First time you put them on, you don't want to take them off. So comfortable, even when you are sitting you feel their comfort. The gray color is not a medium gray, very nice. I can wear these with sweats or Levi's. Love 'em!

I\'ve worn Merrell Jungle Mocs for years to wear traveling, as they are excellent walking shoes that are good, also, for light hiking. The Merrell Encore Ice fits as comfortably as the Jungle Moc, but it more stylish and winterized with its cozy fleece lining. They are incredibly warm, probably too warm for summer, but perfect for winter, with or without socks. Great walking shoes.

I absolutely love these shoes. I own several and they are really comfortable and never need to be broken in. I generally live in these all fall and winter.

I love my Merrell Encore Ice slip-ons! Talk about cute & cozy, these shoes are perfect for fall & winter (especially with some boot cut jeans). It's like wearing a really supportive slipper that happens to be a shoe, how awesome is that?! I had a few questions about the arch support & air cushioned heel so I gave Zappos a call. The customer service rocked, they were polite, helpful, & knowledgeable...and I ended up buying two pairs instead of just one! Thanks Zappos!

I ordered this in the Bracken brown and a size 8. My foot tends to be on the wide side and the shoe felt a bit snug at first. I know that footwear that has sheepskin lining tends to pack down and create more room in the shoe after a few wearings. This has held true with this shoe. I can now wear socks if I want to and it is not too tight. I treated them with a waterproofing spray and I don\'t think it effected the color or the surface at all. I wish they had already been waterproofed but other than that this clog is just about perfect. Very comfortable and warm for cold weather. Being that it is a cold weather shoe Merrell should consider treating the shoe for the wet sloppy conditions of winter.

I am really happy with these shoes! I wear Ugg boots when there is snow and wanted something to slip into barefoot when the snow is not so deep. These will do the trick and they look so cute too! Size is pretty true, if anything they may run a tad larger as I think I am more an 11.5 than an 11 and they fit great. The cushioning is nice and fluffy also. I really love these Merrells!

Like sliding into a pair of slippers. The low back hugs my heels nicely, they are so easy to walk in and are keeping my toes toasty warm right now! I simply sighed when I pulled them on. Really cozy!

These are perfect! I bought them to use as slippers since I have increasing foot issues and cannot wear any shoe that does not have support. These are perfect and so comfortable, I wear them pretty much all the time! They go just as nicely with jeans as with pajamas!

I love the look of this shoe and it's very comfortable. The only drawback is the inner material makes my feet sweat! I'm a petite woman and don't sweat very much but with these shoes I have sweaty feet!

I love this shoe. I bought two pair actually. I have one pair in brown also. They're very comfortable to walk in. I like how easy they are to slip on and go. The only downfall is the looks. They are kinda clumsy looking.

Zappos rocks! In the shoe market, I would be a Merrell, Asics, Born, Ugg (slippers not boots) woman! These Merrell shoes are snugly and look great for chilly Texas days; however, my normal feet have gotten a little sweaty without socks in these. That never happens in Ugg slippers. I am not sure if Merrell uses synthetic sheepskin in these or the real stuff like Uggs, but I am just stating the facts. The couple of times when my feet got hot and perspired and I took them off to slide back on 15 minutes later they were damp inside. I still love the shoes and prefer to wear them barefooted but this experience did not feel so good.

Super comfy but supportive! I bought these and wore them the next day on a flight across the country and every day for about 1 week. The only negative is that they did stretch somewhat. Might be worth ordering a half size down from your usual. I love these shoes and great for all types of activities. I'm giving them 4 stars for style since they are sort of clunky looking. The fit was perfect (at first) now I need to wear a sock to keep them from slipping around.

Good support with medium arch support. Very snuggly and warm. Great next to the bed as morning slippers for that first morning support instead of going barefoot. Also great with jeans when out for a very casual and comfortable look. Like to wear these without socks because of the inside fuzz.

I love these shoes for comfort and durability. My only issue was I thought these would be a deep red but when they arrived looked more like a burnt orange.

I have plantar fascia, so every shoe I buy must be purchased with that in mind. These have been a fairly good shoe, and although my feet still hurt (of course), I can stay in these longer and with more comfort than most. The insole can be removed which will be a plus for those of you who have orthotics. For the lucky ones who do not have foot issues, these shoes really are comfortable and warm, but do look kind of clunky when looking down at them when they are on, but from the side view look normal. Definitely wouldn't wear them with a skinny jean!

I love this shoe, but I am disappointed that is so much narrower then the previous pair I bought. Other then that it is perfect for my rainy occasionally snowy climate.

The look, fit, and pillowy comfort are great. So is the versatile neutral color. The thin, flexible, wooly insole pulls out easily (my cat tugged on the tag and pulled it straight out), so I'm worried it will not be durable or might ruck up and make an uncomfortable fold. I suppose I will try to replace it with Superfeet or some other after-market insole as it wears out.

I was disappointed that this shoe fits differently than the Primo Chill that I had for many years - I wore a size 6 in that shoe and this shoe in the 5.5 was way too big.

This shoe is really too small, not true to size. I order 1/2 size up based on comments but should have ordered a whole size up, in order to fit a sock. I love the product.
