Love the look and feel, but too narrow. Will try the wide. Have the Merrell Dash glove and love it, must run a bit wider.

This is a different type of sports shoe. It is immediately comfortable but you need to get used to it. I have high arches and had written Merrell off my list of brands b/c of their lack of support but these are great. So light weight and they do feel like you are wearing nothing. I ordered a half size larger and needed the length.

These are so comfortable for my wide feet! I use them for strength training and running occasionally but am not used to them for long distance running yet.

Wow, these are really cool shoes. They are incredibly light and comfortable. I have not tried running in them yet as I am a little unsure how they will feel as it is almost like walking barefoot. They are cute and they can go in the washer!

Been wearing these for several months now and still love them. Personally, I always prefer wearing a sock, so I like to wear these with a short, black ankle sock. Although these shoes don't have a lot of built-in arch support, somehow my feet don't seem to mind, even though I've never been able to be comfortable in shoes without a large arch support before. I can walk pretty long distances in them, though if I'm going out for a dedicated "walk" for the purpose of exercise, I wear something more cushioned. They have a nice style, but do look just a bit wide in the toe box. This feature may be part of what makes them so comfortable, but it does add a touch of clunkiness to the look. The only real issue that I've had with them is that they can be very slippery when on a wet surface. I almost slipped down our porch steps in these when the steps were wet from dew, so be cautious around wet conditions in these shoes.

I recently purchased this shoe and really like them! They are so light weight. Because I wear light weight socks with them, next time I would get a half size bigger. I use them for work with lots of walking and lifting, perfect for the job. I also love the colors! True to the pictures online.

I read lots and lots of reviews on athletic shoes before I made a purchase. I wanted something totally comfortable. These certainly fit the bill! Love them! I did have to order a half size larger than I normally wear. I may order the next ones a whole size larger - in case I want to wear with socks.

Very small and the fixed bands over the top made it impossible to even get on. Big disappointment. It looked cute in the box.

I have to share my Merrell shoe experience with you. I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for years. When I say years, I mean for over seven years there were many days I could barely walk from the pain. I went through several doctors' opinions, several treatments, and several "motion control" shoes. Nothing helped. Then I put on Women's Barefoot Pace Glove shoes, and I never looked back. I was back to walking and then running. In January, I ran my first race (a 10k!) with no foot pain. Yesterday, I ran the Tough Mudder: 12.5 miles of rocky, muddy, forest terrain. Today, absolutely no foot pain. I am shocked and amazed. It is absolutely a miracle that I'm back to being so active because of these wonderful shoes. I'm not exaggerating when I say before Merrell Pace Glove shoes there were days that I was in tears just putting shoes on because my heel was so tender and swollen from plantar fasciitis and now after the Tough Mudder, the only part of my body that doesn't hurt are my feet! I could go on and on about how great these shoes have been for me.

I've been wearing these shoes nearly every day, for commuting and walks of 1-3 miles, although I haven't run in them. They are very comfortable, with or without socks. I think they're super cute in orange!

Great fit, very comfortable. I am on my feet for 16 hours each Saturday and Sunday! Couldn't do it without these. Many compliments!

This shoe is super comfy! No need to break them in. Went for a 2 mile walk as soon as I got them no sore spots or blisters. I did send the first pair back in exchange for a 1/2 size larger. The only downside is my feet get alittle sweaty with no socks.

I was trying out the Merrell Barefoot line for the first time and ordered this and the Pure Glove, a mary jane style. I preferred the Pure Glove for overall feel and looks, and felt that this shoe grabbed at a sensitive spot on my heels -- so Pure Glove it is for me.

Ahh, I love these shoes! First full day of wearing them gave me an ankle blister (well almost - I put bandaids on my ankles to protect my skin). I also got the sore feet from getting used to them. But seriously these are awesome and I have skinny long feet so I've been looking for something that could be supportive and not cost a zillion bucks. I may have to buy these in more colors!

