A good-looking boot but runs large in lenghth and a bit tight in width (I ordered a wide). I had to return it.

This is a cute shoe with the perfect heel height and stability.I ordered it n my usual 6.5 W. Unfortunately, the wide size is wide in the heel and narrow-- maybe C width? through the ball of the foot. I don't know why manufacturers do this. I'm sure somewhere out there is a woman with a wide heel and narrow ball of the foot, but I don't know any. Back it goes.

I bought the new tumbled black leather boots in 7W. They are pretty, but do not work for my feet -- it feels too long for a 7 and not wide enough for a W. Sadly I had to return them.

This boot is very good looking; however it is much too wide for my narrow foot. I knew I was taking a chance when ordering a medium width. Sam Edelman shoes are so attractive. Wish they came in Narrow widths.

I've been looking for black suede booties, and these appeared to be exactly what I wanted - nice but not too dressy. Unfortunately, they are too wide in the heel and ankle. My foot does run narrow, especially at the heel, but many reviews said that these ran narrow, so I decided to give them a try. Also, I thought I was ordering suede, and they were calf hair. So if you are wanting black suede, make sure you don't order "black brahma."

These are great booties that are comfortable out of the box. They work with casual or work. Just what I was looking for, I can wear them all year round.

I really like the Putty boots. They're a bit lighter than the photo, but still a really nice color. Very comfortable and stylish. At first it was a little challenging to get my feet in them, and they felt a tiny bit small (I wear 7 or 7.5 and got these in a 7), but they have broken in well after about 3 times of wearing them, and it's not an issue.

Size up. I'm normally a size 6 and this boot was too snug wearing it barefoot. Quality shoe but I'm returning it.

Love these boots, but the color is more like a light grey than a taupe. I saw these in store and they look different in color. Maybe this color varies a little.

Great looking boot. Ordered the putty and this color...liked the putty but this one better. I put in an insole with arch support and now...perfect! I love Superfeet for both flats and heels - I walk a lot and am on my feet, walk all day...Superfeet have made all the difference in the world.

Although I really like this boot(comfortable and attractive), the picture provided does NOT accurately depict the boot. The heel and sole of the shoe is not this color. Actually, it's a much darker brown. I particularly liked the lighter heel, so I am disappointed. If a darker brown heel is ok with you, then you'll be fine with this purchase.

So glad I found these, they are a great shoe for work (and casual). Got them in two colors! the arch support is awesome but the support under the toes is lacking tremendously, especially noticeable when you're walking in NYC everyday - the only thing keeping these shoes from being perfect. I'll be buying some insoles for that soon to resolve that issue but other than that no complaints about these! Get tons of compliments! :)

I own the leopard print and have noticed the fabric has worn off in spots, and I don't wear them a lot. With that being said, I love this bootie and am considering ordering the navy. I may even reorder the leopard for next winter.

I absolutely love the look of these boots. SO cute! They are well-made. Unfortunately they were way too tight for my feet. I am almost always an 8.5, and never a wide width, but they just didn't fit well. They were awfully tight in the toe and middle of my foot. I also tried the 8.5 Wide, and they were too loose. So bummed!

These are cute and fit true to size. They are suede, and I don't think a very expensive leather. I am terrified of wearing them in any sort of wet weather as I believe they will be ruined.

The shoes are super comfortable and cute! I had to send back the first pair because I ordered a medium width size 7 shoe, which I usually am, but the fit was too tight so I sent them back and reordered them in a size 7½ wide. The only issue I have with the shoe is that there is not a lot of traction on the sole, but other than that I loved it.

Wow! It took three times to get the size right! I felt like Goldie Locks - the fist were too small and narrow (my normal 7½ medium) I tried a 7½ wide (which I have never been able to wear but the top was so tight I thought that might be the problem - sure enough my heels slipped (probably would have been fine otherwise) and finally gave an 8 medium a shot as a last chance - those worked for the most part (one heel still slips a bit but I will add a foot petals for the heel and should be perfect). I went down on the overall and comfort because of all the effort it took to find the right fit.

Very nice boot, and it fits well. However, the sole is very, very smooth, which makes it unsuitable for winter wear around here.

I liked the boot's appearance. The black gloss was attractive; the height was perfect. However, it did not fit my foot. This is the first shoe I have had that, although the length was all right, each time I walked, my heel rode up. I wear a 7½W.

My feet at on the narrow side. These fit well with thick socks. I wore them one day with just tights and they were a bit loose and would have caused a blister if I had to walk a lot.

Super stylish, cute boot! Perfect with skinny jeans, or even with a skirt/dress. Only issue was the color. I ordered the moss, which I guess sounds like it should be more of a green color, but based on the photos on the website, I though it was going to be more of a brown. They were not what I expected, but I ended up liking the color anyway and kept them. Also these run a little big. I had to order a half size smaller than I wear in almost every other type of shoe.

These are very attractive. They were a little small for me in the size 7, which I usually wear. They are also a little stiff, but that may loosen up.

I thought "tumbled" would mean a softer leather. No, it only means that the leather has a more distressed look. I really like these booties even though they are not as soft as I expected. They are very clean and a classy style. I like that I can keep them simple or dress them up with boot bling when the occasion or my mood calls for it. I gave four stars because of the misleading description for me.

Great boot. The only concern I have is the smooth sole with the stitches that will wear down with time. I guess I need to get them into a cobbler to have a sole protector adhered. I am not a fan of taking this extra step after I purchase shoes, I'd much rather have them ready to go. They are such a classic boot I would just like them to last a while and a sole protector seems like a smart way to go.

This boot looks really nice on my size 6 feet. Work great with skinny jeans! The sole is rigid so I added a thin gel insole and now they feel fine. They are a bit narrow, but the leather gives over time.
