I have purchased every high end work boots for the past 25 years, after decided to try these boots and they are the most comfortable work boots I ever worn and will never buy anything but Keen boots from now on.

Very comfortable and light weight steel toe boot to wear all day. Laces easily and they were comfortable the first day I put them on. Also I tend to have cold feet and this boot keeps them warm even with the steel toe in zero weather. Was very impressed by this boot and would purchase again.

I have been wearing these boots for work daily for about a month, and have to report that they meet or exceed all expectations. The best thing is that they were comfortable right out of the box.

I recently moved departments in my company and went from walking about 4 or 5 miles in dress casual low tops to walking 12 or more miles a day over bare concrete floors. My feet paid the price, actually lost a few days because I couldn't walk with the damage done to the soles of my feet. I had been looking for some sturdy work shoes or boots that would function well in my new environment, not kill my feet (honestly they also needed to cushion them enough to let them heal) and still fall in line with the semi-casual dress code we use, khaki's and button downs. I'm happy to say I found all those things with the Keen Pittsburgh Boots. Fit well, true to size, enough space around your toes to be comfortable without them feeling like they are swimming in space, support is great. Cushioned enough that my feet are almost completely healed after 6 weeks. Absolutely zero break-in needed. Highly recommended.

Great grip pattern, comfortable they feel like the comfort of a tennis doe in a work boot. Durability not yet determined only about a month into wearing them. Zappos is the best...reliable, affordable, timely, courteous - the list goes on. The best business model I have ever come across.

Great boot! At first the insole felt uncomfortable around my toe area but after break in, it was fine. The boot gets more and more comfortable. Great for the workplace with all the features Keen has incorporated. Nice to see something of quality that's made in made in America!

Just ordered my third pair. They last more than a full year of everyday use on gravel and concrete. I purchased the utility boot because I have a pair of the Pittsburgh hiking boots that I used to hike the grand canyon. The steel toed boots are nearly as comfortable as the hiking boots.

These shoes fit very well, true to size. They are comfortable right out of the box. Excellent quality for the price. My husband loves this brand and Zappos quick shipping and excellent customer service, well, just no reason not to buy these from Zappos!

Ok, so about these boots. the most stable footwear I have ever experienced. I am a backpacker and these have replaced my Merrell boots in the line up. I have worn a lot of boots. I am a framing contractor and initially bought these to replace my work boots and they now are my backpacking boots as well. I just purchased my fourth pair and felt the need to comment. Raised heel hiking boot outsole makes balancing on rafters or trusses tricky but the stout fit really is confidence building. I love this shoe I really do. Like all boots for me I get a half size smaller. running shoe 9.5, work boot 9.0. just works out that way for me, need to be snugly strapped in. I use superfeet inserts for added arch support but out of the box the insoles aren't too bad. hope keen keeps making this boot or offers a reasonable substitute.

These boots are amazing. They are my first pair of Keen boots and I am very impressed. They were comfortable to wear right out of the box. It took about a week for the uppers to break in, but it was no big deal. They run larger so I would order at least a 0.5 size smaller. The construction of these boots impressed me big time. I typically purchase Salomon hiking books, but I will think about Keens for my next pair because of how impressed I am with these utility boots.

For someone with wide feet I have trouble finding shoes. Boots especially. I love these boots! We are having a terrible winter, tons of slushy wet snow. These boots are awesome at keeping my feet dry and comfortable. I usually buy 2-3 pairs of sneakers when I find a pair I love. I didn't with these boots because they are made really well and don't seem like they will wear out any time soon.

These shoes are awesome. Very comfortable and from what I can tell so far very waterproof. I work in the water industry and have briefly stood in a 4 inch puddle of water and they didn't get my feet wet at all!

My Pittsburgh Boots will be two years old this coming July. I have worn them six days a week, 12 hours a day. I work in the steel stamping industry an man they have taken a bunch of abuse! I have never owned boots as tough as these, I walk and kick scrap steel all day long,the toe caps are awesome! The tread is still in great shape, I have had all kinds of nasty stamping oil, hydraulic oil all over them and the insides are still clean and dry. My feet are not all swampy an wet at the end of the day. The arch support is the best. I know I am as flat-footed as a duck! So if you are going to spend a lot on Rockys or Timberland Pros spend the extra and get yourself some keen Pittsburgh Boots. Your feet will thank you!

Very good boots so far. I've only been in the field once since I've had them so they're not fully tested yet. I work around water and so I will find out just how they last after lots of exposure to being wet. Very comfortable, light weight (relatively), and they look pretty sweet!

This is the second pair that I have had, overall there good but the hooks that hold the shoe laces keep breaking. I wore my new pair for the 4th time and today one of the hooks already broke and my first pair 3 hooks broke. I spent a lot on these boots and I hope now to get hopefully 4 months out of them before the hooks break, not happy and shouldn't buy them again.

This Keen Utility Pittsburgh Boot is the best boot I had so fare. After purchasing the HORRIBLE Keen Utility Portland PR boot Zappos refunded me to purchase the Keen Utility Pittsburgh Boot that I think is the best boot Keen ever made.

I'm on my feet all day, have worn different kinds of boots (Red Wings, etc) over last 20 years. These are by far the most comfortable safety shoes. Even out of the box they felt like they were broke in already. I have had them a month so far, and they seem to be holding up very well.

This is my 2nd pair of Keen (Pittsburgh) Urtility boots. I am extremely hard on boots, rain, mud, snow, oil, gas, hard terrain, long hours, etc... This is the most comfortable boot I have ever owned and the most versatile. My first pair of boots lasted about a year. The toe boxes are asymmetrical which is a big plus and very roomy. Just a great all around boot. I can't say enough about it. I WILL by another pair when needed.

I had a pair of these before great shoe and I like the extra padding over the toe of the shoe. I also like the feel on the inside of the shoe being its a steel toe a lot of steel toes hurt my feet but these don't great shoe!

Keen boots always fit comfortably right out of the box, and these were no exception. I am building a cabin in the woods and wanted a steel toe just in case. The Pittsburgh utility boot is sturdy but lightweight and provides excellent traction whether on the ground or on the ladder. I had to experiment with sizing and as always the Zappos service was commendable and expeditious.

This is my third pair of Pittsburgh boots. They are comfortable with no breaking in period. A very high quality boot that holds up very well. I will purchase them again when this pair needs replacing.

Seriously? Took boots out of box, put them on and it felt like the boots were broken in. My toes were not screaming for more room. Love the toe cap; it doesn't peel off, as the steel toe is used on a daily basis. Arch has the support it needs, plus more. The heel area is comfortable in every sense of the word. True to fit. Width is right on target. Came with extra set of laces. Overall, they are well worth the value. I love them much more than the Red Wings I'm leaving behind. I won't go back (to Red Wings).

I buy a new pair of these boots about every year or so since I have worn my first pair. I have been through tons of other style boots and none compare. I have owned 5 pair so far and getting ready for 6. This is the best boot I have ever worn. I am a field technician and I am on my feet all day and night and I need to be comfortable. Buy these boots you wont be disappointed.

My new Keen boots are probably the easiest boots to break in I've ever owned. The first day I wore them for 8-1/2 hours and 8 of those hours were on concrete. I also wear orthotics except when I'm wearing my Keens. No joke, they feel that good! There's plenty toe room too! My next pair of steel toe boots will be Keen as well. Getting Zappos 90 day wear trial with free return shipping made the deal even sweeter. I won't be returning the shoes though. Thanks Zappos and Keen.
