Love these shoes...just what I was looking for, but the 8.5 wide is too big. I'm exchanging them for the 8 w. I'm stepping out of them.

So far so good! These seem to be the answer for a versatile black flat. I've only had these shoes for a week. These are attractive and seem pretty comfy. I only wore them for a 2-hour meeting so far, but they didn't give me blisters (no socks).

I love these shoes. This is the second pair that I've owned and will always keep a pair in my closet. They are comfortable and can go with either a casual or a dressy outfit. They are perfect for a travel wardrobe. And Zappos service is THE BEST!

Very cute pair of flats. I like Vaneli shoes and usually wear a 71/2 W. I ordered these in extra wide and they fit well. Great quality. Thanks Zappos for great service and selection.

Too short. Too narrow. I have re-ordered a half size larger than my forever size. I LOVE the style, but I was shocked by the small fit. Fingers crossed that a half size up will be perfect.

This is a great looking and very comfortable flat. It fits perfectly in all the right places. I wear a narrow, and it runs true to width.

I bought these in 2012, almost exactly three years ago now, in preparation for a European vacation where I knew I'd be walking a lot, but wanted to look chic. While a higher price point than I prefer to pay for simple flats, they were well worth every penny. They have a lot of arch support and padding and are extremely comfortable. They've gotten regular use for three years and only show wear around the back ankle because they rub on the carpet of my car when I drive. They have retained their size and shape (I hate when flats buckle and sag along the sides over time). I would highly recommend these - great quality and comfort.

These are the most comfortable flats I've had in a long time. Very Chanel looking with the quilting, and most important, the fit is perfect. I usually wear them with skinny jeans, but they compliment skirts as well. Zappos is putting fashion first with this choice.

Comfy, stylish, with fabulous arch support. I'm a 9/9.5 and I ordered a 10 - it fit perfectly. Definitely runs smaller than another pair of Vaneli's I own (pumps in a 9.5). Definitely recommend if you're looking for a work flat or a cute shoe for running around the city.

These are the perfect work flat. The quilting gives the shoe an elegant look. I tend to buy multiples of this shoe because it works every day!

I ordered these for my elderly mother who has dementia -- I mention this because the experience of shopping itself was so elegant, thanks to Zappos Service. The first pair we ordered were small, for the record. The return was complicated by the fact that, besides her baseline condition, my mother lives far from me, and never did conquer email. But Zappos stood by us from beginning to end, helping out by phone as needed, providing shipping labels and packing guidance. Seriously. Reliable, friendly, courteous service, never without patience. The reorder, 1/2 size larger, worked out great. The shiny patent leather toe is a thrill for mother, the fit is perfect, her friends are amazed.

I love the Van Eli fit & moderate price. This is a shoe I feel safe ordering on-line. It runs on the narrow side, but so do my feet. Warning - this style is a little bit low-cut on the arch.

Beautifully made shoe. The leather is good quality. The support is very good. Felt a bit tight after ordering my normal size of 9 1/2 narrow but didn't return them because I have trouble with the heel being narrow enough to stay on my foot as I walk. After one day of wear without any issues whatsoever they did stretch. They were a good purchase. I love Vaneli shoes and would purchase in another color.

These are great flats. I needed a nice pair of black flats that I could wear to work while pregnant. These are perfect. Comfortable but stylish as well. They do run small though. I had to return and order a half size up.

This is a classic flat. I already owned this shoe in black. When I saw it in Navy, I could not believe it. Navy shoes are so hard to find! It was comfortable right out of the box. I have an average size foot and wear a 7 and sometimes a71/2. 71/2 was just right.

This is a very attractive shoe which can be used in a variety of occasions from dressy to casual. The fit for me was difficult since I have narrow feet with bunions. I went up half a size to accommodate the bunions but had to pad the heels to keep them from slipping. I felt it was worth it because it's difficult to find a flat with any arch support.

Comfortable from the first wearing. Can be worn casual with jeans or dressier. All colors were not available in smaller sizes.

These are the BEST shoes. Right out of the box they fit my size 11 feet perfectly. They have a little arch support, which I really appreciate, and even though I wore them all day every day running around in Manhattan my feet were never tired by the end of the day. My only note is that the sole is hard plastic and can slide a little bit on greasy surfaces (i.e. wet subway platforms) but I never felt unsafe, just something I noticed, the ball of the foot is rubber so I don't think anyone will actually slip. I like these so much I also ordered them in black.

I love these shoes. I have bought two pairs so far and would like to buy more in different colors. I have wide feet and flats are sometimes more uncomfortable than a shoe with a small heel. These are great!
