The foot bed fit fine, but the ankle was very wide, so the whole boot bent when I moved. It looked like a floppy, rubber boot. Very cute if I didn’t move, but I need boots made for walking. I’m returning these.

Cute flat, but the stitching around the top digs into the back of your heel.

I liked the shoe and it seemed pretty true to size; however, it seemed like they might need some time to break them in. The shoe also came up pretty high on the back of my heel, and felt like it was digging into my heel. That seemed like a blister waiting to happen, (which is a deal breaker) so I returned them.

The make and material were fantastic. But the shoes were a size too big and wouldn't stay on when I walked. I actually wondered if the right size was in the box because the box said 8M (my size) but I could not find any size marked anywhere on the actual shoes themselves.

The fit and style of these shoes are amazing and were very comfortable for the short time I had them on. The problem was that the grey was starting to come off on the left shoe and I haven't even really worn them yet. Another reviewer noted this problem, but I was hoping it was a one-off and took a chance. Very disappointed in the quality.

Cute shoes and comfy padding inside. I normally wear a 6.5-7 (even my Frye boots I wear all the time are 6.5) in shoes and these were more than a full size larger.

The quality of these shoes look good and I liked the neutral gray color but the sizing is way off. I’m usually a 7.5 in flats, pretty consistently, with a slightly narrow foot. The 7.5 was huge in width and length, so I ordered a 7 which was too small. I don’t want to take the chance hoping that the 7 will stretch with wear and feel better, so both are going back. I can see why they are on sale because it’s hard to pick a size to order.

I really wanted to love these. I took the advice of others and ordered a half size smaller. I'm usually a 9 in Frye, but I ordered an 8.5. However, they were still huge on me. The cognac was such a beautiful color and the leather was super soft. I was excited to return and get an 8 in both cognac and black. Unfortunately, when the 8s arrived - both were so small, I couldn't get my foot in. So, like others mentioned, the sizing is really off! If you have an off-sized foot, perhaps this is the shoe for you. I'm sad I have to return them (again).

I wanted to like these Fryes, but they felt a little fuddy duddy, especially in Ash. They were very large on me (I got a 7 and usually a wear a 6.5-7...7 more often than not these days). I would try another size, but they were just kind of meh. I also got the black and was just not impressed. The tie in the back was cute, but not prominent enough to make the shoe cute in my opinion.

I ordered this in cognac to replace some flats that got ruined. This is shoe is super cute and comfortable as soon as I put it on, however, I am usually a dead on 8.5 and the 8.5 in this shoe was quite a bit too big. I loved the shoe so exchanged for a half size smaller and hoping it fits!

The color is a lot lighted than the photo. The color is almost cream. I returned b/c I was looking for a darker neutral. I also seem to be between sizes. I'm usually a 6.5 or 7 and either the 36 not 37 works for me.

Very cute flats, but they run large. I normally wear size 6 for Frye boots, but I sized down to 5.5 for these flats and I was still swimming in them. They flopped around and offered no support. A lot of reviews said that these run narrow, but I disagree.

I'm not sure what happened with the sizing on these shoes. I've never had a problem with Frye in the past, but these run way too big. I've ordered and returned two sizes, starting with my normal size and working down. I'll give it one more shot...

I'm very disappointed that this shoe was not a good fit, because it was the color I was looking for and is very hard color to find.

Love the style and comfort. It was half size too big and wide. I’m normally a 7.5 but I’ll have to try for 7. I’m afraid it might stretch out as well.

I wanted to love this shoe. I like the appearance of the shoe, the pointed toe, and elegant lines, compared to the other rounded style of ballet flats. But it looks better off of my foot than on it. The opening in the shoe is so long that my toes show and look totally crammed into the end. I returned them because I did not like the way they looked on my feet.

These are very pretty but are a no-go for me since I have wider feet.

I have gone back and forth 3 times with this order and am, regretfully, having to return it. This shoe seems to run small. I normally wear a 9 and a half and probably would be a ten and a half in this shoe. It does not come in that size and I don't want to waste yet another unnecessary shipping cost, so I am not ordering it in a size 11. It is a great shoe, soft, well made and possibly will stretch into the right size, but I cannot take that chance.

I have these in gray and black. They are the most comfortable shoes right out of the box. This pair however, which is the same size and style as my others, fits an entire size too large and also has a shorter front section. Not sure what happened here but they are not the same. Previous pairs also from zappos. Sadly, they need to go back.

I ordered these & the Frye Carson - these run a full size larger!! The Carson fit perfectly (in the same size as my Frye boots), but these are definitely roomier. If you like a pointy toe, this may work for you; me, not so much.

Inconsistent Product & Sizing! So, I really wanted to love this shoe as I have many pair of Frye boots that I love! But, based on many of the other reviews, I wasn't sure about the sizing, so I ordered a 6 and a 6.5. I do have a wider, flat foot with moderate bunions, but typically wear a 6. I was shocked when I received them, as one pair did not come in a Frye box (it was just a plain brown box). I was even more shocked when I opened both pair and found that although similar, the two were made of different types of leather with different color stitching and the colors were slightly different as well. The size 6, which was too tight, was made from a stiffer leather with a shinier finish. The 6.5 was that soft buttery leather, but was too big and would easily stretch after one wear. It was actually too bad that the 6's weren't made of the softer leather as they probably would have fit. However, both pair didn't cover my bunions and in fact, exaggerated them and did not look attractive on my feet. Plus they showed more toe cleavage than what I expected. Both pair went back.

Not their best product. I have had my pair for several years now and compared to the Carson, these feel cheap. The sole is a thin rubber and their is no cushioning or arch support which wears on you after a while. I got the metallic pair which became very soft and malleable. I think there are better flats that Frye makes and these are just meh for me.

I have had these for several years now and I hate to say this but this is the "meh" shoe in the Frye family. It starts off being really cute and somewhat comfortable but after some time they lose their charm. The sole is thin and provides no support. The leather upper is soft and gets softer as you wear it offering even less support. The pointy toe is cute but on the metallic finish, it gets scuffed pretty easily. I think for what you are paying for these (thankfully I got them for a discount) you should get a better shoe.

Very attractive shoe, but the sizing is tough. I'm normally a 9 but the pointy toe made the 9 feel tight. I knew if I walked four blocks, I would have a blister. The 9.5 are boats on my feet. Have to return.
