Ordered a size 8 and I love these shoes. I had a pair I have been wearing for 2 years and if my feet are hot no need to wear socks.

Shoes arrived very quickly and in great condition. I don't bother to shop for them anymore. Since I know what I want, I only order them from Zappos because of the free shipping.

Love these shoes. These are the 3rd pair that I've had. They wear like iron and so comfortable and warm. I wear them all the time. They can take rain, snow, whatever and still look great.

It all started with my girlfriend buying a pair in blue last winter. Since my feet never get warm. I started wearing them and found not only relief from bitter New England cold but excellent arch support as well! Great for running the dog outside even on icy stairs. So popular that this summer when her mother was recovering from a broken hip that she started "borrowing" them. Long story short I have now purchased 2 pairs so all the girls have their very own. You might have to hide yours too in your house!

Love this shoe! Bought it to wear as an inside only shoe this winter -- kind of a slipper but better. Zappos is #1.

I love these shoes/slippers! From the moment I received these and slid my feet into them, I was in love. They are by far the most comfortable item I have ever had on my feet (I'm desperately hard to fit) and, despite the fact that it was late spring, I have worn them every single day for at least part of the day. I love them so much, in fact, that I purchased a second pair in "rhubarb" which is a fuchsia color. It goes so well with my purple robe! I intend to order even more of this particular item in black, when they are back in stock. In fact, I will order them in navy, as well, if they come in that color. That way, I can keep my feet in heavenly happiness throughout the winter, too!

I own 3 pairs of the Ice in different colors. The sheepskin lining is not as thick or durable as a pair of Ugg boots, but neither are these mules as expensive. I have found that gently brushing out the fleece on the top inner side of the mule helps keep it fluffy and soft. The sole area packs down with wear, but through 3 winters of wear, the first pair of these shoes served me so well that I bought 2 more when they went on sale. They are warm and oh-so-comfortable in the winter. I love being able to slog through rain and sleet while shopping and on arrival at the office simply slide them off under my desk and don my office dress heels. This ease also serves me very well at the airport security line - no tedious shoe laces to worry about.

These are great shoes, I wear them all the time. The wool keeps my feet comfortable in cold and warm weather. They will feel slightly snug until they conform to your feet, then you won't want to take them off.

A warm and comfortable shoe that's good for knocking around almost anytime of the year except very warm weather as it does get too warm sometimes because there's no ventilation. The sizing is perfect and it's very sturdy.

These rock. I am happy Zappos has the rust color in my size on sale. I already have 2 pairs - beige and black. I use them indoors as slippers and love them in the winter as my commuting shoes. Other reviewers noted that the sheepskin wears out. I have not found this to be the case, but I do not wear mine all day long. This shoe keeps my feet warm and dry for the drive, then I change to office dress shoes once I get to work. Also, I do not wear the same pair of these every day. This gives them a chance too air and dry out - very important for sheepskin linings. I noted that the sheepskin compressed to mold around my foot, much as my UGG slippers and boots did.

Love, love, love these shoe...first, they are so comfortable, the color pops. Lots of support for my flat feet. I also have bunions, hammertoes, and arthiritis and these shoes are a blessing to my funny feet.

Super comfy and a terrific travel shoe (easy on/off at airport security and on plane). I don't think these shoes will be suitable once winter is over because they are quite warm with a fluffy "fleece" lining.

These shoes have answered my prayers after a very long search. Bunions and hammer toes, as well as a narrow, flat foot. Ordered these after reading a previous review and that one was right on the mark.

I have an older version of the Merrell Encore Ice and have completely worn them out! I live in an area with very cold winters and have even colder feet, but not with these shoes. I have 2 new pairs and my only complaint is that I couldn't find a pair in navy to wear with jeans! They last for years through rain, slush and snow! I love these shoes!

I bought two pairs. One to wear inside and the other outside. They are warm and cozy, but never hot. They provide good arch support and my growing bunion does not hurt.

They work well (so far) for my painful feet with bunions - they offer great arch support and are very comfortable. I'm wearing them as indoor slippers on our hardwood floors and my feet just feel good. I can't go barefoot or just wear socks - these seem the next best thing - and they are warm too.

Best shoes I've ever had! I wear them all the time! Sure they may not be fashionable all the time but, they're so comfortable and safe to walk on ice. I've had mine for about two years now and I think it's about time to get a new pair.

I have this same style shoe in another color and could not find this brown suede one locally so I ordered it from Zappos. I love these shoes! I have a tear on my Achilles tendon and needed a clog/mule type shoe that would not rub on my heel. I also have a knee replacement and finding shoes to wear that do not bother the heel and the knee is difficult. These shoes are like walking on a cloud. I normally wear a 9½ to a 10 and these shoes in a size 9 fit perfectly. So I guess I would say they run a little large. The fur inside takes up some room so allow that for sizing. I wear socks with these shoes. They are pricey shoes but worth it when they work!

Love these. I saw them at a favorite department store, but they were out of my size. Zappo's of course had it. They are warm, can wear them outdoors - great for around the house.

Love these shoes! Actually use them as slippers around the house. I needed something warm but secure, to avoid slips and falls. Everything that was a true slipper did not feel was loose and/or slippy. They fit great and are very comfortable. They sent me the wrong color. Rather than the brown I received the raspberry colored ones (not sure what they call it). Zappos was great about the mixup and gave me a coupon for future purchases since there were no more brown but in the end I really like the color.

The shoes are all I thought they'd be: warm, comfortable and easy to slip on. I have a very wide foot & usually have to go up 1.5 sizes for something to fit. These I went up 1 size. I'm a nurse and comfort-wise would love to wear them to work, but since they're suede & furry inside, it's not going to happen. I'll have to just look forward to wearing them when my shift is over. Impressed with Zappos too. Their prices were competitive and I ordered late on a Saturday night & received them Monday afternoon without having to pay extra for next day shipping.

I love these shoes. I wear them as hybrid slippers / outside shoes. They have good grip, if you wear them outside (though I normally wear them with socks outside) and are fluffy and comfortable to wear inside. I don't tend to wear them as "all day shoes" but more, if I need to duck out to the grocery store, or I will sometimes wear them if I'm going somewhere I know my feet will get really cold (like a Patriots game). Definitely recommend.

I had never used Zappos.com before but I found them easy to use in finding the shoes I was looking for. I received the shoes I ordered within a reasonable time in great condition and better yet, they fit beautifully! I would use Zappos.com again.
