Was expecting high gloss gold as depicted in photo: not the muted gold I received.

Sandals were darling and exactly what my daughter wanted. Unfortunately they were an unmatched pair, one a size 10 and the other a 10.5., so we are returning. Besides an obvious difference in size, the underside of the leather thongs were even different colors, one light tan and the other gray. Have been ordering from Zappos for many years and this is the first time we have ever received a mismatched pair. Seems like someone forgot to inspect the contents. Rating as a 2 overall due to the mismatch.

I didn’t even try these on because the silver was already flaking off the leather when I received them.

I ordered these last summer and they were super narrow when I received them so I wasn’t sure that I was going to keep them. But I loved the look of them so much that I decided to try to break them in. I only wore them a handful of times that summer but I decided to give them another go this summer. I wore them about seven or eight times and they did stretch out enough to the point of being comfortable. However, last night the heel of the right sandal fell off and I noticed that the bottom sole is separating from the top sole on both sandals. I was absolutely shocked. I was under the mistaken impression that these sandals were meant to last for several years. Although I’ve had them for one year, I’ve worn them less than 20 times and they’ve already fallen to pieces. It’s extremely disheartening as I truly love the sandals. I’m hoping that my local shoemaker will be able to repair them.

Long time lover of Jack Rogers sandals but something has changed with the sizing. Too long in front and too much shoe at the heel. Hate to bash my favorite shoe but hoping they will correct the sizing issues asap! These do not fit true to size anymore for me at all.

I wore these for one evening- the sole has crackled appearance already, as though it were years old!!!

These are the most uncomfortable shoes ever! They are stunning to look at. After the decades of hype surrounding Jack Rogers, I had to try them. It was an epic fail. My foot barely fit under the cross strap and the center tow strapped rubbed against both toes. I know leather takes a while to break in, but anything that takes that much work and patience is defiantly not worth it! This is especially true if you are paying $118 a pair.

These shoes look great online so when I received them , they were a huge disappointment to me for a few reasons. Firstly,I didn't think the quality was there for the price charged. Secondly, the sizing was wrong. I am a 8.5W. The box said 8.5W - the shoes however were marked (handwritten in ink) 8W. However the shoes were not a W at all. I couldn't even get them on my foot. My daughter is a 8.5M so I was going to give them to her, and she couldn't get them on her foot either! I've always enjoyed my purchases from Zappos - this is my first negative experience. I'm still a Zappos fan!

These shoes are super cute and come in all sorts of colors. Too bad they are not comfortable! I wish I could return mine but I already walked outside in them.

I'm in love with the look of these sandals. I've been obsessed with how they look. Although trying them on in my home and walking around for less than a minute, I noted there is no cushion on the heel and there are little notches that start hurting your heel. I am kind of disappointed saying I paid this much for these. When you get these just don't plan on walking around a lot. These are only going to be used for going out to dinner, movies, and small non walking things.

These sandals are very cute, but very uncomfortable. They hit my toes on weird spots, and the dots on the heel part hurt. After wearing that the whole day, my feet is bleeding.

Ugh, I am so disappointed! I really wanted these shoes to work because they are so cute, but they are just very very uncomfortable. I ordered the platinum color, which is perfect as it goes with gold or silver. However, the strap is so narrow that I end up walking on the part where the strap is attached to the sole. My foot ends up feeling so claustrophobic I can't stand it, and my foot is not considered wide. Also beware that the toe box is very narrow. I wish Jack Rogers made a true medium width as I would totally keep them. But for now they are going back.

Terrible shoe. Im a pretty narrow size spot on 7 and i ordered a M width, but they must be kidding with this shoe. Your foot has to be, no kidding, about 2.5-3” wide for it to even slide through the upper. In other words you cannot even get them on. Again, my foot is NOT WIDE. You can see one other review depicts two fingers can barely get through. Not super expensive but still way overpriced. If your foot is about 2.5” wide go for it. Laughable!

Fit fine but the leather between the toes was too hard and gave me an instant blister

I'm not sure why you sent me a 10.5 when my order clearly is marked size 12.

My last pair of Jack Rogers were great, but they didnt go between the toe. I wasn't able to wear these, they will go back.
