Customer Reviews New Balance WW577 Hook and Loop

I bought these because I wanted a leather sneaker for cold days. I wear a 9 extra wide in New Balance shoes, but these ones were not wide enough and the toe box was too shallow. The worst part though was the "leather". There's no way these are real leather like they used to use. These smell like plastic and look fake, definitely a synthetic, manmade "leather".

I ordered a WIDE and my feet still were hurting bad

First time I've ever bought new balance. These are the worst shoes ever. My feet hurt more than anything. My back hurts after wearing them. I'm upset I spent so much money on them.

These shoes didn't open wide enough to go on my foot with my brace.

Don't like Velcro. But that's all they had. Had to return them.

For double wide shoes they really weren't much wider. I wanted to give a rating of 0 but it wouldn't let me.

The left shoe had a descent fit, but I couldn't get my right foot in the shoe. This is what happens when quality control fails.

My mom has been wearing the shoes for years I just ordered 2 pair and they squeak the whole time she walks.

The sneakers run terribly short. I usually wear a size 8 but after reading the comments from former people that order them, they said these run short so I ordered up a 1/2 size still to short. I'll try a size 9 to see if this will work.

Very Disappointed... wide enough shoe but the velcro strap was too short... Poorly designed

First time trying New Balance-need to be properly measured. Cannot buy on line again.

I have been buying NB shoes exclusively for more years than I can remember, but will not buy them again. Quality has declined, shoe style and shape has changed and I am one sad x-customer!
