Super cute, but not comfortable at all.

I generally wear medium width sizes and occasionally wide. I heard these ran narrow so I got wide. Literally cannot get my foot in past the toes. The sole looks like it could accommodate a wide foot but the strap over the top of your foot won’t allow it.

Did not like the feel.. Not comfortable.. Too shiny

They are cute shoes and I was so excited about them, but I wish I wouldn't have bought them. They do give you blisters and the holes in the heel of the foot get dirty. Not worth the money. I also thought they ran smaller in size. My feet definitely hurt by the end of the day.

Beautiful shoe, very high quality and well made. The platinum color is between silver and gold. Very sad that these weren't for me, I'll be returning as they seem a bit narrow and were extremely uncomfortable, I'm sure they take some breaking in but I'm not willing to risk it based on how uncomfortable they were.

I wanted to make these work but my feet are too sore to try and break them in. they are very cut but not for my feet

I was very excited to try these, but was disappointed with the fit. Although a beautiful shoe I find them to run small and narrow. Unfortunately I had to return.

I loved the top of the sandal, but the footbed was a fleshy pink. Not at all attractive. Sending back. Thanks Zappos for your great service.

Cute shoe, but not good for walking any major distance. They may soften over time, but currently, mine are "car to restaurant" shoes as any further distance may cause chafing on my feet. Plus, they have no support (for me anyway).

These shoes are extremely cute. I recently ordered my daughter a pair and thought it would be cute if we matched. The shoes seemed to run small. Despite this being a wide--it wasn't comfortable when I put it on. I'm sure they would stretch, but after walking around my bedroom with them, I realized they offer zero support. While they're cute shoes, I realized they're just not practical for me. On the hunt for another pair :)

I ordered a size 6 as I am usually a true 6. The shoes came in TWO DIFFERENT sizes. They were both marked 6, but the right was at least 1.5 inches longer than the left (which fit perfectly fine).

These shoes are very pretty. They look great on. The wide is not actually very wide so they're a little snug but they do break in. The sole is hard though and there is zero arch support. I needed dressy summer flat sandals for a wedding and these worked well for the occasion with the long dress I was wearing but I would not recommend them if you'll be on your feet for hours.

I had no idea that these shoes were a big fad and loved by the young crowd. I'm a stylish 50 year old woman. These shoes are as adorable as I had hoped they would be. Not always easy to find flat with style. Unfortunately, not as comfortable as I would like. The flowery thing at the top rubs a bit and the heel rivets annoy...big time! They are not painful (I won't stand for that), but they will never be my favorites.

I wear a size 7.5-8, the front of my foot is fairly wide, and I have a pretty high arch. I first ordered a different Jack Rogers sandal in a 8M and there was no chance I could even get them on my foot due to the height of the arch on the sandal - way too low. So I ordered this Navajo in a 8W and the arch was still too low for my foot. I could get the sandal on, and the width was fine, but the strap going over the arch of my foot was way too tight. I've found similar issues with brands like Kate Spade, Joie, and Tory Burch - all work better for people with narrow/low arch feet.

I have wanted a pair of classic looking sandals. I was excited to purchase these sandals knowing they are classic. After weeks of wearing them last summer I broke them in. Not easily done since the strap is tight across the top. As I said I wore them for a few weeks. To my surprise, one area of the toe became discolored--actually the color wore off on one toe area. The quality is not true to the product. I had to have the one shoe dyed to cover the toe area. The quality is poor but the style is good. Would I purchase another pair from this company? I doubt it.

I love these! I got them in the platinum because depending on the lighting the color changes. However, I have to WARN you! These shoes do not have any tread on the bottom. When I first wore them to break them in, I slid on the hardwood stairs in my house and ended up fracturing a rib. Take them outside or add some kind of traction first!

I ordered these in multiple sizes from multiple sites and evidently while you can "buy" half sizes, they only come in full. The 9 was too big so I ordered an 8.5 from Zappos and received an 8. So I ordered an 8.5 from another site and also received an 8. The 8s were way too small so now I am wearing the 9s which are too big. Additionally, while the heels of these do not hurt me like others have mentioned, the shape of the arch makes it such that if I walk in them for too long my arches cramp up. Yes, they are cute but for the price and what they are plus the weird sizing and mediocre wearability I wish I had never bought these!

One shoe had a bit torn out of the heel and scuff marks on the edge of the sole when I got it. That is why I am returning them.

Had to order 1 size larger than I normally wear. Round decoration on the top rubbed a blister on my toe, but put a pc of moleskin underneath and solved the problem.

Very disappointed. Ordered a 7W and was sent a 7M. the size was hand written in the shoe, rather than stamped in. the shoes were also delivered in a recyclable box, not the Jack Rogers box. No packing slip included. I'm wondering if this was a factory second. I am returning.
