This is another great shoe from New Balance and Zappos! I have had nothing but good to report from Zappos and my New Balance shoe purchase.

Excellent shoe for daily casual wear when sneakers are too informal. Excellent support; good walking; and hook and loop make easy fastening.

These shoes were purchased for my elderly father. He had just had a custom orthotic created and these shoes were recommended by the technician to accommodate the orthotic. They are perfect! My Dad has a new spring his step! They needed to be a little wider for the orthotic. He usually gets the D width.

The shoes were exactly what I ordered and were delivered within a few days. This is not the first time I used Zappos and would recommend themn to everyone.

These shoes are like walking on clouds. It is basically heaven. They are the shoe versions of huge old Cadillacs. The only problem is that I have to carry a stick to keep away all of the ladies. There was no warning. I put them on and the ladies at work sprinted across the floor to jump on me. Not only are the hazardous to me (due to all of the ladies), they are hazardous to relationships all around the world. Also - I am probably the youngest person to ever buy and wear these shoes. I am 28. I figured that old people know what's good. They have been around the block. These are the shoes they wear. Why wait until I'm old to wear the correct shoes. I made the right decision. If it weren't for the gaggles of ladies who flock to me constantly, I would nominate these shoes for a Nobel prize.

As usual super fast delivery. Upon receipt I thought the velcro needed to be longer on the pull tabs. However it did not, it was simply my feet which were swollen. The show is very comfortable and I enjoy wearing them

I've been wearing the MW812 shoes for two years now. I wear them out from the inside as I work on my feet in a retail business walking about 4.5 miles a day. I do use a gel insert, but love them.

I have been looking for the right shoe for some time. I found it! I have had a problem with laced shoes because of stiff fingers. I walk 2 miles each day. Put these on and have used them every day. Perfect. Going to order another pair.

Purchased for my 89 yr old Dad - helped with stability issues and safety. Needed to up by one-half size for a comfortable, easy to put on and take off experience.

These shoes are my husband's favorite. Zappos has got to be the best at everything they do! Keep up the good work.

These were purchased for my father. He walks daily and these sneakers are the best fitting for him. He's in his 80s and he especiaaly likes the fit and the tabs. The tabs closure make it easier for him to put them on and to take off. He always comments on how comfortable they are. Thank you Zappos!

Great shoes! I am 70 years old and have difficulty maintaining my balance when standing. These shoes increased my stability greatly.

Happily this shoe has been available for several years and I hope I will be able to continue to just keep on ordering it every year!

I bought these for my son who has multiple sclerosis and cannot use his hands to tie shoe laces. He can easily handle the straps. He is also unsteady walking because of his multiple sclerosis and he tells me that these have helped him feel more secure and made it easier to keep his balanced when he walks.

I purchased these shoes for the first time for my (86 year-old father-in-law) in June 2011 and he loved them. He asked us to purchase him a second pair last Christmas. Dad wears these shoes daily. Dad The New Balance MW812 is a perfect shoe for people who are diabetic, have hammer toes,unable to tie their shoes,and/or other foot problems. He wears an 11.5 EE

My dad is very pleased with his New Balance shoes. He is almost 90 and the velcro straps are much easier for him than laces. They arrived in a timely manner. They look nice and are comfortable.

These shoes are typical New Balance. Extremely comfortable right from the start. Like all the other New Balance shoes I have owned, I know they will last a very long time. I love them. The last pair I had lasted me seven years. And I still have them.

I bought these for my husband, who has arthritis in his feet and often feels dizzy. He comments that the extra support in the sides of the shoes add to his stability. The wide toe box helps relieve the pain in the toe joints. The velcro closing is also useful as he has trouble reaching his feet and his arthritic fingers have trouble with normal ties. Getting old is the pits, but technological innovations like this give those in pain a couple more years of independence. This is a shoe that puts comfort above style. It has a market niche.

Had to put a wedge in and even the shoemaker said that is was a great, well made shoe. Love it.

Hook and Loop too short to go over brace I wear. Previous New Balance shoe model MW811 worked fine.

Excellent shoe the less expensive version has too thin a back counter and is not as durable as this one!

Ordered a 13 4E for my son and was pleasantly surprised by the fit and comfort. Will order another pair in black when it comes in stock. As usual, fast delivery - 24 hours!

I hurt my shoulder in a mule wreck and had to get shoes that will work one handed while I recuperate after surgery. These were just what I needed. I can't tie shoelaces one handed, but I can wear these instead of scuffing around in slippers or clogs.

I was very impressed with the service. What really surprised me was the 24 hour delivery. Great! Thanks very much.
