Fit well but started ripping after 2 short wears. Disappointed for sure

The picture on your website shows this sandal as having a back strap yet when it came, it did not. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the sizes I picked do not come with s strap. These are for my 6 and 4 year old grandsons who probably still need this support. Not happy with the way it was presented. Even the picture you are sending me now for the review, shows a strap. This would be the same review for the second pair purchased.

Bought for my 7 year old. The photo shows ankle strap. The sandal's arrived with no ankle strap.

After being worn twice the strap stitching is coming apart. These were purchased to replace another pair of the same sandal that also fell apart. Less than impressed.

I ordered the Ahi sandals for my son. This is his first pair of flip flops, so I am glad that the strap is there, however, I had hoped to be able to allow him to wear them with versatility, sometimes with the strap and sometimes without the straps. Customer service has informed me that strap is only removable if I cut the strap off, and it cannot be reattached. The description states that the strap is removable. It does not state that it cannot be reattached. I won't order any more sandals for my son from this company.

I ordered this but the back strap didn’t exist on the shoe at all. It was just a thong flip flop without the back support

Obviously I missed the part about the removable straps being available only on sizes up to 9/10. I wish you could consider that some 3 and 4 year olds have bigger feet and that an 11/12 or 13/1 would be appropriate for them with the removable straps. So sorry we had to return them.

I specifically bought them for that reason and BOTH PAIR showed up with no heel strap. Super disappointed in what feels like at minimum very unclear information on the website (maybe only certain sizes have straps and that's not obvious when all the pics show the darn strap).

Unfortunately I've had to return these. The actual size of the sandel fits, but the straps across are too tight forcing the heel to hang off the end, making them too small.

I ordered flip flops for my son and received the wrong style. We received strapless flip flips but, thought i was getting the flip flops with the removable synthetic strap. My son has a hard time walking in flip flops... this is the reason i ordered this specific pair. These were ordered for vacation. We don't have enough time to return them for a different pair so now were stuck with this pair he can't even wear. Because of this we no longer want to online shop with reef anymore. When you put in cart it should show you exactly what you are buying. It showed the picture of the strap sandals at checkout.

I am very disappointed that the shoes are already losing the wave print on the shoes. My son has worn them 3 times and the white wave (which I guess are a sticker in the footbed) are peeling away. Not happy with the quality.
