they didn't fit

These were a little short, but unsure if going up 1/2 size would make them slip.

I purchased a W width, and while my feet fit, the leather around the bunions was very rigid. I can tell I will get blisters if I wear this pair of shoes, so regrettably had to return them.

I ordered my usual 7.5 but moved up to a wide width on this shoe. I had to exchange it because I felt the shoe was too short and a smidge too narrow. The 8 Wide was still too narrow on my right foot which has a small bunion. Sadly I had to return this one also. It is a really cute style but not right for my feet.

This is a lovely shoe style wise. Unfortunately it was too tight in the toe box and I tried 2 sizes and had to return.

Ordered a 7, which is normally perfect or too big on me, at least in length, but these were just much tighter all around than i expected. For me these definitely run about 1/2 size smaller. Going to try 7.5, seems like it should be perfect. I really like the navy color, and the style is between subdued and dressy due to the patent toe but not in-your-face. The navy color is consistently dark and deep which is what i want for a certain dress. Other than being tight they feel comfortable with great arch support, but i will see final verdict when i get the 7.5

I normally wear a 7 in flats and tried both the wide and the regular in a size 7 and 7.5 in this shoe, in both the navy and the pudding/black nappa. The 7.5 felt better on me lengthwise but was too narrow in the regular and gapped too much in the wide on the sides. The 7W felt a tad short but hugged my feet better along the sides, at least in the pudding/black nappa. I decided to keep the 7W in the pudding/nappa because I love the color combination, hoping that the shoes will stretch a little after I wear it for a while.

The fit was good, but the edging along the top of the shoe is not flat and rubbed my foot uncomfortably even the small amount of time I had them on my feet.

I usually have good luck with Vaneli narrow width shoes, but found these to be too tight and about a half size too small. Otherwise, it’s a very cute and well made shoe.

I feel that this is a beautiful shoe, but because of the color I have not had a chance to wear it yet. I think it feels a little wider than I needed, but I'd rather have it too wide and too narrow.

The shoes are gorgeous, but they were at least a half size smaller than advertised.

Attractive, well made shoe. School shoes for my daughter now that she wears a woman’s size (7). Her foot is narrow but the Regular width was fine. No buckling at the sides. Tad expensive for a sixth grader though.

I have been buying Vaneli shoes sized 7 N forever. There is something very wrong with this shoe in size and width. I tried both a 7 N and 7.5 N. The toecap was much too narrow and the back was poorly assembled. I thought I would try it in both sizes. That was a big mistake. Vaneli better do a better job on this stlyle because it is a very cute shoe. Several reviews basically made the same comment but for some reason Vaneli has not corrected this style, quite a shame!

I order these shoes every year in an 8.5 wide and they have always fit perfectly. This year however I thought perhaps I was sent the wrong size but they were the 8.5 W. The shies were short in length and tight in width. Sending back and will reorder at another time to see if it was just a problem with that particular shoe. Still a beautiful style for casual or dress.

Beautiful shoe. Leather is supple, arch support is fantastic. A normal width is usually a great fit, not so with this shoe. Even ordering the wide width it was still too narrow. This shoe will work great for those with very narrow feet.

Beautiful shoe. Though rarely needing a wide width shoe, I returned these for the wide version.

I love these shoes and have worn them nearly daily for the past few months. Initially had some ankle blisters but they soon were broken in. Only issue is that the thin inner lining material started ripping and peeling off after a few weeks. I’ve removed some of the lining so it’s not coming loose inside the shoe. It’s still comfy and looks great on the outside so I’ll still wear the shoes. But I don’t think I’ll buy them again.

I wear an 11N and this shoe fit my feet very well.

I have a narrow foot and finding shoes is usually difficult. These shoes are very stylish and would look nice with casual or dressy clothes. However I will need to return these as they are VERY narrow and tight. Very little padding on the footbed which would make wearing these all day, less than optimal.

Felt very narrow to me. And I decided it was a bit too prissy for me - the quilting and the patent. It's a smart look for someone, but not me.
