I bought these for a wedding and they were very comfortable to dance in all night. The only negative thing that I have to say is that they stained. I don't know what happened but there is a huge spot on the toe that is not the same color any more. I also bought these intending to wear t work but that is no longer an option. Other than that they were true to size and very comfortable.

Naturalizer are one of my favorite brands and I loved the style and height of the Lennox. I purchased both the black and the red. I was really hoping these would fit! Unfortunately the toe box is extremely small and narrow, makes the shoe feel a full size too short. Sorry that I had to return them.

Nice looking shoe and modest heel. I have long toes and these are just too short in the toe box. My daughter wears a 7 and she could not get her toes into the 8.5 size I ordered!! Otherwise built comfortable as far as cushioning

This is a really cute shoe and reminded me of the Kate Middleton favorite Sledge pump, but with a wider, stable heel. Unfortunately, though Naturalizer usually runs narrower, this shoe did not. Liked it enough that will re-order in AA instead of B and see if that does the trick.

The front of this shoe is too tight for me. And my heels are too thin for this shoe.

This shoe was decent for the price. It felt a full size larger then what it was stated. I have started to experience this with several shoe companies. The shoe is flexible, comfortable for the short period of time I had it on. Can't give a full review because I returned them.

These shoes are gorgeous but they are very tight; I wear a 8.5 W and ordered a 8.5 W. The shoes felt very narrow. I could have used my shoe stretcher but I didn't like toe cleavage. Other reviewers talked about the toe cleavage and I was hoping it wouldn't happen with my feet. All 5 toes on each foot showed.

I bought these in my normal size in the red color. They were very tight in the toes, and difficult to walk in. The craftsmanship left much to be desired, as well. Zappos made it right when I returned them, and now I'm hoping my second choice works out better.

Cute, with a brighter color than in the pictures, but the craftsmenship is lacking. I received a pair that had a huge bump in the toe area, and extra fabric hanging out over some of the seams. I wear a M width comfortably, but these are a more narrow. Not very impressed with my first purchase.

These shoes are really striking looking and have a lot of comfortable cushioning built in so I wanted to love them. Unfortunately, everyone's complaints about the narrow toe box were spot on. The toe box is so narrow that for a person who truly has wide feet like me, these shoes were just a study in misery while wearing them. I asked my mom who has narrow to normal width feet to try them on, and she said they were perfect for her which made me know for sure they were much too narrow for me. I am so sorry to have to send them back as they really are super cute and comfortable on the bottoms of my feet, but because of the narrowness of the wide width, I really have no choice.

Okay, it's a beautiful shoe. But there are problems. Although I got the narrow width, my heels slipped freely out of the shoes with each step. This makes walking very dangerous in any sort of shoe, but with high heels, it's asking for a twisted ankle, or worse. Problem number two was the vamp; it's cut way down low, which means the edge of the shoe rides right on the first metatarsal bone (that bump on the side of the foot at the base of the big toe). Personally, I find this painful. This shoe also shows "toe cleavage", which I think looks cheesy, and makes the shoe appear to be ill-fitting, but that's just my opinion. I'm really disappointed, because I really admired these beautiful shoes. It's too bad their fit isn't as beautiful as their style. Back they go.

The shoes look great. However, the leather is hard and stiff, and they hurt the front part of my feet.

I love the look of these shoes and when I m standing still, they are incredibly comfortable. But walking is difficult; they are stiff, and I have trouble keeping them on my feet. I get blisters every time I wear them. I am really thinking that I need to replace them.

I wish Naturalizer made this popular shoe available in WW. The w is not wide enough for my foot. It squished my toes together.

I am looking for a classic black leather pump to go with anything, and always find an excellent fit for my size 11 feet with Naturalizers. This shoe, however, disappointed me. I had read the reviews about it being too long/slipping on the heel, and tight in the toe box, but ordered my normal size anyway. Well, true to comments, this shoe was way too long and I walked right out of it, but the toe box felt perfect. I returned the 11 and went with a 10.5. This size fit better in the length, but the toe box was now way too tight. Also, the shoe rubbed/scraped my instep on one foot. Too bad, because this is a very classy-looking shoe! (Just noticed for the first time as well, that they are made in China! Darn.)

I work in events so I need to be on my feet all day. Bought these shoes because they looked supportive, stylish and comfortable. However, when I received them they were super tight and felt slightly unstable. Normally I would exchange for a size up, but this shoe is not going to get better by just being a size up. It's stiff and small, and unstable. Disappointed.

I wear 7.5 "D" width. I bought an 8w. When ordering the choice was "medium" or "C/D" which is wide. My toes don't fit in the bed and shoe was to long. Nice looking shoe and nice padding so disappointed in the fit. There are almost no shoes with a 3 inch heel pump in my size.

This is a beautiful shoe. I so wanted them to fit, but they were very narrow, and I had ordered a wide in my usual Naturalizer size. I have two different pairs of shoes in different styles in a 9 wide that I love, and that love my feet. Because this shoe was so beautiful and I really needed a shoe of this style I tried to get my foot into the shoe - crazy right? I foot still hurts! I cannot express how off the sizing is. I measured the bottom of this shoe. It is at least 1/2 an inch almost 3/4 of an inch narrower than my other size 9 wide shoes! I also have a high arch and this shoe is very low cut, so most of my foot was not in the shoe. Even though the toe box is rounded, it is short, and my toes were very cramped.

Wide in the wrong places. Loose in the heel and just barely too small in the toe box. Lucky for those who didn't have any problems with the fit-they seem like they'd be comfortable to be in all day!

Nice looking shoe overall. However, one of the heels had a couple of dents in it, resembling bite marks. Other than that, the shoe is adequately made, but I could barely get my foot into it. There is minimal room in the toe box.

This shoe is extremely uncomfortable. It also tends to slip off my foot if I am walking on bare (not carpeted) floors -- the bottom of the shoe sticks to the floor, and my heel just pops out the back. I thought I could fix the problem with an insert, but it really isn't a sizing issue, and any insert makes the shoe too small. The design of the shoe just doesn't work for me.

I have become disappointed with Naturalizer. Within the last year, it seems as though they are making their shoes about 1/4" shorter. I don't know if this is for corporate profits but it makes the shoes uncomfortable. I am a perfect size 9 and have not had problems with any other brands. I ordered a wide width in these pumps but they didn't seem wider than regular B width. That 1/4" really makes a difference and is noticeable. I had to return these and will not buy this brand again. Shame on you Naturalizer.

Definitely your mother's shoes! I was looking for a pair of patent heels that were sophisticated yet comfortable, and these weren't what I was looking for. As a young woman, these shoes definitely look like they are made for an older person. Also, there is definitely a graininess to these shoes that I didn't think looked pretty. These shoes are made very well though!

Naturalizer used to be my go-to brand for stylish, comfortable shoes but something has changed and I no longer find their shoes comfortable or quality. I will be returning these.
