Just got these and love them already. Feel so perfectly fitted. I tried on the other Merrell barefoot shoe (Pure Glove) and found them big -- lots of extra room in the toes, but these fit perfectly and they're my normal size (8.5 -- Vibram Five Fingers 39). They feel great and allow me to move around comfortably and naturally. And unlike the Five Fingers, I can wear them in public without having people stare at my feet.

I love this shoe! It is my first 'barefoot' shoe since converting from the cushy Nike Pegasus and I don't think I will be going back. The second I put it on I became a believer, that and reading Born to Run. If you're a skeptic, go to a Dick's or REI and try one on, give it a lap around the store and I think you'll understand. I love how it molds to your foot and feels like nothing is even there. I think they top Nike Free shoes as well (maybe only lacking in looks). Feels snug at first, but I bought true to size, the material will break in.

These are like earth shoes without the dorkiness. They really do change your stance and body alignment. Running is a bit strange but no pain, so I suppose I will get used to it. Shoes are super light, very comfy w/o socks and breathable.

Great warm weather hiking, kicking around shoe, felt comfortable right out of the box, love the funky, unique look of the shoe as well. As always, Zappos customer service and shipping process were flawless, thank you Zappos, you make it hard to buy shoes anywhere else.

I love these shoes! I got them to be travel sneakers and they worked perfectly. Wore without socks and no rubbing or blisters. Like barefoot, but better. Only small complaint is that the laces are very long (or my feet are narrow?) and I need to double knot them so they don't drag on the ground. I'm going to see what other colors they come in.

Not sure if it's the design or the shoe was mislabeled but had to return them because my toes were touching the front. Plus it was a it snug for my high instep. Love the design and color. Just wish it was a better fit.

I love these shoes! They look and feel awesome on my feet! I haven't run long distance yet, but I have walked around in them. They are very comfortable. For a running shoe, I think they should be a half size larger (depending on how tight you want the "glove" to be on your feet).

Got these shoes about three weeks ago and just love them. Started out with four miles on a tread mill and have increased to 6 on "trail." I wear them all day around the house/work and my feet are comfy!
The toe box is good and wide for my Fred Flintstone-like feet. Will surely be ordering more!

Just love these shoes! My second pair, ordered the first ones 1/2 size bigger, but shouldn't have, they are true to size. Very comfy, lightweight. Also love ordering from Zappos, get them overnight!

The only thing that bugs me is that I think I'm between a 7 and a 7 1/2 - so I'm going to stick with the 7 1/2. I'm not sure what I think about the color yellow - it looks a little more neon yellow in person - but I'm going to stick with it anyways.
All in all, great, great shoe. I wanted the Vibrams, but they didn't fit right, and they're not pretty.
Merrell did good. I hope they make more shoes with the same soles.

Only love for these shoes. They are so comfortable and I love running in them more than my five fingers. Great shoe.

Very happy with the Pace Glove. I've been wearing other brand minimal shoes for walking and jogging for about a year and have always liked Merrill so was happy to hear they now have a barefoot line. These have a very subtle arch support which worried me at first because I was expecting complete flatness but within 5 minutes I didn't even notice it. These have become my favorite barefoot shoes already. Well designed, well constructed, good style though they could use more color combos. Fits beautifully. Functions brilliantly. Seems like all the pros minus the cons of other brand barefoot shoes. You know who they are. The sole is slightly thicker than others but I didn't feel it sacrificed ground feel. If you're buying these as walk-around or running shoes, make sure you understand what barefoot shoes are about before you're shocked by the feel of these.

I love these shoes! They are very light and comfortable. With the mesh material it lets your feet breathe. It's almost like walking barefoot with the Vibram sole.

I started running barefoot on the beach 5 years ago. I was amazed at how strong it made my ankles and feet. However, running on the roads barefoot is tough. Since then, I have been experimenting with various minimalist shoes and these are the best I have found. The sole is thin, but has a protective layer that protects from rocks and other rough terrain. If you are thinking of trying barefoot running, but you don't like the separated toes of the Vibram Five Fingers, these are the shoes for you! Wide toe box, but designed to tighten down snugly on the midfoot. I am buying a second pair because they are wonderful to walk around in too. Perfect for anyone who prefers being barefoot.

Best yet of the minimalist runners, with zero drop from heel to toe. Allows for toes to work, with flexibility close to (but not quite as freeing as Vibram Five Fingers KSO). I have run marathons and halves in both brands and now prefer these due to some arch support here, better protection against stubbed/hung toes and fewer inquiries about my strange shoes (still love those Vibrams but the world isn't ready!).

Wonderful shoe! Very comfortable to walk in--it really does fit like a glove--and a nice wide toebox. Best with no socks or a very light sock. The colors are beautiful.

This shoe is so comfortable I'm buying it in another color. I can't wear the traditional vibram shoes because the toe pockets aren't big enough for my toes to feel comfortable. These shoes are the perfect barefoot compromise for me.

These shoes are great! At first I was concerned they were to stiff and that there was something going on with the arch, but after just two runs they are totally broken in and I have full movement of my foot, I don't feel like the shoe is impeding at all on how my foot naturally moves. I like to wear these with no socks, I only noticed a rubbing problem on one of my feet at the heel; this didn't take long to go away, it just took a couple runs with a band-aid on. I wear these shoes all the time, they're actually stylish and look good to wear around town, unlike vibrams. They are also great on the trail for hiking, the sole and the rubber under the arch is great for protection from rocks and other trail obstacles. Only problem: stinky! However, the extra special stink is probably to be expected out of any shoe worn continually with no socks. I'd recommended these to any barefoot or minimalist shoe runner. Or to anyone who wants some versatile cool looking shoes.

Love these shoes! I've been trying to get into barefoot running and these are the ticket! They are so comfortable and I can go trail running with them. Heads up - the antimicrobial property doesn't last forever if you do wear them without socks, but it's not bad. I wear these everywhere!

Just what I've been looking for! Cute, flexible, trim, and shaped like my own feet for once. I just got them today and have already taken them on a 3-mile walk. No problems, no pinched toes, no desire to take them off. Awesome.

Ahhh, this is pure comfort. I wore it all day the first day, and my feet were not tired at all. Plus I could feel air getting in through the mesh area and it was great. Perfect for summer and extremely light weight for traveling. I'll get another color soon. Would rate it over 5 stars!

I'm in love with these shoes! I am one of those people who would go barefoot 24 hours a day if I could. These shoes feel like walking barefoot, with just enough sole to protect my feet from pebbles, etc. They don't need any breaking in time at all.

These are by far the best casual/walking/running shoes I've ever owned. Super lightweight and breathable. I've ordered a couple of different ones for my upcoming trip to India and these were by far the best. Love 'em.

These are very comfortable shoes but I would caution you to wear a thin sock with them as they tend to rub the back of the heel if no sock is worn.

So, I was a bit skeptical about the whole barefoot thing, but my friend had this shoe for a few months and really liked it so I gave it a try. It is definitely different from a regular running shoe. There is no support and it is meant for running with a toe-strike form. I've ran about a total of 30 miles with them now and am still getting used to it. I just went for a 5 mile run today and after mile 3, really felt sore on the medial side of each leg. After the first wear, I was very sore for some time and I had only ran 1 mile! Overall, however, while I am running, it feels great. It is super lightweight and feels very natural now. I ordered my usual running shoe size which is .5 larger than normal. The only negative is that the mouth of the shoe opens wide with each step because there's no good way to tie the ankle portion tighter.
