I love these shoes. This is my second pair, the first lasts me 10 years and I still wear them.

These are very nice and comfy but I need more arch support so returning mine. Since I think most people would be happy am giving them five stars.

I just wanted to say "kudos" to Zappos for their super speedy delivery of my shoes. I love them and I've loved this style for years. What I want to praise Zappo's for most is that I was away from home when I ordered these and the next day when I got home my shoes had beat me there! Amazing. Thanks so much - I really needed them for walking. I have VERY sensitive feet and these are the only shoes I can go walking in. They are so comfortable. AND...I just ordered my second pair. Much obliged.

Love the Encore shoe - I've had several pair and I live in them once winter is around the corner. Real sheepskin - nothing like it - your feet are warm but will not perspire.

These were a gift for my daughter who wears them to work and at home. They are true to size and immediately comfortable. She is pleased!

These are the most awesome shoes. They are so comfortable and feel like you are wearing slippers when in fact you are wearing very warm, waterproof and secure footing shoes for all the cold weather and icy/snowy conditions (even though I wear mine year round). This is my second pair. I got my first pair about 3 years ago. And albeit the dog chewing on one of them, they are still in great condition. When you get mud or snow mess on them, you can quickly wash them and they look good as new!

These are my 7am dog walking shoes. I wanted the most comfortable, warm, easiest slip-on shoe I could find and this is it. They fit true to size and straight out of the box they were perfectly comfy. I have plantar fasciitis on one foot and a bunion on the other and with these shoes on I don't notice pain from either problem area on my daily walks.

Gosh I love these shoes. I've owned many pairs of these in different colors and styles. I keep trying different shoes, but nothing ever works but these. They keep my feet warm and dry in the winter. They have a removable footbed so I can insert my orthotic and still put the sheepskin foot liner back in. I love you Merrell!

I'm on my third pair. I wear them as slippers as well as outside, because I really do need the arch support. I also gave a pair to my elderly father, who has circulation problems, very cold feet, and a bad back that makes it hard for him to tie shoes. He thought they were the best present anyone ever gave him.

Super comfortable. Warm shoes, durable and grippy soles for the sidewalk, look like regular shoes with jeans/cords but secretly feel like super-comfy slippers. Good for (software engineering) work and great for weekend walking to the coffeeshop and keeping warm toes even when sitting outside. I got a half-size bigger (than my foot measures on those measurement things) and that was the perfect size.

I have owned many Merrell's and these are great as usual. They run true to size. I wear them as slippers around the house and then wear out for a quick errand!

Very comfortable! I usually wear two pairs of socks in the winter but these shoes fit a little too snug for that. However, the wonderful lining eliminates the need for two pair. My foot tends to be on the narrow side. I'm not sure these would be a good fit for someone with wider feet.

Love these. They will be my new house shoes since they have the arch support my previous favorites didn't.

Comfort, support - and they look good on - I'm really pleased with this shearling lined clog.

The shoes I ordered are perfect, they look exactly like they did in the picture,very happy with them,this is the 3rd pair of shoes I ordered happy with all of them.

Love these comfy shoes. They are true to size. I also ordered Dansko, but these were so much more comfortable.

Zappos did an outstanding job taking my order & getting it shipped to me super fast. I was very impressed with their service. I usually wear between an 8.5 to 9, but I used to have a a pair that size & it ended up being too small if I wanted to wear socks. So this time I ordered a 9.5 & the fit is great with or without socks!

These clogs are soft and comfy right out of the box and they fit my narrow foot with or without heavy socks. They seem to need no breaking in period and are warm though just a tad clunky looking. I returned them because I am looking for waterproofed shoes that don't need to be sprayed.

This is the second time I have bought the shoes. The first time, I wore them through three winters and loved them. So now I have a replacement. They are warm, soft, and stay on thanks to a tiny lip in the heel. The rubber sole is high enough that you can walk through slush or shallow puddles without getting wet. I find them a little snug in width, but I have a very wide foot.

I bought these shoes in size 7. They fit perfectly and did not want to take them off. My young friends (in their 30s, I'm in my 80's) all said: May I have your shoes? I expect that as the sheepskin flattens, I will need socks, but that is okay. I normally wear a 7 or 7.5, so after reading helpful reviews about fit, I opted for the smaller size. Was happy that these Merrells do not have the rounded arch, but flatter as was more typical of their older shoes. As usual, Zappos shipping is quick and I know I will receive cordial, friendly customer service should I need that.

Like a fleecy sweatshirt for your feet! These shoes are perfect for after work. Take those heels off and slip your feet into softness. The toe box is rounded and comfortable, even on bunion-y feet like mine. You can replace the cushiony insole with your orthotic if you want (I do!). And they can do dual duty as slippers, yes they are that comfy.

I had these in brown after buying them from a shoe store years ago. Loved them so much for the comfort and convenience that I had to have them in this color.

I was in search mode for replacements of my beloved Merrell Primo Chilli shoes. Merrell has been my 'go to' nasty weather shoe for years. The Encore Ice is almost the same as the Primo Chilli except for the key difference...slide instead of shoe. They fit and feel terrific! Purchased for winter weather so haven't really worn them yet so I unable to evaluate durability. You really can't go wrong with this shoe.

The Merrell Encore Ice shoes are awesome. I bought them in my usual size 6½ and they fit perfectly. The fur inside is genuine sheepskin and wicks moisture away from my feet. They are warm without being too hot and I can wear them comfortably without socks. They do not have any odor because of the genuine sheepskin. Above all, they form to fit my feet. They are just as comfortable as my Ugg boots (which are also lined with genuine sheepskin). They are easy to walk in and I wore them the first time all day long without any problems.

Love this slide! Perfect for walking the dogs in the morning. This is my second pair and I'm thinking about a third in another color. Very comfortable and warm. And, you can get shearling, footbed replacements for these which you'll need eventually. Don't hesitate, just get them! You'll wear them more than you can imagine.
