True to size. Jack Rogers are fun, and make you feel happy just looking at them! Ive worn them for over 25 years. I wouldn't recommend walking around Disneyland in them all day long, but for "normal" days of walking, they are fine. Some customers don't like the padded heal, that has never bothered me. They are a perfect vacation shoe, as they can go to the beach or pool and then be paired with shorts or a sundress for lunch and shopping! I have silver and wear them at night to go out all the time.

Just a tiny bit too small, will return for a 10 1/2. I am generally a regular 10 in these sandals.

I wear an 8.5 in most shoes and ended up keeping the 8.5 in these also. They are a little bit tight, but the 9 was way too big. I am hoping they will stretch and loosen a little since they are leather, but I think they will be fine even if they don't. The platinum color is great! Sort of a metallic sand, goes well with silver or gold accessories.

I am a tough fit! love them, but not the best shoe for me.

I love Jack Rogers and will continue to order them however they do break easily and are not comfortable. They also run small (something to keep in mind when ordering. Even despite all those things I do keep coming back to them! Also they are very narrow shoes but break in after awhile but I do not recommend to someone who has wide feet.

I love Jack Rogers. Have several pairs. These are a bit too wide.

Love these shoes - but just cant get them narrow enough.... well made and great fun design. Have to give it only 4 stars because its going back :(

Classic style and go with everything. I love them, but can’t wear for more than an hour or two before my heels start hurting.

I was so excited to receive this, and so sad that I had to send them back. They are beautiful, and just fart too narrow

I loved this sandal but even the wide was too tight across my foot.

I had a hard time finding the right size in these! 1st I ordered a 7 and the strap was soooo tight around my foot I had a hard time getting them on but the length was fine but just walking around my house the strap was so uncomfortable it hurt - I also felt the front of the shoe was narrrow and I do not have wide feet, I've never even tried in a wide shoe ever! So I ordered a 7.5 and now the strap was to loose and my foot was sliding so I decided to go for a 7 W and this was the winner the front of my foot fits and while the strap is still a little snug I feel it will loosen and is no where near as tight was the 7! The odd thing is I ordered the cork/gold color as well and the 7 fit fine in all areas! Thanks to Zappos for their excellent serivice!!

Overall, Jack Rogers are classy sandals. I have wide feet, and it took a while to break these shoes in. It does hurt, but now they are very comfortable.

So stylish which is why I am willing out up with some pain. But oh my! These cause quite a bit of pain. I normally wear a 7 1/2. I have never worn "wide" shoes. When I received my 7 1/2 m, I could not even fit all of my toes into the sandal. So that was returned. I debated between ordering an 8 w and a 7 1/2 w and just went with the 7 1/2 w. It is still very snug. To the point of causing pain and a little numbness in my toes. However, other reviews say the leather loosens up. I am hoping that's what happens after several wears. Please be aware of very narrow and very small sizing!

I love this sandal; it's a great style. Other reviewers noted that it can be stiff and sometimes uncomfortable, but I tried anyway. Sorry to say, they seem to be right. If you have sensitive feet this probably is not for you. A softer leather might help. Still, I love the look!

So, I had read a lot about Jack Rogers lately in some fashion magazines, and wanted to check them out. I wasn't sure what they'd be like in person, but I loved how they looked in the video and they certainly had some rave reviews. I am a huge Lilly Pulitzer fan, and it seems like you must have a requisite gold colored pair of sandals to wear with their shorts. So, even though it's a huge splurge, I went ahead and spent the money for the shoes. I normally wear a size 9.5, and have narrow feet - and after wading through a bazillion reviews for size info, I decided to order a 9 with a medium width. Okay, so now I have my shoes - and while they are cute, I'm not sure they're this price fabulous. Also, my toes come right to the edge of the shoe...still can't decide if ordering up a half size is advisable...it seems like there's a lot of confusion when it comes to the half sizes. On the plus side, I don't find the gold color garish - it's a fun, neutral color. I didn't experience any pain while trying out the shoes; they seemed like pretty standard comfort level for flops. Still on the fence about keeping them, but hopefully the information I provided might help someone else with choosing their size and color for these particular sandals.

Yes, these do hurt at first. Break them in and they will be your favorite summer shoe! Love.

The sandals are adorable but they will definitely need time to break in. They are very stiff when you first put them on. I normally wear a narrow shoe but the medium was perfect.

These are adorable and fit was true to size. However, they do require a breaking in period where I got a few blisters on the sides of my feet. After that they were great.

I feel like they've changed production in the 3 years since I last ordered this model. I'm still wearing the pair I ordered 3 years ago, but was hoping to start breaking in a new pair before these fall apart. I ordered the exact same style, color and size and I couldn't even get them on my feet. It also appears that they have changed the color of the leather insole.

I was reluctant to get these after the reviews, but I'm glad I did. I rarely wear a wide-sized shoe, but these looked narrow in the pics so I ordered a wide size. Glad I did! They do run narrow, and there was some pain breaking them in. The heel pain everyone seems to be complaining about didn't bother me too much--really no different than a flip flop with the same type of design but then again I may have been more focused on the pain from the tightness in the width and less so on the heel. I also felt they were a little on the small side for shoe length--my toes are close to the top of the shoe. I would have exhanged them for the next size up if it had been available in a wide, but it wasn't so I'll power through. They eventually soften and stretch out, but be prepared to endure some pain before they do! These are not a walking all day shoe.

Loved dealing with Zappos! I will order all my shoes from them! I ordered the Jack Rogers sandal for my daughter and they were too small. Wow, I called to see what to do and it was great customer service! Wish I remembered her name but she explained quickly and easily that I just ship these back but in the mean time they sent out larger size! Good prices, good shoes and good service!

To be honest, I bought these shoes solely because of the brand and how trendy they are. With that being said, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the latest trendy shoe. The gold is beautiful and they are quality made. If you are looking for something comfortable to wear all day long, do NOT purchase these shoes (although they get more comfortable with each wear). I exchanged them for the wide, which is much more comfortable for me.
