I love the style of these shoes and the color. However, I was so disappointed the second I picked one up out of the box as it felt so stiff! When I went to put it on my foot I really had to wedge my foot in and then I knew it was going back. Just trying to squeeze in my heel was difficult because of the stiffness. I really loved the style and the color but sadly, the shoes are going back. Love the ease of returning on Zappos but I always hope to keep the shoes rather than return them.

Super narrow - even in the wide width. Too bad, because these are otherwise very cute shoes.

Ordered these in a 7.5W, which is my normal size. I have a high instep and was very excited to see these shoes came in wide. They are super, super cute shoes. The length seems to be fine, but I can barely get my toes into these shoes, and when I do put them on, they are quite tight. I even double-checked the box to make sure I been sent the correct size as wide widths usually are just that, wide. Sorry to see them go back...

I have a wide foot and have really liked this brand of shoes in wide. I got the shiny pair and there was no room in the toe box. Sending backa nd not going to chance it. I might get the leather pair in hopes there might be some stretch in the toe box.

I ordered these shoes in a 10 wide. The toe box was narrow and pinched and the sides were gaping. My left foot is smaller than my right but the shoe actually fell off with each step. For me they were very uncomfortable. I think if your foot is wide at the instep area instead of at the toes these would fit better. They are very stylish and I was disappointed they did not work for me.

These shoes are beautiful, but they nip the toes. Ouch! They look a LOT like the Anne Klein Clemence shoes, which I purchased in Beige, which are super comfortable. I am returning these and getting the same Anne Klein Clemence in Black. They are way more comfortable!

This is a beautiful shoe but I am looking for more comfort! If you have normal feet, this shoe will work but if you have wide feet these were too tight for me! I'll keep looking!

I'm normally a 5 or 5.5, but the toebox in these were absolutely tiny! I could barely get my foot in, and when I managed it, my toes were really pinched. I have normal width, small feet. So I would recommend staying away from these unless you have a very narrow foot.

Bought these in a 8W, they were too big length wise. Returned in repurchased in 7.5W. The animal print was too small, and the natural color was a little snug and after 5 minutes of sitting, they hurt. Really wanted to like them--and they were cute, but it didn't work out for me.

Narrow-width ladies? This review is for the shoe in the narrow width and for all of us ladies needing the increasingly hard-to-find narrow width shoes: Main problem with this particular pump is that the toe box has an insufficient height. Toe box not too wide, but too shallow. However, the heel area is also far too wide. The top of the leather upper in the heel area has a narrow form, but the actual sole for the heel is much too wide, like one for a regular medium width. If you happen to have a high arch or a narrow insole, this will also not be a good shoe as the gold interior will show at the gap between the inside of your arch and the black pump. Sticking to a d'Orsay pump may help. I sure wish Zappos offered more of a selection in the narrow widths!

I had to return these shoes because they were too tight in the toe area and too loose in the heel. I was so excited about these but the minute I put them on I knew they just wouldn't work. They show too much of the toe and they were just too uncomfortable.

I usually wear an 8.5 in dress shoes and I straddle the fence between regular and wide widths...ordered an 8.5 wide but still quite cramped in the toe box. Also, shoe is very stiff and I didn't feel it would give over time so sending it back. Disappointing since the shoe is very cute and not too high of a heel like every other shoe made right now.

I liked the look of the shoe but the "W" designation is not accurate. It seemed more like a "B" width. Really disappointed!

I love the shoe and it's appearance, however the toe box was a bit too small and the heel was to loose. I ordered it in a wide size but because of the overall fit this shoe will not work for me.

These shoes did not come anywhere near Naturalizer's usual comfort level. The are very, very stiff (not a soft leather) and will take a while to break in. I don't feel like suffering throug the break-in period. I will spend a little more and go for a brand with softer leather.

I have owned Naturalizer footwear in the past but Lennox in 7W simply does not fit. It is a little too long and the platform sole emphasizes the looseness round the heel as the back of my foot comes out when I made a step. The 7W I received are more like a 7 in a regular width. There's no way these are wide. On the positive side, the shoes look great but they are not a true wide fitting. I also received a different order, from a different source, of 7W shoes today and they fit perfectly. These Naturalizers clearly were not manufactured correctly. I am very disappointed and will return this pair. Going up to 7.5W will not solve the problem with length as the heel area is already too long in the 7W. I will have to consider other brands.

This shoe is very comfortable and attractive. However, my heels slip out of them even with heel inserts. I don't think getting a smaller size will help since it fits me perfectly in the toe box and in length. I am disappointed to have to return them, but just ordered a different brand through Zappos. I hope that pair will work for me!

Very comfortable. My heel slipped out of the back so a little long. Nice soft footbed and easy to wear (and I never wear heels).

They look well made and I like the height of the platform but they are low cut in the front and showed too much toe cleavage for me so I returned them. They were comfortable the little I wore them around the house.

The heel slipped on me, even with a heel pad. I thought it was a good looking shoe and comparable to Kate Spade Karolina or Stuart Weitzman Blog - I ordered all three because I have a narrow foot and these three came in narrow- but slipped right out of all three.

Way too tight in the toe area. I am 5'10'' with somewhat "sender" feet, and I got blisters where the toes hit the top of the shoe..very uncomfortable. Also way too much of your toes can show which I don't really like the look of. I think it's called "toe cleavage." See, that just sounds disgusting. Anyway I wasn't a fat, but maybe if you have shorter toes it might work? The product also seemed a bit small for my feet (I wear a 10 in every single shoe I have EVER bought).

Got these in the taupe color. They're a great, neutral shoe, but they're not leather and really not that comfortable. Keeping them but probably won't wear them too often.

It is probably a good shoe if they have it your size. I had to buy one 1/2 larger than normal and I now have blisters on my feet.

Great looking shoes, but boy do they squeeze your toes! I am a true size 5 and if I ordered a larger size there would be too much space in the back. Because the material is man made, there isn't a lot of stretch. They're getting better as I wear them, but they are not comfortable. Wish I spent the extra money for Cole Haan with Nike air support. I have a pair of them and size and comfort are much better.
