I love these boots! Very versatile. I wear my jeans over them or tucked in. They have a special way of making my size 11s look small, a plus for sure!

These boots fit very snug which I like to keep my foot in proper alignment. I have trouble with my left foot. I can wear these boots all day with no pain.

These are awesome boots. I liked them so much I purchased black and a pair for my niece. Comfy fit. Look great.

This is one well made and comfortable shoe. True to size. Can be worn barefoot due to the fleece lining, or with socks.

Let me start by saying the customer service is great! I will be purchasing from Zappos again. UPS lost my package and I called Zappos expecting a bunch of song and dance but instead I got Amanda. She instantly sent me a replacement pair (over night mail, no waiting) called with me to follow up and the top it she sent me a card thanking me for my business. I have never felt so appreciated as a customer. I think I may have liked the customer service better than the shoe. And love my Uggs. I guess this review is more of a review of Zappos and not the shoe. Uggs are pretty much Uggs. Great shoe, even better customer service.

Love these boots. Couldn't deal with the traditional Ugg look so I was very happy to find these. I needed to go up a size though. Zappos was great about quickly getting my refund to my account and I received the new ones overnight! The VIP overnight shipping is such a great perk! Yeah! Thanks Zappos!

These boots are amazing! I have been looking for a boot like this for several years. The molded sole is incredibly comfortable for walking. They do run a bit small, so if you are a 7 1/2 you might want to order up. I take a 7 in traditional Uggs, but needed an 8 for this style. But as usual, Zappos was so helpful. Love them and the boots!

I love these boots! They are so comfortable. I am a 7 1/2 and I ordered a 7 and they fit perfectly. Just like other Uggs they hug your feet and feel great on. I have to say though, they aren't the most attractive shoes. They're different, and for that reason, I like them, but I've had a few people question my purchase.

I love these boots! I was needing a more casual winter boot rather than my big Columbia boots that I wear on especially snowy days, when shoveling our driveway, or when it is really slushy out. They're a great short winter boot on days that you don't feel like wearing big winter boots. My feet stay incredibly warm with a thin sock. I've learned the trick to tying these is to wrap them around the back of the boot. I wear a 9 & 1/2 normally and bought a 10 and they fit perfectly. I think with the lining, they fit more snugly than a normal 10.

I might not have noticed this style, but a friend had these boots and I thought they were attractive so I went looking for a pair of my own. They are very comfy, supportive (far more than traditional Uggs!), warm, good in snow. I tried them with a skirt and did not love the look, but they're nice with jeans.

I'm really happy with these shoes. Good sizing, very warm, nice look. More stylish than traditional UGGS for women of a certain age. Took them on my ski trip for Atilde's ski wear. Look great with leggings, anxious to try them with other clothes as well. Though they were not my first choice, they worked well for their intended purpose. Not sorry I bought them. I'll get my first choice for the next ski trip.

I love these boots! This is my second pair, as I had purchased the Gravy ones in August when they first appeared in the stores. They are warm, soft and have the usual Uggs comfort, but have a much nicer look to them than the usual "flat footed" styles. I can wear them all day (no socks) and never think about my feet! Just bought the black pair because I love them so much. You won't be disappointed.

These are great boots. Very comfortable. When I ordered, I was going out of town and had a time crunch. Britney offered next day air delivery and I received them in time for my trip. Couldn't ask for more.

Great snow boot, keeps my feet warm. Leather strings are not my favorite, tend to come untied.

Have the Ugg Caspia in brown suede, as well. They are very comfortable, fit to size and more stylish than the traditional Uggs. Expensive, but worth it.

I usually don't write a review about a product I purchased - but I decided to use Zappos more often from now on! I ordered this pair of shoes yesterday morning and received it already thanks to Zappos amazing shipping service! I used a standard shipping but they upgraded it to maybe overnight?! Thank you so much! These Ugg shoes are very classy and comfortable. Definitely something I was looking for!

These boots are super soft and comfortable -- the stability and arch support are wonderful. I am returning them after deliberating on them for a nearly two weeks. They are so comfortable and warm it is hard to return them, but I've put them on every day with each outfit I've had on and they have never seemed to go with anything. Maybe I'm just not used to the heaviness of the Ugg style and feel my wide size 9 feet look huge in these. They are a great pair of boots.

I absolutely love these boots. They are so comfortable and warm. I got them for a Christmas present and just love them. They are more my style than some of the other Ugg style boots.

Really comfortable, well made, and styley. Thought they might be too hot to wear all day in school but not the case. Great for cold, snow winter climate wear you want to be warm and stylish at the same time.

These are incredibly comfortable! It's my first pair of Uggs, and if they all feel this way, I understand this brand's popularity in spite of the high price. I love the color of the leather. After several wearings, I'm noticing I need to use some kind of leather treatment on them. It's definitely a hard leather, rather than suede. I'm grateful for reviews that said to order a half-size up. At 8, rather than the 7.5 I usually wear, these are perfect in bare feet or thin hose. Don't think I could wear wool socks with them.

Like other reviewers, I had been intrigued by UGGs but had yet to take the plunge. I am definitely not a fan of those clunky boots that are all the rage - I have a similar brand as slippers and couldn't imagine wearing them in public - but this style caught my eye. Also, I've been having circulation issues in my feet and they've been freezing - even in our moderate Northern CA weather - and I heard that these were super warm. I also have wide feet and a high instep. I bought the Caspia and I have to say that they have impressed me so far. My feet are the warmest they have been in weeks! Caspia are just fine in width and instep now, and will be even better with a bit of wear. I wear a 9 1/2 and a 10 is perfect, even has room for a light sock now, perhaps thicker sock later. Very comfortable when walking and stylish too. I can totally wear them to work with nice slacks. My only complaint is they have thick leather laces, which are difficult to keep tied when new. They have to be double-tied for now, which adds a bit of bulk near the ankle. I'm sure eventually the leather will become softer and easier to tie, but I might consider getting some fabric laces instead. Otherwise, that's my only complaint. These are a great boot and I suspect I'll be wearing them well in to Spring.

These boots are absolutely awesome. Comfortable, toasty warm without being too hot to wear inside, a nice little heel, and I get compliments on them every single time I wear them. I mean every time! But be sure to order a size up. I am a very consistent 7 and did not heed others advice and had to return for 8s. First size 8 I have ever worn in my life. Trust me...these sizes don't convert to US equivalent! Order up! But order - they rock! So does Zappos!

These are the warmest boots I have every owned, and too they are very comfortable. The only problem is that they come untied occasionally and yet I have not figured out a better way to tie them. Otherwise, I really like them.
