Looks like a really good shoe but does not come with the strap as pictured, which is the only reason I ordered this item. Looks like others made this mistake too - so be sure to read to make sure the size you order has it.

I really like these flip flops but they are NOT as described. There is NO BACK STRAP (I bought size 11/12.) That being said these are nicely designed, quality shoes. They have a contoured footbed and comfortable straps. I just bought them so I will see how they wear but so far I'm quite happy with my purchase given even with the lack of a back strap.

My son loves these! He says they are comfortable and he loves to wear them to and from the pool. He is not used to flip flops, so he did get a couple blisters on his toes, but after a weeks rest and wearing them to and from the pool he's fine. He does not wear them all day everyday as he loves his sneakers for that. Would buy another pair of these for sure!

These run big. The strap is not adjustable, though it looks like it should be. Other than that these are great. They are soft on little feet.

I bought the 11/12 for my three year old. They are great and he loves them. The only reason I did not give these 5 stars is because they did come exactly as the picture shows. They are a true flip flop, without the back strap for the ankle. However, it does state only the toddler sizes come this way, I just failed to pay attention to it prior to ordering. One does not normally need to read a description for a pair of sandals or flip flops like these. No big deal.

Great flip flops. Got a 12 for my nearly 5 year old and they will be perfect for summer. Of note: I've ordered these before in smaller sizes and the 12 is the first size I've had without the heel strap. I wish they would have left that a bit longer. He could still use it.

Very cute flops and perfect for our little surfer. Unfortunately, they run a little small and a little narrow. They just won't work for our little dude with Barney Rubble feet. Our guy has also been walking without the backstraps since he was two, so we were bummed these had them even in the 9/10 size. Unfortunately, they're going back.

Great flip flops. My son wore them all over Hawaii and never got any blisters. They fit a bit small so we had to go up a size.

My 8 year old son loves these flip flops. They stay on and are just the right size. Comfortable too. Only thing is the black on the bottom wear off and gets bottom of foot dirty.

Because these are sized with a range (7-8, 9-10, etc) finding the right size can be a bit difficult. We ended up going on the smaller end. We've purchased Reef sandals for our son in the past and have been happy with the durability. We purchased the kids Ahi style with the green and yellow stripes on the foot surface, but after a week or two of wearing them, the stripes are starting to peel off where some of the toes contact the surface of the sandal. Was a little disappointed, but the rest of the stripes seem to be fine, so not terribly upset by it. We pay a premium for Reef (vs. the cheap Old Navy pairs), so I would expect all parts of the sandal to last.

Very cute and comfy but I ordered the 5-6 for my toddler who is a 5.5 and they are way too big. Will save for next year!

These sandals are very comfortable and have some arch support. This is a sandal is way better than the average flip flop. My dislike is that they are slippery when walking on wet pavement and my son wears them a lot around the pool. Our family's favorite sandals are the Reef II, those have great support, great traction and feel like they are massaging your feet as you walk on them. I had opted for the Reef Ahi sandal this time as my son is little and figured support was not an issue with him and also to save a couple of dollars.

Very cute, but the strap is a bit tight around the back of my son's foot. He still likes them and wears them, which is the important part. The piece of fabric between the toes is a bit wide for a 2 year old's toes to go around.

My son wears size 11.5 shoes and we ordered size 11/12. These look almost full size larger on him, so you might want to order size down. We ended up keeping them though because my son really liked them for some reason. They seem soft and well-made. I wish larger sizes also had a backstrap though, especially if it's removable.

Fyi there are heel straps attached to this flip flop, which I had to cut off since my son can't stand those.

Great sandal for my 3 1/2 year old. The only thing is the back strap is not that tight so his foot slips out from it. It doesn't seem to bother him. He just likes the sharks.

These run very small in the youth sizes. My boys are sizes 1.5 and 2.5 in regular shoes, so I ordered 2 in 2/3.... They were super narrow and short, returned them both for the 4/5 and viola! Love them!

My kids really like these shoes, but the soles show a lot of wear already even though they have only used them a month. The pictures on top have also started to rub off.

Runs small! My son usually wears a 2 and we ordered the 2-3. We had to return for the 4-5 and they fit perfectly. Otherwise, they are super cute, and he says they are very comfortable. He wears them all the time. Nice colors. Goes with almost everything.

I love these flip flops. The price is great and as always they arrived super fast. The only problem was that I thought they had a back strap, I discovered that no all sized have it.

I ordered it for my 6 and 4 year old boys. Thet loved them and are very confortable. Just one thing that I was d9ssapointed when I opened the boxes and they don't have a strap in the back how the picture shows it.

Loved these at first and then straps started to fall all the time which is super annoying for a 3 yr old to deal with. Now useless.

Cute sandal, more firm than cushy, has arch support that many flip flops do not. As updated in the product details, the back/heel strap can only be permanently removed (cut) e.g. not velco'ed back on. Our toddler preferred the Sanuk sandal though disliked the toe posts on both the Reef and Sanuk.