Love these. Very cute on the feet and I received a compliment the first time I wore them to the gym. Many reviewers said they had to order up a 1/2 size. Mine are my usual size 8 and they were perfect. If you feel you need a sock, I bought Mesh Sock Liners from Lady Foot Locker. They are easily thin enough to be worn with these.

Ordered 8.5 & 9 after reading reviews, and ended up writing Merrell about sizing. The 8.5 fit almost too 'much like a glove', pun intended. While extremely comfortable, when I walked around in them, my big toe sort of touched the front of the shoe. The 9 also felt wonderful, but maybe had a bit more space in what I refer to as the 'toe house' than really necessary. The Merrell guy wrote back very quickly to say that the toe should never touch the front end of the shoe. So I kept the 9, which really only seems extra-roomy in the toes when I'm sitting with my feet up. Close call, and I think I'm just between sizes in Merrell's. Otherwise, I adore them. So comfortably snug, and for me, good arch support. I think they'll work well on a long upcoming trip with lots of walking in store.

Relatively new to running and wanted something to increase my speed. Loving these shoes! Overall very comfortable, though I have wide feet so if it is hot or wet out, they can chafe a bit. Overall very good shoe.

I have issues with my feet. Can hardly find shoes I can run in with out being in pain.When I put these on it was like heaven they felt great.I got the wide and had enough room in them to put on the braces that I have for my toes and ankles. I can start running further with out pain.

It's a very comfortable and lightweight. Good for the summer. definitley order a 1/2 larger. I am a true size 8 and were not long enough in the toe area. Got the 8 1/2 and are perfect.

Wow, these shoes are amazing. Hands down the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. They have incredible arch support, but other than that, it feels like you're not even wearing shoes. I love the flexibility of the sole. I've worn these for walking all over the city and working out. I typically wear a 7.5 or 8, and I got these in an 8 and they fit great.

Oh, how I love these shoes! They're incredibly comfortable with or without socks. I've never had workout shoes that I've enjoyed so much.

I have never written a review on anything, not even a book, but these shoes are wonderful. I purchased the Lavender Luster in 10W, which is my normal size. Reading several reviews I was worried that they would be too small, they were not. My toes even have wiggle room. My feet are very wide and I even have a hammer toe on my left foot as well as a fallen arch. I was also worried that they wouldn't have the support that I need since I normally wear a stability shoe, these are very comfortable with nice support. These shoes are perfect right out of the box even with no socks. I love the snug fit on the heel, no slipping. Now I know why my sisters love Merrell so much!

My first pair of "minimal" shoes. I like them very much. Breathable, light, and durable. I am running on gravel and the soles are thick enough to take the rocks without affecting my stride.

Very cute and comfortable; true to size. A small bit of discomfort on the back of my heels where the elastic section rubbed, but I believe that will lessen with wear.

I've been on the hunt for gym shoes for a few years now. They always end up hurting my feet in some way. I have flat feet, and my left foot is wider than my right. Wide enough to need a wide width, where the right one is not. Try finding shoes that accommodate all that! Well, these shoes do! For the first time, I'm not in pain on the elliptical. I don't run/jog, so not sure how they'd hold up in that environment, but they feel good walking and on the gym machines. About the fit: I normally wear an 8.5/9.0. I ordered a 9. It was tight...too tight, and my toes hit the end of the shoe. So I sent them back and got a 10. Now I think it's slightly too large, but a 9.5 would probably be a tad too small if my feet swelled, so I'm sticking with the 10. And even though they are a bit too big, they don't slip around because of the handy elastic on the heel. It doesn't bind, it just keeps the shoe firmly in place. There is a ton of room in the toe box...plenty of width (in the wide width, particularly) for your foot to spread and not feel pinched or cramped. They are lighter than air, and cute! It's the first time I've had a gym shoe that looked good and felt good. If you've never worn minimalist shoes, and you have high arches, you might not do well in these. But if you are used to walking barefoot, give these a shot.
