Bought them for my girlfriend for her birthday. She has always had problems with her toes going numb midway through our runs. Well, the Kayano's have cured that problem. She loves them! Once again, Asics comes through.

Although a bit pricey, these sneakers are wonderful. No break-in period. I suffer from planter fasciitis so it was important to me that I had a lot of heel support as well as support around my ankles. Although the shoe did not eliminate my heel pain, it did make it bearable to take a 5 mile walk the first time out.

Loving my new shoes! I didn't have to break these in at all! These shoes are so light, it feels like I'm walking on a cloud! So worth the money!

I have always worn Asics because I overpronate and was so happy to find a narrow size! Great fit for my narrow heel. Very comfortable, needed no breaking in.

These are the only walking shoes I will buy, they have great arch support and my feet never hurt. Unfortunately they are a bit spendy.

Have been running in the Kayano 16's for 2- 3 years so thought to switch things up and try Asics new Kayano 17. Love this shoe! Lighter, more shock absorption, and a definite overall better fit and feel! This shoe is great for running long distances!

I have a narrow foot and finding shoes that fit is near to impossible. However, after finding Zappos I am so very happy. These Asics Gel Kayano 17 fit perfectly.

I love the Asics Gel-Kayano 17! These are my second pair of Gel-Kayanos. I wear them to work every day with my scrubs (I am a dentist). They are so comfortable! I have had many different models of Asics over the years, and there is no doubt this is their most comfortable, top of the line model! I no longer run in them, due to a back injury, but use them for walking and work. They are durable, wash in the washing machine (no dryer) when dirty, and are fantastically comfortable! I highly recommend them!

I bought these a couple months ago when I maxed out the mileage on my Kayano 16s. I still love this shoe. I started running two years ago with the Gel-Nimbus and eventually upgraded to the Kayanos. They are not super cushy but they are extremely comfortable right out of the box. Great arch support and stability. Love that they come in all black.

The Asics Gel-Kayano 17 was a gift for my daughter. She says it is a great shoe and she loves it!

This shoe is just right in every way and ultimately cute on the foot. Very supportive and comfortable. The mesh in the toe area keeps my feet feeling cool. Love it!

Shoes are comfortable and have good cushioning. I would order them again when these wear out.

The Kayano line is quite as good as it looks, needless to say top of the line for the brand and is well worth the investment. I've got the 14 & 15.

Awesome running shoe. I run 3-7 miles 3-4 days per week. I have had several Asics and these are top of the line. True to size. Excellent color if you're wanting to keep your shoes looking great. Love these shoes!

This shoe is the best Asics yet. And I have been wearing Asics for over 15 years. The lacing change is so smart. I usually have some trouble with the tongue slipping. Not with these. The cushioning is superb as always. I have problem feet and these shoes are my life saver.

This is the most comfortable running shoe I've ever owned. I started walking 15 to 20 miles a week recently and had terrible shin splints. This shoe make the difference. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great arch support! Light weight and comfortable overall. The lacing off set towards the inside of the foot seems to add to the overall good fit. Definitely worth the extra cost over my previous Asics.

I'm a first time customer and I must say, it sure does feel like I've been shopping at Zappos for quite some time with the warm welcome and support I had received. Love it, need to buy me another pair. Fit my wide feet perfectly...very rare find for me! Cost a lot but well worth every penny I spent.

I have been a New Balance customer for years so when it was time to purchase a new pair of running/walking shoes, I looked at the latest online reviews. The Gel-Kayano series popped up every time. I have wide, flat feet so I need a shoe that keeps me from overpronating. I decided to try this shoe and I am not disappointed! This shoe fills the need extremely well. Comfortable, good arch support, and breathable, I have become an Asics believer!

I've been wearing this shoe for several years (updated versions). This one is even better than the last! Very comfortable.

I have always bought Nikes. These blow away Nike 360 air max in comfort and they are very cool in style! I love these! I wish I had discovered these a long time ago. These are my new favorites! I absolutley love them!

Toe box too angular for my long toes (I measure a size 10.5AA in shoes, where 11AA in running shoes). I tried on in 11N and 11M and still didn't fit. I wanted to love these shoes, but my 2nd, 3rd toes have no room to move, so sadly have to return. If you have normal length toes you'll love them. Also, I didn't need all the extra support, so I bought the GT 2160 Asics instead in 11M.
