The color I was looking for. Purchased in large following the Columbia size chart and based on previous purchases I had. This one is huge, , about 3 inches big on chest from the med according to support staff. Informed that PFG runs big. Exchanged it with med size. Got it but still a bit drowning in chest and hanging shoulder points. . I'll be checking on small in size difference. I still gave 4 ****, I love the material , vivid color & construction.

Tried this on... excellent quality, workmanship, fit, length of shirt.... and then I stretched my arms out and the long sleeves became a 3/4 sleeves. I'm 5'7" 130# - Reviews said it ran larger, I am a "Smedium" so I was hoping the Small would have been a perfect fit. Perhaps I should have gone with the Medium. As long as you don't stretch your arms, it fits beautifully.

This shirt was able to keep me cool on the lake even though it was 87 degrees. I would just get it wet, ring it out and then put it back on. It also kept me from getting sunburn. Oh and I love the color!

Very Nice fabric, but it runs a bit small. I wear a small normally and the medium fit well. It is also very see-through, which is okay if you want to wear it for sun-protection over a tank top or swim wear.

I LOVE this shirt! I would, however, recommend sizing down. I have other Columbia shirts in similar design, and they have ranged from XL to M. I would say generally I wear a large, but I wish I had purchased a medium in this. Although I find it slightly large, I don't mind the added roominess. This shirt keeps me cool on hot days, the fabric does well to wick away moisture and the vent allow it to breathe nicely.

This shirt is great! It was perfect to roll the sleeves up while the sun was out and bring them back down as it got cooler. I wear a small in most Columbia tops but this was really big, wish I had gotten an XS.

I purchased a large based upon the size scale and the shirt is too large.

It's a HUGE size medium, but I like the light-weight fabric and the sporty looks, so I'm going to run a seam down the sides to give it some shape. (Won't return for the size small because it might be too small, and that's worse). Just hope it turns out to be cool in hot weather, as I bought it for summer boating.

As a certain Republican presidential candidate would say, "It's huuuuuuge!"
For context, I bought this specifically for fly fishing. I'm a medium in Columbia jackets and ordered a small in this. The fit is a bit strange--the shoulders are right, the arm length is a little long, but it's massively long and very wide through the chest and stomach. (I'm 5'5", 130lbs) I feel like I'm swimming in it and the extra material sometimes gets in the way. I thought about returning for an XS but I wasn't sure that was really much better. The shirt quality itself is fantastic though, and why I opted to keep it. I'll just need to get used to wearing something so big.

This shirt keeps you cool when you're hot & the bright rose is a beautiful, rich pink. This shirt has a pretty weird fit, though. I'm 5'8", 140#, athletic shape & I feel like this shirt was made for a shorter, thicker person. The sleeves are short (common problem for me) & I purchased an XS & it's still VERY roomy in the trunk. The shoulders fit well, not too tight, allows for movement. Shirt length is great.
I really do love this shirt though

As others have already said, this does run large. I bought three shirts (Bonehead, Bahama, and Explorer) at the same time, all in a size Large. The Bahama was so large I felt like I was swimming in it. I am returning it and purchasing a medium and hopefully that will be better. Also, the color I purchased (Foxglove) is definitely not purple, its more of a magenta color as another reviewer mentioned. It's so bright that as a biologist, the birds can see me -- so much for being sneaky! So I am going to try a different color as well. Other than those two things, the product itself is good quality and I think I will be happy with the smaller size.

I just purchased other products from Columbia in size S and they fit perfectly. This shirt in size XS is huge. Its going back which is too bad because the peach color is beautiful. Much nicer than the screaming orange that some of the other shirts come in.

I ordered the size that I wear in t-shirts. It is true to size... a good relaxed fit that could be considered a tad large. I ordered the Foxglove color because they looked like the perfect purple color when I saw the picture. Once they arrived... they were not purple at all. A complete hot pink/ magenta. Needless to say I returned them because of the color.

On behalf of a sizable volunteer organization that assists the forest service we find the Bahama shirt to be an excellent choice for our uniforms. Our members like the versatility of the shirt, the fact that it is quick drying and needs no ironing. They also like the pockets.

The fit was perfect! I ordered a small petite in 2 colors - lime and tan and the colors are just as they looked on line. I purchased these shirts for an upcoming trip to the Amazon and have not worn that as yet but look forward to doing so. I did try them on and liked how they looked, fit and felt.

I originally only had a man's shirt for sun protection, so was looking for a woman's shirt. The quality is very good, and the fit is true to size. I bought a medium in the sorbet pink color. The material is a bit thick if you were to wear it on a very hot day, which is my intent. I plan it wear it as a "jacket" type over a T-shirt or tank top. I hope I won't be too hot. I wish it had mesh or "air holes" under the arms. The back flap is nice.

I cannot give any type of review at this time because I wont be wearing them till next year. I bought them now because they were offering a good price for the quality and exactly what I was looking for.
They do fit very comfortably and seem to be good for hot weather.

I have had trouble getting the right style and size, and I've spent a lot of money on postage. I wish you would do like some companies and include free postage for exchanges.

I took my new purchase on a safari to Botswana and am pleased with the quality, fit and comfort. I wish it was wrinkle free as some of the other shirts I have as there are no irons out in the bush, but then again the zebras didn't mind!

I am fair skinned and always on the lookout for long sleeve shirts to wear outside. This shirt is light weight and really comfortable. It seems pretty true to size, I bought an XL since I will wear it over my tee-shirt and it doesn't restrict my movement. I love the way it breathes and I don't feel hot and sticky in it.

The shirt is the usual fine quality I have come to expect from Columbia. I had to return because XL was entirely too large., and would not have entirely suited my intended purpose: Sun protection good, but not light-weight enough for casual summer wear.

In previous years, I had purchased several Eddyline shirts in many colors - long and short sleeves. The Bahama shirt is the next best shirt that I have found at Columbia. I like it but it is not as roomy as the Eddyline so I will probably wear it over another shirt. I work at farmers' markets in the summer and I love these shirts. ( Please bring Eddylines back!!! )

I like the color and style of this shirt very much. However, the medium size in this shirt runs a bit smaller than another "fishing" shirt I bought from Columbia. It is nicer looking because of the fit, but it doesn't move as easily. I'll probably wear a sleeveless tee under it so I can open the buttons, if I want more movement.

I started wearing this shirt years ago for fly fishing and found it to be a great shirt to take on cruises as it washes up so well and dries overnight. The color selection is nice too.
