I usually always read reviews but unfortunately didn't on these (big mistake). I ordered based off the brand (which I like) and the picture (which shows the ankle strap). However, when they arrived the do NOT have the ankle strap as pictured. Super misleading and such a disappointment!

These run way too small which means there is no size that will fit a 9 year old. I am certainly not going to buy him a mens shoe and they look too old for him. Very disappointing Reef.

This flip flop did NOT have a back strap as pictured. I realized after the fact that it is written in the description that size 10/11 doesn't have the strap, but then they should separate that size out and show an accurate picture. I didn't think it was necessary to read the description for a simple pair of flip flops, but now I realize to do so. Sending these back. :-(

Photo and description is completely inaccurate. There is not a sling back on these flip flips. Not what I expected. I actually tried buying a second pair and had the very same problem. So frustrating.

The flip flops, in a size 6/7, are suppose to be 26cm long but they are only 24.5. I ordered two pair thinking maybe one was mislabeled but they were both short.

Save money and buy the Quiksilver sandals. The back strap on this Reef sandal slides on the main straps I guess in an effort to make it adjustable. However, the angle of the main straps make it difficult to even raise the back strap. The backstrap just constantly falls down. I do not recommend this sandal at all. For slightly less, buy the Quiksilver. They are great and last. I ordered these by mistake thinking they were what my older son already has and what I loved. I was in a bind and needed my younger son to wear them anyway, but they are terrible. I bought the Quiksilver and they are great again! Just a waste of money on this pair!

Unfortunately we went with the picture which shows the strap. Didn't realize the larger size doesn't have the strap. We will be returning. ZAPPOS should update the photo according to size of the product.

I ordered sandals for my son and yall don't carry them in his size.hes 8 yrs. old. do yall have a mans sandal that is small enough to fit his foot? he wears size 6 in kids. I have to send these one back that I already bought from yall.
