They look cute out of the box but as others have pointed out, they do show toe cleavage when worn and it just doesn't look right and they were not comfortable because there wasn't enough room in the toe but they slipped off the back of my heel too. The design just isn't right. Zappos has free return shipping but you have to drive the box to a UPS drop off or pay money to have UPS come to your home to pick up. If you call them they will send you a USPS label instead.

I'm really bummed about these shoes. They're really beautiful and seem like they could be comfortable, but they just didn't work for me. The 9.5W (my typical size) was perfect for width, but but was too long. So I tried the 9W, but while the length seemed okay, the width was excruciatingly tight across the ball of my foot and toes. If you have average or narrow feet, these would probably be great shoes, but those of us with wide feet will have to look elsewhere.

I have had several Naturalizer shoes in the past and actually own this style in black leather now which are slightly too long. Historically, I've found Naturalizer products hit or miss - sometimes they fit and sometimes they don't. I ordered these in the shiny taupe color a half size smaller than my black leather ones which I step out of. I found the upper material crazy stiff and uncomfortable and the shoe was too narrow and too short. I am returning them and will continue my search for some comfortable tan/nude colored pumps.

I ordered these shoes to wear to a wedding. The toes were tight and the heels slipped a bit - I should have known. After a couple of hours my feet were turning blue and aching. I took them off and walked on gravel which hurt, but not as much as the shoes. I wish I could return them - I have never had this brand be so uncomfortable.

This is a lovely shoe. It does not fit like a wide shoe but more like a meduim width. I regret that I am returning for a better fit.

I wear a 6 and the 6 felt true to size. The wide width was also comfortable. But unfortunately, during the test walk around the house carpet, my feet would occasionally slip out of the shoes.

I usually wear a 7.5N in dress shoes. My littlest toes got so squished in these. I could barely get my toes in. The were hitting the end and sides of the shoes. I won't be able to try a regular width, because they would be too wide for my ankles, and I can't try the 8N because Zappos is out of them. To confirm my experience, I read the reviews for this shoe on the Nordstrom web site and all the reviewers had the same problem I did--no room for the toes in the shoe. It's a shame, because I felt very stable in it, not wobbly, and it had plenty of cushion for the bottom of the feet. I returned them today.

I ordered the black patent color and it's absolutely gorgeous. It's a very sturdy shoe with rubber bottoms that provide good traction when walking. Unfortunately I will have to return the shoe as the toe box is extremely narrow. I usually wear regular width, but I ordered my 6.5 in wide. The front was too tight, but in the back my heels kept slipping out. I'm going to try ordering a 7 and put heel inserts in the back to see if that works.

THE most uncomfortable pumps ever! I wear high heels every day, no problem. These were so narrow and the leather so hard I had to give up on them.

Beautiful shoes, however, they really hurt my feet after a long day. I had to go back to my tried and true...Franco Sarto last all day long without pain and look great!

Didn't fit -- too big at the heel, too tight at the toe. And I ordered the wide! The toe box is short, and everything seemed to get crammed down in there. My toes were pretty pinched. Nice-looking shoe, though, and a good amount of padding.

I have worn Naturalizer Wide before; these ran somewhat narrower. However the leather was soft and I could tolerate them during the "break-in" period, which took, actually, a fairly long time. They ended up being very comfortable, and could be worn all day. However, just as they were broken in, they began to fall apart!! The black covering of the sole and the cover on the little "platform" (which is rubber and hence the source of comfort) began to wear away, displaying the gray rubber beneath it. No way it could be repaired! I took to coloring it with a black Sharpie for a while but then it just looked ridiculous. Very sad.

I really wanted to like these shoes, but the size just was not right. The shoe was comfortable enough, but it was way too big and slipping off my feet. I even ordered a second pair in a smaller size to try to make it work, but to no avail.

I wanted these shoes to fit so badly, but they were too big for my 11N foot. The heel isn't narrow enough. The padding inside the shoe would have been great.

The toe box on these shoes is unusually high, giving the shoe a boxy or clunky look. The toe is also very rounded. I don't care for really pointy shoes, but these are too stubby-looking for my taste. They also pinched my little toe.

I love the way these look but they hurt on the vamp, were stiff, and the heel was too high for me. Alas, I love the little platform.

I usually wear a 6-6.5 in heels with an average to wide width feet. I ordered the wide width and unfortunately was a little too narrow for me so had to return. Otherwise, it looks very beautiful out of the box - it just wasn't a good fit for me.

I wear a 7.5 narrow. I really wanted this shoe to work for me. The heel felt snug, which is good. However, the front part of the shoe was so tight it left impressions in my skin just after trying them on. Disappointing and frustrating.

I recommend going up at least a 1/2 size due to the padding in the sole. I ordered my usual size and it was too small. Too bad because I love the color.

Beautiful looking shoe but they killed in the toe area. I am usually always a size 9 and that is what I ordered. I could barely keep my foot in the shoe because of the squeezing around my foot at the toe area. The size fit my length just fine. I thought maybe it was the size 9 especially from reading the good reviews but Zappos didn't have a 9 1/2 so I found them at Macy's at they fit the same way. They hurt around my foot so much I couldn't bare to walk in them. I love the shoe, do I dare try for a size 9 but wide with?

I so wanted to love these, but was really disappointed when they arrived. I don't have a wide foot but they were really narrow at front. I returned the regular and reordered the wide and still really uncomfortable. Sad because they are pretty cute but these have to go back.

Unfortunately... they ripped out (along top seam) and was un-wearable after only 2 months of wearing about once a week. Very disappointed, a cute shoe.

These are nice, but I had to return them as they are too narrow in the toes. This is despite the fact that I got them in 8½W.

These shoes are beautiful, but my toes felt really tight in the toe box. I don't have wide feet, but I'm going to try the same size in wide and see if it makes a difference. I have thought about keeping them to see if they would stretch, but I don't want to be stuck with yet another pair of shoes that almost feel good. The rest of the shoe fits great. It is well padded and feels comfy enough to walk in without thought. I hope the wide works!
