed by reviews after reading about the comfort, but my foot is not average. The shoe is pretty, no doubt, but it felt pretty flat to the ground with no sole support or arch support. I'm usually a 7 1/2 but got the 8 since I plan to wear in the Fall/Winter. The 8 was way too long and it looked like clown shoes on me (banana shape). I didn't bother getting the 7 1/2 since it felt flat on my wood floor at home. I walk on cement streets and knew I would feel every aggregate of the concrete and it had to go. Not for me.

These are a nice basic good looking ankle boot - though they look a little cheap. The sole was much more slippery than expected - no grip whatsoever. The main problem though was narrowness. I have always taken a medium (size 7½ or 8 M), but these were so narrow that I could not even wear a stocking with them and feel comfortable. The narrowness was along the entire boot. Arch support was OK, if not for the squeezey feel from the narrowness. So back they went.

I am so sad that I have to return these. I have at least 10 pair of Edelman's shoes, and this is the only one that I have been disappointed with. I hate the color. It's an ugly orange.

I sent these back. Soles are very hard, cheap and plasticy, not rubbery so too slippery on the bottom. There were also lumps in the soles like they were poorly made and sealed over a cobbler's nail or something. Looked very nice on, ran a little narrow but mostly true to size. Might order up depending on what socks you will wear. Not good winter booties, unfortunately.

Great looking and comfortable on carpet. Once I stepped on a solid surface, it felt like there was some foreign object in the sole.

So cute and stylish! I wanted them to work but with my problem feet they just were not comfortable enough. I order them half size bigger than normal but still did not accommodate my foot with insert.

Stylish, goes with everything from leggings, dresses, jeans but VERY painful after only 3 hours of light wear/walking. I was really hoping this could be a go-to boot for work and fun.

These are so cute! Would love to own these in several colors! But why don't they make them with a nonskid sole? This sole is too slick for noncarpeted floors (restaurants, shopping malls, etc) and icy/snowy sidewalks and parking lots.

Great look but the footbed is hard as a rock. I'll wear them anyway because the height is the perfect slight lift and they look great with any skinny pant but I may not buy this brand again.
