Heavenly. They feel like comfy slippers, but obviously they can be worn outside. I love them!

I haven't worn these yet, but they're awfully cute and cuddly! Can't wait for a really cold day to slip my feet into them. I normally wear an 8.5, and that's what I ordered and kept in these. Also love the color...Gull Grey!

These are true to size. They're the most comfortable shoe, awesome. Mine are so beat up now, I use them to go out in the backyard, even in the mucky ground they keep my feet dry and warm on rainy, snowy, cold days.

I am an UGGS lover living in the Northeast. However, I also work in a hospital and am on my feet 12 hours a day. I wanted some nursing type clogs I could wear in the winter that keep my feet as warm as UGGS. These shoes are awesome. Comfortable, warm, slightly big, but that just means I can wear heavier socks with them for warmth. I will probably purchase a couple more of these for the cooler months. And of course, Zappos is awesome.

The best! I bought these for my mom. Mine are 6 years old and still going strong. Comfortable, warm, can walk forever in these, barefoot or with socks.

Very happy with these... great for being outdoors in chilly weather. In the Northeast, these are wearable for 3 seasons, especially for those early mornings when it's dark and cold outside to walk the dog! Good replacement for the Merrell Chill Stitch (mine were quite a few years old). Great quality from Merrell and very happy with Zappos!

Fabulous shoes! My feet get very cold very easily. In the colder months, I usually have to wear 2 pairs of socks with my shoes, but not with these shoes. I wear them to work and they're so warm and fuzzy and ultra comfortable (more comfy than regular dress shoes). I got the black ones, and they're dressy enough that you can wear them with business casual clothing or with jeans. Next month, I'm going to treat myself and order another pair in the brown. They're worth the price tag.

Love this shoe! Feels so great when it gets really cold. It was kind of hard to tell the color online but its definitely green.

I normally wear a 6 to 6 1/2M. I purchased in a 6: comfy! Was my go to shoe from early Autumn to late Spring! Shoe is very well made so as not to stretch out beyond foot size. The inner sole is durable even after many (hand) washings. I will get another 2 seasons or more. Well worth the price.

I had these sent in the dark blue to my 76 y/o mother. She loved them so much she wore them all winter long. She waterproofed them before she wore them (because it only rains where she lives in California). Good stability on the shoe and provides comfort and warmth.

These are worth every penny. Bought them for a trip to NYC walked around in the rain all day and not only were my feet comfortable but they stayed warm and dry too!

I have severe bunion problems and even after surgery can't wear too many shoes. The Merrell Encore Ice brand is one of the best I found since it has a built in cushion surrounding my bunions. If you buy them from Zappos you don't have to worry about returns. They are the best online supplier to deal with. I became a big Zappos fan and even send out gift cards to my friends as birthday gifts.

I tried this shoe after wearing Merrell Encore Chillstitch, which I love. The Merrell Q-Form footbed is magical. Encore Ice has the same great fit and slightly less casual look. Well-fitting, stable, warm in winter, breathes in summer, and no discomfort at all. I highly recommend this shoe to anyone who has trouble finding comfortable, wear-all-day shoes.

I was looking to replace my previous Merrell shoes from years ago. They've changed the exterior design with the contrast color at the top which I wasn't sure about, but it looks okay on. This is a great all-weather shoe and is comfortable enough to substitute for a sneaker for short walks through the hills here with my dogs. The fleece lining is super comfy so you don't have to wear socks if you don't want to.

Got these to easily slip on to let the dogs out in cold weather. Great substitute for my Uggs and super arch support.

These shoes are awesome, super cozy. As a surgery resident, I am on my feet about 15 hours a day, and while, my feet still are aching at the end of the day, these shoes quell the pain more than anything. The arch support is a little low, but that can easily be fixed with a pair of cheap arch supports.

If you ever wanted to pain of cold feet to go away instantly and feel the comfort of a slipper shoe made for royalty, this is it. This is my third pair and they are worth every single dime you will pay for them. I can't imagine every morning during the cold season not having them at my bed, or on my feet for outside running around, and would never travel without them. Great on airplanes. You won't regret purchasing Merrell Encore Ice!

THE (and I mean THE) most comfortable shoe ever, and the warmest as well. I just really seem to feel the cold these days and the Encore Ice keeps me toasty by keeping my feet warm. Cushy and comfortable, they are nice to walk in (slight coverage at the heel helps). This is my second pair and I hope Merrell makes them forever!

Love Merrell's. One of the best shoes. Wear like iron. Was excited to get this sheepskin lined clog because my toes are always cold. But, the heel of my narrow size 8 foot kept slipping out with every step. I couldn't see a way to remedy this and so returned. Hugely disappointed.

Very comfortable, warm and trendy! I bought these shoes because I had knee surgery and I was looking for something flat, yet elegant and comfortable. These shoes were exactly what I needed.

Felt very true to size I am bang on 7.5 and that is what I ordered. They are super comfy and have kept my toes warm. Our temperature has plunged in the last 10 days and we have a fair amount of snow. I love that you can slip them on so easily but if I have to step in a snow drift my heels get wet. And frankly when the wind chill is severe my heels are cold. I see that I will wear them lots when it is cold but not frigid and when there is not much snow on the ground. The pile has held up nicely, I have worn regular socks but there is enough give in the pile that I could wear a thicker sock too, which might be the answer for cold heels. The arch support felt pretty good my feet had been bothering me but these have helped alleviate that. They are not enormously clunky and do quite nice!

These boots are wonderful. I have bought a pair in different colors for the past 4 years. I wear them every day throughout the winter months and my feet are nice and toasty. They are also very comfortable. They are short so when the snow is deep I have to be careful where I walk. Great buy.

Merrell's line has really become one of my favorite comfy shoes; far exceeding Ugg's. This clog (Encore Ice) is much more slender in the toe and foot than the Encore Chill Stitch, yet it is just as comfortable. This one's more dressy; and the Merrell comfort and warmth is wonderful. I walked in these shoes in Washington D.C. on the National Mall for three days -- walking 2-3 miles/day, and not a blister or a sore foot ever manifested! You will never want to take these shoes off!

I'm in love with these clogs. Very warm, no need for socks. They have a nice supportive foot base are fine indoors as slippers or outdoor. I do recommend a suede spray if you plan on wearing them in weather. This is my second pair and I'm on to my third soon! Getting a pair for my son!
