Read all the reviews regarding this shoe. I was very disappointed with them. Too wide, and the foot does not sit in the footbed correctly. Not properly aligned. Will go back to my Tevas.

I got these to use as a bathroom and pool shoe (a tad spendy for such limited use, but I need Orthaheel support). They're perfect for that purpose: serviceable more than cute.

Great shoe! has truly helped with my ankle pain. I have a lot of tile/wood floors and even use these in the house.

I was surprised that these fit my high-arched feet as I was afraid that the straps would be too low to allow my feet in. They fit well, however, if you are a half size, order a size smaller! I returned mine for the smaller size. Arch support is great!

Love these sandals! I slip them on first thing in the morning as my feet touch the ground and wear them around the house before and after work. I do not wear them out of the house much because I need a back strap to keep my foot in place for all day wear.

I ordered the 9 because there are no half sizes. I have to return them. Since the sole contoured the sole of my foot so well I am excited to get my new 8. I just hope the 8 is not too small.

The thong takes a little getting used to but the arch support is fabulous and they are styling for flip-flops.

These are super comfy - especially for a flip flop! I have high arches and these offer great arch support. These also act as my slippers. No break in period - great right out of the box. Sizing seems just right, but my feet are a tad wide.

True to size, very comfortable, excellent for those with plantar fasciitis. Pewter metallic color is disappointing, more a medium gray than the color shown online, which looked like a silver and chrome sort of combination. I will keep them, but would have liked them to be the seemingly lighter color.

I wear these almost everyday--in the house, out and about, and even at the gym, in the shower/locker room. I'm happy with them almost 10 months after buying them. I think the arch support I needed is still present, and they've molded a bit to fit my feet.

The coral is a really cute color, so if you want something summery, go for it. The width is too wide for me though. I'm medium-wide normally, but this is wide all over, and I've got about an inch gap from the straps. The arch is awesome though! If you have medium or wider feet you should be fine. And order half size down!

I purchased my fourth pair of Orthaheel Tides -- the first three are by far the best flip flops I have ever worn - comfortable, no slip, arch support and all around great. This go around the seams protruded more and I could not wear these. :( But Zappos is amzing! The best customer service on the planet. Normally I would say 5 stars for these shoes -- but this batch may have been constructed a bit differently and caused blistering. Either way, I will continue to wear my other ones and always order from Zappos.

These sandals live up to all the wonderful reviews. They have great arch support, are very comfortable for extended wear, and they are actually cute. My only minor complaint is the footbed. I wish it was made of a suede-type material, which would absorb perspiration. My feet are not normally sweaty, but I live in a tropical climate. I wrote to the Othaheel company, giving them my suggestion, and they sent a very nice response, stating that they have sandals in development that have a suede footbed. Yes! I'll definitely buy those!

I was lucky to get these with straps that were not too loose. I love these because the arch support is really a life saver if you have heel pain. You may have to try several pairs if you have a standard size foot.

It takes awhile to get used to these sandals, but I do like them a lot. The arch support is extreme, but they seem to work well for me with pronation issues etc. Be prepared to only wear them for 20 minutes or so for several days and then take breaks. Much better for your foot than flimsy flip flops.

I have plantar fascitis and needed a shoe that has a lot of arch support. It seems that these shoes are highly rated for having excellent arch support, so I got them. Although there is a lot of arch support, I'm not convinced that they're as great as people make them out to be, but I've only had them for about a month, so we'll see. One thing I will say is that for a person with plantar fascitis, these are much better than any other flip flop. They're rather heavy and as many reviews note, the thong part is painful in between your toes.

Attractive and comfortable. Bought to help with plantar fasciitis pain, and by day two, was pain free! Thought it was a bit loose and 'floppy', expected a tighter fit. It is a flip-flop however, so to be expected. Pretty much the only shoe I've worn since. Pain is back now (after 2 weeks), but no fault of the shoe. Definitely recommend it!

I wear and 8.5 and the 8 was a perfect fit. These are very comfortable and about as supportive as you'll find in a flip flop. Worth the money, I have a couple pairs.

After a week of 'breaking in,' these shoes are good for walking but not so much for standing in one place. I don’t have fallen arches so maybe that's why my feet felt tired after standing in them for short periods of time (due to the high arch of Orthaheel). These shoes seem to be very well made, though.

The arch in the sandal was too high and caused and imbalance making the strap chafe. Looks like a very high quality product though if you need a high arch.

I chose these for arch support and heel comfort and they are perfect! Wish they came in more colors and dressier styles.

I am a flip flop freak. When I started having arch problems I was sad. I'm happy I found these. I don't have arch pain any longer, but I don't recommend wearing these for hours of continuous walking. I know sounds silly, but any time I've ever gone to Disneyland, etc I used to wear flip flops all day long with no problems. Last visit I wore these and my ankels were hurting by that evening of the first day. Never experienced that before. Great comfortable flip flops though.
