I had to buy a half size bigger than my usual size, but these shoes are great! This is my second pair of the same shoe. The first pair lasted about 6 years of almost daily wear at work (on my feet all day) before they finally started falling apart. They are a classic quilted ballet flat with good support that go with anything. Love these good quality shoes and would definitely recommend!

They’re stylish and comfy. I read the reviews and sized up to an 8.5. I usually wear an 8 but I know that would’ve been too small.

I actually wear a 101/2 AA but thought that since this shoe runs small, it might fit. The toe was O K but the heel was just too wide and coming off when I walked. BEAUTIFUL SHOE!!

The width was too tight around the beginning arch area for me, cut into my big toe joint. Otherwise cute shoe, comfortable too.

I've worn these shoes for work for years and absolutely love them. This must be my fifth or sixth pair. As soon as I wear them out, I'm ordering new ones! Very professional and comfortable for daily office wear.

I first ordered these flats in my regular size, 7 S. The width was perfect, but my toes touched the end in the right shoe (my larger foot). Because these are flats, I worried that when they stretched even a little, they would be uncomfortably short. So I reordered a 7.5 S. They are perfect! And the arch actually seems better in this pair. (The first pair arrived in two days; The second pair arrived the very day after I ordered them! And with free shipping! Great customer service. (Interestingly, the second pair was simply sealed in a plastic bag and put in a shipping box - no tissue, no shoebox,...)

Adorable! I love the look of the quilted leather and patent leather cap. The fit is snug but once it stretches, I think they will be very comfortable. Some reviewers mentioned a weird dip in the foot bed at the toes. It's like the toe bar on Birkenstocks. It doesn't bother me but I can see how it would be weird if someone isn't used to it.

Loved the look of this shoe an really wanted to keep them because I have been hunting for good looking Navy flat. Unfortunately, the cut of the shoe on top was not comfortable on my foot. Very sad, so will try a pair from French Sole as 2nd choice.

Can't believe these shoes!! Right out of the box and they fit perfectly! I have very narrow feet, and CANNOT find a ballet-type shoe to fit me ANYWHERE even at twice the price! I love this look AND feel. They are unusual in that they fit my narrow heel, (I bought 8.5 Slim) but give me adequate toe room! Hubby couldn't understand why I was so excited and dancing in these shoes! There's a gentle arch, not flat to the ground. OMG - I'm ordering the black ones - I bought navy! I am so styling' with these cute shoes!

I was hesitant to purchase these because of the high price point but I needed a pair of black flats to wear with some of my dressier ankle pants. I am beyond pleased with the style and comfort of these shoes. I have VERY wide feet w bunions and it is extremely hard for me to find shoes that are comfortable. These definitely fit the bill and yet are also quite stylish. If you have wide feet... I highly recommend.

I realized when I tried these on that I had ordered several times and always returned them I really think they are adorable but these flats just hit my foot at the wrong spot. I have a bone spur/bunion and this is really tight at the ball of my foot. SO cute though

I ordered them in wide and they are very pretty and extremely comfortable as well. Highly recommend.

A great black flat that looks dressy. I wear a 7 narrow and these shoes are a true narrow. So glad to find a basic flat that fits. For a flat there is moderate arch support, which is more than many other brands. I find the Serene is a comfortable shoe. Vaneli is a brand I know will fit a narrow foot.

I have to do a lot of walking at work and these shoes are comfortable and fairly stylish. I tried many others in 9.5W, but they weren't wide enough. I have a bunion on my right foot so I always shop at Zappos for wide shoes, this shoe fits just right. I'd say it has less than moderate arch support, but it doesn't feel like there's "no" arch support...somewhere in between.

I had a pair before and wore them out. I love them.

This is the most comfortable Vaneli shoe I own. Have it in 2 colors. Most Vaneli's are semi comfortable on my foot, but this one is the best. Great little flat that can be dressed up or down. Love it.

I love these shoes! These are my second pair of Vanelis and I love both pair. They are beautiful and fit extremely well. I wish Zappos carried more shoes in 9AAA so I could buy more shoes!

The shoes are a little tight, but look very fashionable.

I have a wide toebox, long (11W) flat feet, and sensitivity to flats that cut into your skin (especially at the back of the foot). These shoes have NONE of those problems and are super comfortable! I'm now on my second pair, as I bought these a few years ago and wore them constantly until the front tip became scratched. I'll just keep buying these for the rest of my life!
