Love the look of these and the color, and they fit true-to-size. But the front of the shoe is so short that there's this ugly, weird toe cleavage across the whole foot. It looks like my feet have been squeezed into the shoe and are incredibly uncomfortable, even though they weren't. Sorry to have to send them back.

Sigh. I wanted these to work so badly. The leather on these is beautiful and I love the styling, but they were just way too narrow for my foot (I have medium feet, slightly on the wide side). Not a ton of arch support, but sort of expected in a pair of ballet flats.

The leather is beautiful and I love the color but these were large - in length and width. I have never had to return a shoe for being too wide until now. These are going back.

So sad...these would have been perfect except they where so narrow! The left fit, but super snug and I couldn't even get my right foot in the shoe. These flats are lovely and the leather is divine, but the construction is all wrong. Sending these back.

I am so sad! I researched the most comfortable flats for week of walking to various meetings. The shoes only one day! For the price, the quality is awful. The back, sides and toe are already worn and fraying after ONE day. The back of the shoe is structured a bit higher than many other flat styles and ripped through the skin on the top of my heel despite adding blister bandaids.

I have a pair of Frye boots in 9.5, and I ordered the Frye Regina Flats ( grey color) in 9.5 but had to return them because they felt full size larger. In The size 9 pair I received is is problematic, when I line the two shoes, the right one is slightly longer than the left one. The collar line is too tight in digs into my heels. I have only worn the shoes few times around the house to stretch them out and unfortunately they already look worn out and wearing them barefoot colored my heels yellow. I really regret this purchase, I do not recommend it and frankly I believe these are fake Fryes and shame on Zappos for not doing their due diligence. If these are real Frye shoes, then the quality has really gone down and this is very unfortunate.

I bought these same shows a few years ago and love them. I thought I was ordering the same pair, the quality of this show now is unbelievably cheap - I had to do a double take. The leather is nowhere used to what it used to be, it is so thin and finish is fake looking. The Soles are even different and much cheaper made. I was really looking forward to a second pair but was really disappointed with what arrived, back they go.

Amazing flat! I just can't get over how pretty the leather looks and feels. I don't normally spend this much on flats but the reviews were so great that I thought I would try it out. I'm so happy I did. Very comfortable and so stylish. You will not regret this choice! Plus, no one does customer service like Zappos.

There is way more toe cleavage than it appears from the pictures. I wanted these for a fall shoe and I felt like the top of my foot was barely covered at all. Also, although ooth of my feet are the same size, one of the shoes was so loose it had zero chance of staying on my foot, I couldn't even pick my foot up off the floor without it falling off, even when I flexed my foot. The other shoe fit fine but I had to assume they were going to get very stretched out based on the falling off shoe. When I lined the bottoms up next to each other, they were the same length, so it had to just be the leather. I'm disappointed as I thought I had found exactly what I was looking for.

These shoes were so uncomfortable! No support, and way too much money for a simple ballet flat. Also, the leather was very stiff, and gave blisters.

I am a 7.5 narrow shoe. This 7.5 shoe was very tight across the width and too tight in the heel. The size 8 was way too big. I even took them to see if they could get stretched and the shoe shop already had another pair (exact shoe in size 8) being stretched. Apparently I am not the only one not fitting in these shoes. These shoes just don't fit correctly. I would buy them in multiple colors if they did fit. They are the cutest, and I hated to return them!

Cute flat with that little detail at the back, but they didn't work for me. Sadly, I was between sizes. Normally a 7 1/2 or an 8 will fit just fine. The 8 was too large, the 7 1/2 entirely too tight. I couldn't even put my toes in the 7 1/2. Sent them both back.
