PAINFUL! I can't believe so many people are raving about these shoes! Cute, but I couldn't bear to walk across the room, let alone wear them for any length of time. Could it be that I just got a defective pair? This was my first attempt trying them and I'm not interested in them at all. Thank goodness for Zappos' excellent return policy and outstanding customer service. So grateful I can try things at home without worry.

I'm so upset with Jack Rogers. My daughter has owned these for less than a month and already the rubber has fallen off of the heel. This has happened with two other pairs of Jack Rogers I've had. VERY poor quality.

Really bad. I bought these because I own another pair which I love. Only the manufacturer has lowered the quality dramatically and now they are really crappy. The soles aren't even leather anymore and the width is so narrow that my feet hang over the sides. Unfortunately, I wore them outside so I cannot return them. Don't waste your money on these. Spend a little more and buy the real Stephen Bonnano version made in the USA.
