I bought these shoes because thinking that they would be comfortable. Unfortunately, once I had worn them for about four hours I started to hate them. They ruined my $50 dollars-a-pair compression stockings. Now they have stains all around the vamps and quarters. It seems like the lining bleeds black, though it is pewter-colored. The topline hits right at the articulation of my big toe, making it completely numb. These shoes are horrible. I will work out a way to return them!

I just dont know who is writing these reviews,these shoes are costly and not well made,the leather is not soft and the toe bed is much too narrow,my toes crunched and my feet started to hurt a few minutes after I put them on.Too bad because it really is a classy looking shoe,oh well back they go!

I can't thank Zappos enough. When I ordered my shoes by phone call, the young man I spoke with was so helpful and friendly. He shipped my shoes overnight at no charge, I needed them for my son's wedding. Unfortunately I could not fit these shoes even though they were 7W and so cute. I emailed customer service and got all the help I needed to return the shoes. If you wear narrow or reg. size, these shoes are great.

These shoes are awful! My feet are very average. Like most people, my heels slip right out the back of the shoes. I bought Heavenly Heelz to combat that problem and they weren't enough to stop the slipping. I still had to clench my toes to keep them on. (up North at a wedding with no other alternative). The next morning was a horror show looking at my feet. There were bruises at my arches, huge blisters surrounding my big toes, lacerations from the top of the leather cutting into my foot. My fault really for not getting some trial walking in. I never imagined that Naturalizer could make such a torture device as these shoes are.

I can't believe others actually think this shoe is comfortable. I could barely walk around a few steps at home in them. The leather is so stiff and not soft at all.

Totally uncomfortable! Awful! Worn once and will never wear again...so that is money down the drain.

I know I'm in the minority here, but these were hands-down the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn. By mid-afternoon I felt nearly crippled. The toe box is very small and the leather very stiff and unyielding (I have a narrow foot, btw). I'm taking them to the local shoe repair shop to see if they can stretch the toe box. If not, these shoes are going in the garbage.

These felt fine in my apartment, on carpet, but I wore them out for the first time. I have never felt foot pain like this! Everything hurts: big toe, little toe, arch, ankles. The heel slips, and the vamp digs into my instep and actually drew blood. Horrified. First and last Naturalizer purchase for me!

The toe box on this shoe is horrible. It's way too narrow for a wide shoe. Only half of my toes were covered and my foot spilled out of the sides of the shoe. Horribly narrow for a brand with a reputation of offering wide shoes.

I am a devoted customer knowing the ease of looking for my wide foot size. In the past...not problems! This time the box had the correct size as ordered by the shoe itself was labeled as a M width as opposed to the W. The color match is great for my suit and I am hoping that I can have this order replaced with the correct size, however it does appear that this shoe is running smaller than most of mine. I am now thinking that I need to go up a half size as well as have the width be a W or more! Help? Thank you for your quick service.

I really wish I would have followed my gut on these. I have a wide toe box and they are pretty tight and hurt my toes. I even ordered a wide). My heel slips out of the back but I really needed shoes for a wedding and I thought they would stretch out. I bought all kinds of things to help (back of heel pads, etc), but none of them have helped. Don't think I will be able to wear them!

The shoe is so pretty but poor fit. I ordered wide and my feet were bruised by the end of the day. One shoe also had a slight defect in the stitching. Overall disappointed.
